Rather than being insulted, Joe merely laughed. "I've worked in the infirmary for a few years. Some of the demigods that work there taught me all that kind of stuff," she said as she patched a massive bandaid over his cheek for the final touch. She felt the sting of the antiseptic on her arm from Oliver's wipe and grinned at his attempt to clean the wound. "Less circular motions and more gather and press. Kind of like this," she said as she pulled out another wipe and demonstrated on her own face. The cut's bleeding on her cheek was starting to cease, but the gash still looked pretty big.

Mary smiled and flipped over Celest while aiming a kick at the small of Celest's back. Mary started to run towards camp, looking back to make sure that the eiodolin was following. Celest had to still be in there, and Mary could hopefully play defense and do little damage while luring the monster towards camp for a better solution.
IC: Oliver observed Joe's movements, mimicking them with some success. Grimacing at the smaller wound, he leaned back and raised his hands, his shoulders aching from where he stepped into the whip earlier. They were probably a bit scratched up. "I think I've got it." He declared, wadding up the wipe and stuffing it in his pocket to be thrown out later. Oliver fished around the first-aid box for a Band-Aid about the same size as his. "And if it turns bad, you can come wake me up and complain." He stopped rummaging as his head raised, half a scowl on his face.
"On second thought, don't wake me up. Just wait until I wake before you rant." Oliver smirked, trying to push away the guilt he felt from the glance he got at Joe's cheek wound. "Sorry about that," He told her softly as he pulled out a Band-Aid, unwrapped it, and put it on Joe's arm. "I wasn't trying to hit you." He admitted.

Some part inside of him noted it but all his attention was focused on Shadow. Or at least what wasn't being disrupted by the searing pain near his eye.
