Jake flushed red as a tomato when Wynter grabbed his hand. His heart began to beat faster, Wynters cuteness was almost unbearable. He wondered what Wynter wanted to show him, there were many mysterious things about Wynter. Jake hoped that Wynter didn't notice how red he was, he had the bad habit of blushing always.

Jake was amazed, the sketchbooks were filled with drawings? Jake couldn't imagine someone drawing that much. He pointed at the book with the black cover ," How long have you been drawings? You seem to draw a lot." Jake wondered how many drawings were in the books, and how long it took to fill the books up.

Jake silently looked through the book, flipping through the pages slowly. The drawings were sad, and had a sense of loneliness to them. The couples in the book were drawn well, the faces seemed to come to life with just a glance. "These are amazing! The people seem to have minds of their own, and you could tell the emotion they were feeling. Your drawings are sad, and lonely seeming in this book.... Do you have books with happy drawings?" Jake exclaimed, baffled by the art work shown to him. "You have talent, Wynter! No joke." Jake whispered, quietly more to himself then Wynter.

Jake dropped the sketchbook that he held down, and glanced at the pink notebook. "I'dd still like to see it... I write songs that are stupid and stuff and keep it hidden. Could I please see the note book?" Jake asked referring to the pink notebook. He didn't like that Wynter called her drawings on that book 'stupid, and filled with useless dreams.' Jake thought that Wynter was too hard on herself.

Jake frowned, and walked over to Wynter. He sighed and sat in front of her," I'm sorry. I'm too curious for my own good." Jake didn't want to invade Wynters space, and she seemed upset about that book. "Is it really that bad? Your drawings are amazing, I don't understand why you think the book is stupid.." Jake trailed off. He wasn't really a people person, Jake had always had problems understanding others. Wynter utterly confused him, Jake really wanted to know what was up with Wynter.

Jake reluctantly got the sketchbook and looked at the drawings. The drawings were of couples, and all happy. They were like the couples Jake had dreamed of, and wished he was part of those relationships. When Jake had realised his sexuality though, he thought of him and his crush. When he was rejected, Jake stopped dreaming of couples. Jake turned to a page, then he saw two boys together. It surprised him, the boys seemed to be together in the drawing. Jake smiled, and pointed at the drawing. "I wish I had a relationship like that." Jake said truthfully, and quietly.

Jake lightly laughed, " You can get anyone you want. And if you're like me, the person you like always rejects you." Jake had that familiar bitter taste in his mouth again, talking about the past always upset him. " If you liked a girl and confessed to her, I bet she would go out with you. If I asked a boy, they would call me gross and...." Jake trailed off. Then he realised, he had just admitted his sexual attractions to Wynter! " Uh sorry if this is awkward, me being... Well liking both you know..." Jake wanted to smack himself, he can't seem to keep his mouth shut around Wynter!

" If you were a boy? Well what about it?" Jake asked confused, he didn't get what Wynter was getting at. Jake was thankful that Wynter accepted him for who he was, not many people were as nice as her. Jake let his mind linger, to thoughts if Wynter was a boy. Would they have talked in class? Or would Wynter have picked on him, like the rest of the guys.

"Morning to you too. Sleep well-" Eric said before he was cut off.

"Hey Eric! Where is my- oh my god." Eric's sister burst in the room, before stopping dead. "You... DAD, MOM! COME HERE NOW!!" She screamed down the hall.

Eric groaned and hid his head, he was going to die.

Jakes' heart began to flutter, "Well maybe you don't need to be a boy for me to like you... Ah, sorry, I'm a weirdo." Jake awkwardly laughed, and looke down. His hair covered his eyes, and hid the blush that had formed on his face. Jake just hoped that he hasn't weirded out Wynter. " I bet if you were a boy, people would still like you a lot. I know I would, I like you, you are a really nice person..." Jake awkwardly said, a grin on his face.

Jake looked at Wynter blankly, " Why would I have a problem with it? It's up to you what you want to dress and act like, why?" Jake asked confused, was Wynter a boy? Or did she have a friend that cross-dressed and wanted to help the friend. Jake had no problem with cross-dressing though, most cross-dressers were very pretty and kind. Jake's own sister in highschool wanted to be a boy, so she cross-dressed. He still loved his sister, Jake wondered if Wynter wanted to cross-dress herself.

" Why would I tell? What about you?" Jake asked, biting his lip. He was curious as to what Wynter had been hiding, and what was it? It could be many thing, Wynter was a mysterious person after all. A thought dawned on Jake, what if Wynter really was a boy? If he was, then he was cross-dressing and fooling everyone. That could explain why Jake thought that Wynter was insanely cute.
