Lightningpaw looked down quietly. "I don't know many people around here. I'm kinda...quiet most of the time." He shrugged & looked around to spot some other apprentices he might recognize. Nope.

"The good special?" He asked with a smile.

Niall looked down at his notebook, feeling the girls stare at him. He then looked at the girl next to him. She looked shy & quiet & he liked it. She was different.

"Hey." He said to her as he picked up his pencil. "Crazy, huh?"

Blueshine, clan deputy, glanced at the cats around him, sighing. It was time to get to work.

Lighningpaw nodded quietly and followed Eagleclaw. It was his first time hunting and he couldn't wait.

He smiled & kissed her.

He smiled back bigger. "So what's your name?" He asked. She was the only girl that wasn't freaking out that he was there. Something about her was different. "I'm Niall. I'm new here." He added, just in case. She might now not know him...not EVERYONE did.

"Nice to meet you, Violet." He smiled, shaking her hand. He heard the girls around him gasp and look angrily at them, but ignored them. Class was just beginning to start.

He quietly started the car and drove to Taco Bell, not saying a thing the whole ride. It was a bit awkward, but he tried to ignore it. After all, there was no fixing what he had already messed up.

He got out of the car as they pulled into the parking lot and walked inside, looking back to see if she followed him.

Blueshine looked around, walking past Dawnpaw and Ghostwhisper. "How's it going?" He asked happily without stopping.

Lightningpaw was just getting back from hunting with Eagleclaw, & was smiling happily. He had had so much fun & didn't know how to repay her. "Thanks so much!" He tried.

Class was over quickly and Niall was about to go back to his locker for lunch. "Hey..." He stopped for a minute, not knowing what to say. "Can I...walk you to your locker?" He asked. He heard other girls in the classroom scream about wanting him to walk THEM to THEIR lockers, but he didn't care. He wanted to walk with Violet.

He cleared his throat & got into line. "What do you want?" He asked quietly, still in a bad mood.

He kissed her back, smiling bigger.
