[align=center] The severely injured tomcat still had his senses of being touched, but he wasn't fully aware of the world. As he felt a little of his pain go away, he tried to flick an ear softly in thanks. Tony wasn't awake or aware at that moment, but he did have the sense to know when he was touched. The warrior named Tonystark tried to blink open his soft blue eyes, but couldn't quite get enough energy to do so.
The silver tomcat lay on the cold hard ground still, thinking hard about how he would wake up and respond to them. Searing pain shot through his body once more and he let out a loud yowl full of pain. Tony finally got the chance to open his eyes, but they were still a cloudy blue full of pain. He tried to gather his wits and speak or move again, and let out a small but audible mew, "C-can't move. Y-you're goi-ing to have t-to p-pull me."
Tony let his head rest against a small dirt mound, trying to relax after the anxiety of the attack. And all the questions came to his mind again. No matter how hard he tried to push them back, they kept on coming like no tomarrow. Would he live to see his dear Nyx again? Would he even live at all to see his kits grow up and so he can serve is clan another day? Or would he die miserably, failing so hard to get another shot at life?
Everyone knew the steel gray warrior was a fighter, but he still had a very tender spirit. Tony looked around with hopeful blue eyes. He tried to speak, but caughed up more blood and he gave up on moving at all. Even speaking. He fought everyday to keep himself and the clan alive. Everyday was a struggle for Tony. Even trying to fit in was painful enough. But did he give up? No. He wasn't like that.
Tony had faith in the Medicine Cats that they would patch him up and send him on his way. They always had, didn't they? They knew everything there was to healing and herbs, so there wasn't any reason they couldn't help him. His worst fears still lingered; would The medicine cats be able to keep him alive? There was that small, but strong sliver of doubt that clouded his positive attitude.
