Shade watched the pretty she-cat slowly drift into sleep, a quiet purr emanating from his chest. He hadn't felt so happy or so young in a very long time. Maybe it's time to settle down, he pondered. Live in the mist with Fireworks, raise a family as our own...it's too early to tell though. I don't even know if she shares the same feelings, doubt crawling into his thoughts and laying parasitic eggs. His heart and mind equally confused, he slowly fell into an uneasy sleep beside the she-cat.

The thin ginger she-cat's chest rumbled with laughter, a giggle erupting from her parted jaws. It was so easy to please the childish and young sentry, her eyes twinkling in the very dim light that illuminated the tunnel. She caught the toms chocolate hued eyes and a grin brightened her visage. She barely touched noses with the tom before skittering back a few paces, as if to say come and catch me.

Her pearly white, feathery whisker quivered with excitement and her tail lashed jovially. He was the hunter and she was the prey, the wonderful catch. Redbird's jaws were stretched into an unwavering grin, her lithe body slinking back father into the shadows, beckoning. She was light on her feet, her heart beating a mile a minute and her eyes wide. She'd leave the prey there, nobody would touch it while the two cats were in a playful pursuit.

I must make a siggy with all my cats. c:
I SHALL DO SO! XD-ic.
Redbird stayed cloaked in shadows, her red pelt failing to blend in perfectly. She would not turn tail and run, because she would no longer be able to watch her pursuer. Her paws tread carefully over the cold stone and dirt floor, making sure not to trip over any loose stones or into any dips in the earth. The handsome brown tabby tom was advancing fast on her, and she jibed loudly,"Come and get me kitty kitty!" -
The night slowly crept past, Shade resting in a light sleep, his tail wrapped protectively around the she-cat.

The pretty ginger she-cat rolled onto her back as he closed in on her, exposing her white belly fur. Purring softly, she grinned widely as he gently nipped at her neck. She laid still on her back, legs protruding into the cold and putrid smelling air around her. She leaned up and returned the friendly nip, purring loudly. Oh yes, the she-cat was such a player, and she was perfectly fine with that. After all, what was wrong with having a little fun? -
Redbird ran her thin tail across the blunt of his muzzle, giggling quietly, her eyes aglow with excitement. "This is a fun game Mr.Kitty," she purred playfully, her voice on the edge of a friendly growl. Her heart was beating against her chest like a caged bird, her bright ginger fur ruffled and muted in the low light. As he came down to nip her again she caught hold of him, rolling him over on his belly and looming over him. "NO," she growled softly, her face a mouse-length from his. "I've got you." -
She gave his shoulder a friendly lick before letting him back up, a mischievous grin splayed across her face. Her downy red and white splotched fur was disheveled from the exuberant result of their play. Her heart couldn't . . . or wouldn't slow down, her chest rising and falling rapidly as if she had just raced the whole course of the catacombs. "That was fun," she giggled.

sorry for the lack of a post, but what are they running towards? o3o -
Redbird playfully licked his forehead, her pelt hot with the zeal of the moment. She could tell how badly the tom cat wanted to take it farther with her and smirked slightly. Sauntering over to stand behind him, she let her thin reddish tail brush across his clavicle before making a 360 and facing him again. "Something wrong?" she drawled sweetly and slowly, her lust covered by a facade of innocence.

Slowly one amber eye opened as a rough tongue gently woke him out of his dreamless sleep. "Morning," he grumbled roughly, his maw parting in an extensive yawn. Standing up slowly, he shook the stiffness from his old(ish) bones, the sun penetrating the mist that enveloped the camp. It was freezing outside, and he found his joints to be stiff as he padded out the den after Fireworks. Nodding to the leader and the two other cats [whose names he failed to grasp], he muttered a quiet good morning, settling next to the pretty she-cat. The leader's comment didn't ruffle his fur and he let out a twisted purr, which almost sounded like a growl. "Indeed I did know," he commented loftily, grinning slightly.

A small blur on the edge of the ginger she-cats peripheral vision alerted Redbird. She believed to be the small dim shape as Redkit, Foxstar's adopted daughter, and she was running straight towards an deranged Snaketail. Blacktounge noticed before she did and attempted a warning that ended up sounding scary and grotesque. Easily interpreting his warning, she yowled, "Stop Redkit! Stop!" She scrambled off the ledge after the tom, dislodging pebbles and bones, sending them crashing to the ground.
Foxstar hissed angrily as Redkit scampered off. The day she took the small scrap under her wing to prevent her from starving to death without a mother, she regretted it. Heartless as it seemed, she'd rather the kit have died. All she did was cause problems with her own litter or within the colony. Except, this time, she let out a strangled growl. Her kit was headed straight towards Snaketail, still drenched in his own acrid scarllet blood. "Get away from that monster!" she snarled to the little one.

