I smiled at Ruin's comment. Just as Rush made his pouty face that never worked...anymore. Savi came running outside though, too fast for me to focus on her (you could say it's a weakness) and flew in between Rush and I. Next thing I knew, I was on my back in the sand being licked by a creepy monster wolf thing. "Ew Savi!" I yelled while laughing. After a minute she transfered to Rush's face, making him even more annoyed, and casting sevral glare my way. The third or fourth time I flipped him "the bird" with a sour grin that made him frown even more. Anyway, I flicked Savi's ear to get her attention. You can't really say her name without her licking your face to a bloody pulp. I started scatching behind her ears and said, "Village?" Savi wagged her tail. "Meet us there. Go find Joy. Go find Joy!" I stood just as Rush was getting covered in sand from Savi's running down the beach to the Village.

Rush and I nodded to each other with a grin. At the same time we crouched down, one leg behind us, wings up and out. "On the count of three!" I said smiling. "One," Rush and I pushed ourselves lower, "Tw-" before I'd even finished saying two, Rush was in the air sticking his tongue out at me. "Jerk." I muttered jumping up and pushing hard on my down-stroke.

I smiled back at Maxwell. "Calm down!" I called back with a giggle, though I should be the last to say "Calm down," because a moment later, Rush and I were spinning in a loop, our wing tips barely touching. I loved flying and spinning and diving and-well I shouldn't go into much, mainly 'cause there's so many ways to fly and things to do. Then, Rush-being a jerk-hit my wing with his and made me panic and drop with a loud squeak. You see, if I panic in mid-air drop, I can't right myself, actually I tuck my wings farther in and drop farther. Don't ask why. Above me I could hear Rush cackling like a Whitecoat or one of those weird robot/clone things that we used to run into.
