Since he's an outcast now, yes.
But he'll have a helluva hard time getting out. He'd have to make it on a narrow catacomb ledge up through the ceiling through a hole on an old rusted out door.

A loud snarl erupted suddenly from the old leader as the lithe shadow slipped from under her, Redkit dangling in his jaws. Silentstep had managed to catch his wits faster than she, and quickly she sped after the hunter. At this point she didn't care whether the sentry guards ended up following, she just needed to get the kit back. At this point in the clan's life, she needed every small life she could have to become future hunters and fighters. The wound on her chest ripped open from the exuberant running and she ground her teeth in pain, little droplets of crimson dripping down her already blood plastered fur. Suddenly, she heard a small thud and a little shadowy figure drop to the floor. She didn't stop for her adopted child, she would get her later. Now, she was focused only on Snaketail.

The thin feline widened her stance as he gently grasped her taut thighs with his claws, her belly fur mingled with his, creating a creamy mixture of white and brown. She kept her whole figure relaxed and loose, though on the inside her mind was reeling. A flicker of affection kindled within her heart, turning her pelt hot with invisible flames. "Lightstripe," she murmured, her voice running over her tongue like honey. Slowly she took a deep breath, inhaling the putrid and musty air but taking no notice. "--I think I love you," she admitted, the inferno licking hungrily at her heart, threatening to devour it. Her voice rang out quietly and softly into the tunnel, a mixture of anxiety and excitement dripping off every word.

Foxstar saw the Light come into view, and her feet practically began to fly over the stone. She couldn't let Snaketail reach the Light. It was the portal to the other world, the world above. That world would only bring certain destruction to the tom, and she couldn't let that happen. As far as she was concerned, the Light only brought suffering to her cats, and as the Reine she would not allow that. "Stop!" she caterwauled at him, trailing about a foxlength but gaining speed.

Redbird took off after Blacktounge, her soft ginger pelt brushing against his in order to balance him. She knew that he couldn't run well, and hey, what were friends for? She matched the tom stride for stride, slowing down when she needed and speeding up when necessary. Suddenly, she skid to a halt, landing in front of Redkit. She felt sorry for the little she-cat, the misplaced focus of Foxstar's love. The only thing the little scrap of fur was good for to the Reine was yelling at and scolding. "Broken leg," she murmured to Blacktounge, only loud enough for him to hear. Speaking a little louder, she offered a small purr towards the kit, licking her ear in a gesture of comfort. "It's okay, we have you now," she soothed.

    Next dragon is below.
Is it alright if he is one of the four Dragon Kings? If so, what sea would he rule over?
Then I will join into the thread.
Hello Grimm. It /is/ Grimm, correct? XD

    Also, I found a typo;
A long serpentine form with four legs and[glow=red,2,300] now [/glow]wings.
    Should that be 'no'wings'?

    Dragon Name:
Shirong [Chinese meaning 'scholar of honor']
    Dragon Age:
257 moons [22 years old in human years]
and the youngest of the four Dragon Kings
    Size:
53 feet long weighing in at 242 pounds
    Appearance:
Shirong has the long, slender and serpentine body of the traditional oriental dragon. He is topped with one hundred and seventeen scales total, the perfect image of balance. Each scale is a bright, iridescent gold, shimmering even without the warmth of the sun. His face plate is equally the same gold, each wild frill rounded off to a blunt point. Delicate and sensitive ears lay hidden, protected by his large crown. A thin, long beard of the same color falls off his chin, making him appear older than he actually is.
Shirong's eyes are a rich teal, flecked with a darker shade of blue here and there. These eyes appear if they could read into the depths of anybodies soul, constantly analyzing or sparkling with a playful glimmer.

In his true form, Shirong can only harness a little of his true power, particularly water and lightning. If willed to fight, he tends to be a strong advocate of aerial combat, which is his strongest virtue. He is able to heal minor injuries. In light form, complete control of light and healing energies; fire turns pure white, all other elemental attacks converted to light energy. In dark form, Utter control of darkness and shadows. Fire turns black; as with Light, all elemental energies are converted to pure shadow. In fire form, Other elemental energies rendered useless; complete control of fire. In lightning form, Other elemental energies rendered useless; complete control of lightning. In wind from, Other elemental energies rendered useless; complete control of wind. Fire becomes clear. In water from, Other elemental energies rendered useless; complete control of water. In earth form, other elemental energies rendered useless; complete control of earth. In frost form, other elemental energies rendered useless; complete control of ice. A thin frost forms wherever he has touched, walked or flew by.
    Personality:
Shirong is probably the friendliest guy you'll ever meet. He's always smiling and almost always seems outwardly happy. He is a strong young drake, compassionate and forgiving. Friendly by nature, he has learned the courteous manners of his kind, but most often keeps to himself. The smile doesn't even often disappear when someone is yelling at him. At first glance his calm, gentle, and sometimes goofy nature may lead one to think he's a pushover, but that isn’t the case. He won’t hesitate to stand up for himself or others when necessary, though he prefers subtle yet snappy verbal comebacks over physical violence to put someone in their place.