Are we going to have us some little kittens? XD
Flirty kitties, bahahah. c:-ic.
A mixture of adrenaline and bliss shot through her veins at lightning speed, speeding up her heart more, as if even possible. Not in along time had such a tom piqued her interest enough for her to take it this far. Usually she only cast a flirtatious glance or gently brushed against their flank. Her eyes widened with excitement as the tom circled her thin body, pressing against her ginger splotched flank and tapping her delicate ankles.
"Nothing more than an extremely-- no, too -- handsome tom in front of me," she purred quietly, the angelic grin still plastered to her face. -

Just cut out the human and the kingdom in the background. c:Dragon Name:
Innogen
Dragon Age:
Well over one thousand moons [over 83 years of age]
Powers? Elemental?:
Steel Elemental
Size:
Sixty-two feet long and thirty feet high with an expansive one hundred and three foot wingspan. Surprisingly light weight at a mere seven hundred pounds
Appearance:
With an overall basic coloration of a simple silver, Innogen is not at first glance the most visually flashy of drakka. Be that as it may certain of her scales have a light, sky blue iridescence to them in certain light; also true that said facial plates flow down her face, front and sides in a sinuously pleasing fashion. Readily apparent are her markings: variegated blobs and splotches of a very bright, almost white that seem to literally glow at certain moments. But the truly striking thing about Innogen's markings is this: they are constantly moving and shifting their patterns, light and dark colorations breaking apart and reforming like mobile inkblots. The effect seems symmetrical on each scale, mirrored along the vane, and seems to cluster most strongly about the tips of her wings, in a necklace-formation around her neck, at the tips of her crest plate and ear tufts, and along the dorsal side and tip of her tail. They seem to pulsate in time with her excitement level and mood, and along with her mobile crest and bright, coal black eyes are a good indicator of how she's feeling at any given moment. In addition to her horns, talons and fangs, Innogen has one thing that sets her apart from other drakes - a power in that is nearly unrivaled. It is one of the purest seen in the kingdom yet; a bright, white flame that burns away darkness, faint hues of other color shifting within its depths. However, if she uses it too much, it grows out of control; a raging pillar of soulforce that explodes out and across the land, stealing life from anything it touches. Innogen is also surprisingly light, having full control of the steel element. Her body is comprised of lightweight steel like components, making her faster than the typcial elemental. She can raise walls of steel, though that takes an immense amount of energy.
Including friends.
There is another, darker part of Innogen as well. When anger, loss or another emotion presents itself as too much to handle, her normal consciousness will slip away and she will go Dark, changing into a monster scaled in midnight-blue, crimson stripes streaked with glowing white. This is her most powerful form, and seems to gain such each time it is used.Personality:
As far as her personality goes, Innogen is kind of... unpredictable, your typical elder. She loves to ramble about the past, pining for "the good old days" and complaining about the latest generations. She is a classic example of a gentlewoman, always forthcoming with pleasantries and rarely without a smile. There is no apparent rhyme or reason to her choices; she does as she pleases, answering to none but those who have earned her respect. It comes from being one of the oldest creatures in the kingdom. Don't let her cordial outside fool you, though: Innogen has been through a lot, and she won't be tricked easily. If you betray her, she'll be after you faster than you would guess.Unlike most Elementals, she finds joy in staying out of her cavern, preferring to chat jovially with the small fairy dragons and anybody else willing to lend an ear.
History:
Is this a must? ;o -
Redbird grinned mischievously, hormones coursing through her veins. There were so many things that she would like to do, and she knew that he felt the same. The thin red she-cat pressed against him for a moment before backing away, her eyes sparkling with unknown intentions. She whipped her tail to the side, exposing her rear as if to mate, but then ducked into a crouch and tackled him. "This!" she purred playfully, gently batting at his soft ears.

Some internal roleplaying here haha.-ic.
Redbird let out a shocked hiss as Snaketail sank his teeth into Redkit's scruff. "You monster!" she snarled, reaching him within a few easy paces and attempting to land a blunt blow to his muzzle. "How--dare--you--harm--a--leaders--kit--!" she snarled as she (attempted?) to batter him with sheathed paws.Foxstar loomed over the tom, who remained crouched on the ground. "Stop Redbird," she ordered icily, nudging the cat out of the way and taking her place.
Redbird agreed silently, her claws unsheathing as she reluctantly obeyed the order. She flanked the ginger leader, standng next to Blacktounge. "If you move an inch," she hissed to the tom, lashing her tail angrily.
Foxstar got down to Snaketail's level, her maw drawn back into a silent snarl. "You will not hold any kit of mine hostage," she snarled icily, her voice as cool as stone. "If you even dare to harm Redkit, or any other kit of mine, you will die. I will kill you on the spot. No cat of mine with morals kills kits," she hissed, her dark green gaze locked on him, all her muscles tense. Her chest ached from the wound, but she wouldn't hesitate to kill the cat. After all, he was already a banned cat, right?

That would be great. c:

Redbird lowered her body to where she lay crouched over him, he soft and snow white fur gently brushing his. She lowered her head slowly, her muzzle not even a kitten step from his whiskers. "I know, " she breathed, her maw opened to a dazzling smile. Each of her teeth shone pure, iridescent white in the dusty light.
