Harp fluttered in her cage. She felt trapped as ever. Then again, she never new much freedom either. She saw other owls fluttering and hooting like crazy in their cages. Then she saw a human walk through the doors.

RipScar padded towards the edge of her den. She felt hungry but was determined to not get caught by passing males. She sniffed the air and smelt nothing. She padded quickly, covering her scent as she went. She saw a mouse nibling at a seed and she ran and pounced, giving it the killing bite and ran back to her den, covering up her tracks and scent.

Zan was walking along and smelt of a fresh summer breeze, only it wasn't summer. He then extended to a trot in his exitement and followed the trail. He also smelt something else, something like cave streams, something every male fox feared. Another male. He tried to continue following the vixen's and the scent vanished. whew thought Zan as the scent got stronger. That was a close one.

Silver ducked and the wall blasted behind her. "Nice move." said Silver sarcastically. "Serpensortia!" cast Silver then "Oppugno!" she then directed her wand at David and said "Attack him" for no reason. What she didn't know was that she was speaking in Parseltongue.

RipScar stopped eating her half-eaten mouse. She could hear crunching twigs close outside and scented a running river with a hint of wildflowers. She new it was a male. She scrunched up as back as she could go, and realized it was not enough. She started twiching and shaking, she new she was going overboard.

Zan spotted the vixen at last. Well, her den anyway. He walked in and sniffed around. She had to be hear somewhere. He saw some leaves at the back of the cave and sniffed them. He then saw a fluff of russet and black fur. He smiled at himself. "I know your behind them leaves." yipped Zan as he looked at the vixen.

Ooc: Im looking at Scarlet, not RipScar.

RipScar scented the air again. The male scent was fading away. She stopped twiching and started to eat again.

Zan didn't wait any longer. He grabbed the vixen's scruff in his jaws and hauled her over the leaf pile. "Well hello there, my names Zan, yours?" yipped Zan as he put her down.

"Diffindo!" cast Silver and all the birds got severed. Then she cast "Aguamenti!" at David's whole body, then "Peskipiksi Pesternomi!"

RipScar stopped eating. He was in her cave!!! She started twiching like mad, and she was shaking so much, it looked like she was in a earthquake. She leaped forward, her mouth foamy and was limp-walking towards the male.

Zan looked at Scarlet closely. She looked skinny, probably because she tried to stay in her den most of the time.

Ooc: Well I found it under 'Freezing Charm'

Silver got hit was nocked back into the wall with a thud. She got herself back up and said "Locomotor Mortis" and then "Mucus ad nauseam!" with a determined look on her face.

RipScar's vision came into focus and saw the male backing away. Something then clicked in her brain and she went ramming into the male at top speed. Her eyes started turning red-ish and mouth frothing with all the spit.

"Well somebody needs some food, huh?" said Zan as he turned towards the den entrance, indicating to follow him.

RipScar went into a shock and rithed and screamed in his ear. "NO NO NO NO NO!!!" screamed RipScar as she bit him hard on the paw.

Zan looked around and caught a whiff of squirle and caught it, pining it to the ground. "Here you go" said Zan as he dropped it and took a step back and sat down.

RipScar settled down a bit. She was still twiching and shaking because she new he was just outside. She quickly finished her meal and waited for the male to strike again.

Zan watched her finish her meal and he sat upright. He smelled hunysuckle with a hint of cave streams. "We should go" said Zan and started to trot away from the smell.

RipScar heard his paw steps fade away and she went back to normal. She checked outside and didn't smell her scent anymore. She decided to make the place more threatening, so she snuck out and brought back a pile of bear dung and kept it inside her den and around and next time she would go out she would roll in it for disgise.

"If you don't, another male will!" said Zan and he grabbed her by the scruff of her neck and dragged her away from the smell.

One minute Silver was on the ground, the next she was hanging by her ankle in mid-air. "Grrr..." said Silver as she cast "Liberacorpus" on herself, then "Incarcerous!" on David's arms.
