Foxstar and her clan ran to a cave safe and sound atlast. "Foxstar, what about Badgertail? I can't help him without our herbs!" said their med cat, Lillyleaf. Foxstar said in a mumble "We have no hope for him, the clans meds were in camp. And the camp is left behind..." said Foxstar Carrotkit cuddled up with Badgerpelt. Badgerpelt slowly closed one of his eyes an slowly dozed off. "We have to hope for the best!" Carrotkit cried

Foxstar said in a hoarse voice "Carrotkit you're not in this... You must understand, we can't hunt we have no herbs we are left alone with the other cats." Carrotkit sniffled "there has to be a way...." Lillyleaf nudged carrotkit " You must leave Foxstar alone she had to leave her trusty deputy there." she said "Why did Ghostpelt have to stay?" Vinekit asked Foxstar responded in a quite tone "He said he had to look for the other cats since we lost some at the camp..."
Foxstar stared at Lillyheart. Foxstars clan started to talk about Ghostpelt and if he was alright. Foxstar wondered if he was alright too. But, she had no time to think. "We need to see if there is small prey around this cave..." She said "But, Foxstar, me and Blindface looked!" Said Wheateye. "Look again, our clan needs to eat. We have to survive untill this is all over."
Foxstars clan looked for food "Ghostpelt, god rest your bones" she mumbled
Leopardface smiled her crooked smile "My name is Leopard face, and you?"
Leopardface looked at Auroralight "Oh sure you can have my prey." Leopard scooted her prey over to Auroralight
