As he walked along the black river he spotted a dark shadow on the opasite side of the bank."Shadow clan!"he hissed.Taking one step forward he relised with a jolt that the ground underneith him had desapered! Befor he could call for help russetgaze was falling helplessly in to the icy river. The sharp currents pulled him under, deeper into the ice cold water numbing his legs.