Friendly to a fault, it takes something pretty big to rile up his temper. He tries not to let the little things bother him because he knows it doesn’t fix anything. Despite his roguish personality that comes with being a dragon, he’ll aid someone who needs it, whatever their race or background, even if they're a total stranger. In this case, he’s a bit vulnerable and has a bad habit of being too trusting of some people. He often realizes this a little too late in the game and is sometimes forced to fight his way out of a sticky situation. He has a tendency to give some people a nickname or two, but he’s more respectful of drakka and will call them by their proper name until he’s informed he can do otherwise.

Despite his friendly disposition, it’s rare for him to truly become emotionally attached to anyone. As such, he doesn't have many close friends and tends to cut ties with people. He doesn’t like to stick around in any one place for any length of time, either, because he’s afraid those who search for him will catch up.

    History:
when my muse comes back I'll write one. c:

The pretty ginger she-cat's face flushed as Lightstripe murmured his promising reply, a deep purr emanating from her dainty and narrow chest. The heat that rose off of the two young cats seemed to be enough to meld them together permanently, forever one being. Her posture relaxed and she lay gently over him, her muscles tired from staying in such a taut pose for a long time. Hormones ceased, and she licked his muzzle playfully. "I love you more," she purred, orange tail flicking.

Foxstar managed to catch up with the fast tom, amazed at how fast he could run despite his injuries that she had inflicted what seemed like seasons ago. Leaping with a tremendous might, she attempted to rake a claw down his flank, trying to slow him down. "Don't do towards the Light!" she snarled, her emerald eyes ablaze with anger. She wasn't quite sure why she was keeping him from leaving the Catacombs, especially because he was exiled. Why should she want a potential threat lurking within her kingdom? She couldn't explain.

Redbird gently nudged the small kit, her eyes aglow with love. She absolutely loved the little scrap, and would have eagerly adopted the cat as her own if she could suckle. Sighing wistfully, she sat down beside Redkit, grooming her fur down, turning it from a scrap of disarray to a sleek and shiny pelt. Blacktounge and Redkit were the two closest cats to her within the clan beside Lightstripe. She loved Blacktounge like a brother, but Lightstripe was her mate and closest acquaintance. "You'll be okay little one, Blacktounge and I will get you back to camp whenever you are ready," she murmured, voice running over her tongue, each word tinged with love and soothing calm.

Well you could always end up having the 'Rebels' rise up in mutiny against the head dragon (Rajin?). He'd be too extremely powerful for them and would immediately crush their mutiny. They would be exiled to uninhabitable lands and be forced to create a small kingdom of their own [which would prove to be very difficult for such a small group with too many separate interests].

    Intro! c:
Anything Innogen says that doesn't look like English is an old Dragon tongue that only she seems to know. XD

    -ic.
High above the lands of the dragon kingdom [whatever that may be?], two dragons soared across their home, heading to the Great Swamp, deep in the mainland of their home. Today the two friends were on a strict mission, to gather information from fellow dragons; particularly about the king of all dragons, Rajin. Recently there had been much unrest about the kingdom, tension crackling in the air. Dragons constantly fought and peace seemed but a distant memory.

The head dragon was a glossy, iridescent silver, the smaller of the two dragons. Her gentle black eyes glinted with hundreds of years of wisdom, her old jowl weathered and scarred with battles of the past. This was Innogen, over one thousand moons old and still very much kicking. The old drakka soared on the warm thermal updrafts that lifted her light body up. She was composed entirely of light steel, her wings as sharp and potentially dangerous as razor blades.

Her best friend and closest acquaintance flanked her, slightly behind. The drake, Shirong, was a exceptionally good-looking one, his scales were youthful, flickering bronze color that remained as bright from the large frill encircling his crown to the tip of his serpentine tail. His body stretched a remarkable 53 feet, impressive for a dragon so young. His eyes were bright with adventure and curiosity, still learning the many ways of the world.

