Poem wandered around the amusement park a small smile on her face. Her delicate paws made small foot prints in the dust and her tail swished back and forth.

The thin she-cat padded towards a large circular ride. Now what could this be? The loner thought, her head tilting to the side. "Only one way to find out," she said to herself before trotting over to the ride.

Poem jumped into one of the carriages that was attached to the giant wheel. She noticed that some of the other carriages were at the top of the wheel. Her brow creased in confusion just before her carriage jolted forward and up. She let out a surprised screech and pressed herself back against the seat of the carriage.

Misfortunepaw grimaced as he woke up. His body was labored with fatigue and his eyes were bleary with sleep. He looked around. The sun had moved considerably in the sky, he must have been sleeping for hours. The tabby groaned and stood up on shaking legs. He had no idea what he was going to do now.

Poem hissed as the carriage began rising up the wheel. Her eyes were wide with fright and she tried not to look down for she knew she would throw up if she did. The she-cat began to shake and she curled into a ball on the seat.

Poem began to wail as she felt the carriage rising farther into the sky. Poem hadn't known until now, but she loathed heights. Absolutely loathed them.

After what seemed like years, the ride finally ended and the she-cat slid out of the carriage and stumbled off. She wanted to get as far away from the wheel as she could.

Misfortunepaw looked around and began walking again. He might as well at least try and get back to camp, though, knowing his luck, he'd probably get even more lost. He laughed grimly at himself and then began to trot toward where he thought his camp might be.

Poem sighed and finally began to calm down. Her head tilted to the side and she smiled slightly. Hmm, it seems as if I've found a phobia... Funny. Poem noticed Charlie waving to her, and tilted her head in acknowledgement. "Goodbye!"

Misfortunepaw looked around. Was the territory getting less familiar, or more familiar? He shook his head and sat down, completely stumped. He need help.

Poem shook out her pelt and let a smile grace her small face. (haha see what I did there) She then walked over to a bench and jumped up on it, trying to decide what to do next.

Misfortunepaw's shoulders slumped, but he stood up once more and began walking. He was getting irritated by the fact that he was lost, not to mention there was the threat of leprechauns at every corner.

Poem finally decided on trying the ride that had metal horses that went around in circles. From what she could tell, the ride didn't go higher than what she could jump. With a nod, the she-cat made her way over.

Poem jumped up onto one of the metal figurines and waited for the ride to start. The she-cat smiled as she looked around, hoping someone would join her.

Poem smiled as the ride began to go around. It was a bit boring, but still okay, and once it was finished she wasn't traumatized. She trotted off toward a food vending place and sniffed around.

Misfortunepaw's pelt bristled all over and he warily padded through the forest. Finally, after a long day of traveling, the familiar scent of his camp came toward him. The young apprentice went racing toward it, happy to be home.

Poem snatched a hot dog off of the counter and padded off. The she-cat looked toward the exit. Should she go home? It had been a long day, and she was quite tired... But there were still rides to be ridden!

Sighing and making her decision, Poem gulped down her hot dog, and began making her way to the entrance. As she did, she mulled over her memories of the day.