The pair of dragons that flew was a particular one; two different species of two different backgrounds tied together by the past. The elder of the two cared for and practically looked after the latter, though he was clearly and adult and--more importantly, the king of the South Sea. She had lived in a cave by the sea for a very long time, and was threatened often by the previous king. However, there was also an heir to the throne. The father died in a deadly brawl with his most potential adversary, and lost. That left the kingdom to the young and inexperienced Shirong, who was still only a chick during this period. Quickly Innogen had stepped up, realizing the potential she had for controlling a young king, and resumed raising him and helping him adjust to ruling a sea of such size. He was old now and she no longer mothered him, but still lived by the sea and played an important advisor to him.

After flying for some time, they finally began to descend into the swamp. As they landed, Innogen's feet sunk into the peaty earth. She growled loudly, clearly grumpy, /Eh, I hate this! My feet are getting really dirty!/ Shirong, who had coiled his body tight on the trunk of a large tree, laughed softly and rolled his eyes. He had no problems with the sinking, seeing that even if he did touch the ground he would have the appearance of a large snake and not be able to sink in. “Innogen, you old grump, toughen up!” he teased jovially, regal blue eyes dancing. Innogen ‘frowned’ and in her old ancient tongue she scolded him. /Qe japachi! Be quiet!/ He looked down, ashamed but affronted, and her expression softened a bit. Looking around at the other drakes and drakkas, she nodded slightly, her coal black eyes sharp. "Hello," she greeted curtly. Her stately presence demanded respect, being one of the oldest and wisest dragons in the kingdom thus far.

    AMAZING POST ASMIUS. c:

Foxstar skidded to a halt, her eyes widened in disbelief as the sleek black tom she had once loved took his own life. He had scrambled off the wall, landing on the jagged rocks below. With each drop he plummeted a little closer to his death, and with each drop a crack or rip accompanied it. She old Reine was completely thrown off balance, her eyes wide with horror, voice trapped in her throat. "No...!" she rasped quietly, the words barely able to scamper out of her throat. Sliding down the rocks stiffly [for her chest wound was ripped wide open again], she rushed over to her mate. "No..." she whispered, as his life bled out of his body. "No..." her voice faltered and died against a wall of hot tears, and she buried her muzzle in the tom.

Redbird sighed anxiously as she heard a distant yowl deeper in the tunnel. Quickly, she prayed to Starclan that that wasn't their leader. Though she had been a mutual friend to Snaketail, she'd rather it be him than her beloved leader. "Uh oh," she muttered, red tipped tail flicking anxiously.

Detaching his long golden body from the trunk of the ancient tree, Shirong slithered into the circle, beckoning Innogen to join him. Slowly she picked her way after him, her maw wrinkled in disgust as she was sucked down into the muck. Lifting his enormous head, he addressed the small group of dragons. "Hello, I'm Shirong. I've never been to such a meeting before, it is a pleasure to meet you. I'm the King of the South Sea," he growled jovially, teal eyes teeming with warmth. Turning to the small fairy dragon adjacent to him, he offered a toothy grin. "You are looking to start a colony?"

"Yes," he replied simply, lowering his head about a foot to be eye level with the small drakka. "I have a friend, or acquaintance really, that is having a hard time finding a colony to join. Our homeland isn't as prosperous as the other three seas. It is home to many orientals, but very few fairy," he explained, the tip of his shimmery golden tail flicking listlessly.

The thin ginger she cat tensed as the handsome tom gently clenched her fur between his claws, her orange eyes wide. Rolling off of her new self-proclaimed love, she nudged him playfully. "Come on you handsome thing," she teased, licking his shoulder. "Let's collect the rats and head back to camp, though I doubt we've missed much," she added, eyes sparkling.

The minuscule trainee-looking sentry brushed her deep ginger cheek against his, a deep purr shaking her whole frame. Indeed the small she-cat's figure was appealing; small and light accompanied with a deep russet pelt and downy soft fur, a soft churring laugh and a voice that sounded like it belonged to a small kit. Moreover, she resembled an apprentice over a full grown warrior, which seemed to attract many toms, Lightstripe being one of them.
"Never thought such a stunning tom like you would settle down for such a simple cat like me," she purred gently, her pelt mingling with his as she walked.

Stormfoot grunted dismissively, only stopping to mutter,"Whatever, just don't do it again." Padding to the adjacent side of the chamber from his young apprentice, he flicked his tail once. "Attack me," he ordered, his voice monotonous but challenging.

The sound of crashing bones and pebbles woke Foxstar from her agony. Whipping her head around, she glared at Silentstep. "He committed suicide," she snarled, her voice laced with hurt.
