Mapleleaf closed her eyes. She began to cry. "Please, stop, Scarletpaw, please."

Maplepaw frowned. She stared at Nightpaw, her blue eyes shining. She sniffed his ear.

Maplepaw nodded and took a deep breath. Taking careful steps, she made it across the river. She made her way along, her fur glowing. Once she reached the trees, she broke into run.

Mapleleaf took a shuddering breath. "Scarletpaw..." she mewed softly. "I always thought Scarletheart would be your warrior name. You have a big, warm heart." Mapleleaf smiled. "I love the name Scarlet. I always thought I could name one of my daughters Scarletkit." Mapleleaf looked at the sky. "But now no one will be my mate now."

Other info: Mapleleaf has had a very hard apprenticeship. Toms adore her but she turns them all away because she used to have a love, she killed her sister, she chased her mother away from the Clan, threatening to kill her, and she wants to train as medicine cat so toms would stop following her, and so that she can ask StarClan personally for forgiveness.

Mapleleaf nodded slowly. She was as limp as a piece of fresh-kill. "I am sorry, but I won't survive the journey home." Mapleleaf's voice was no more then a whisper.

Maplekit looked up at the sky, which was a crystal blue color. It was burning outside, and she wanted to be a hero and fetch water for the elders. As Maplekit pawed togther some moss, she heard the cool swishing of grass. Maplekit left her moss and padded towards the grass. It was taller then she was, and she soon became lost in the grass.
Help! she squeaked

Mapleleaf listened as her friend dragged her through the trees. i have to walk... she twitched. I have to try!
Mapleleaf got to her paws. She stared ahead, her eyes glowing. "I can make it home!" she hissed, but she was finding it hard to catch her breath.

I was betrayed by my deputy.
I fell off a gorge and died next to my kits.

Riddle 2:
I suffered a break,
It delayed my apprenticeship.
I ran away, then came back.
I was trained by a Dark Forest warrior, and made ghastly promise.
My mother, father, brother, mate, kits, and all my friends die because of me.
Who am I?

Riddle 3:
I lived a good life!
With a terrific mentor!
Who needs friends when you have glory
blood and
power?
I love to fight!
I LOVE to kill!
I even killed a deputy to become leader!
I killed through my life,
Even led ShadowClan.
THAT F------- KITTYPET RUINS EVERYTHING
So, I died cause of some rogue.
And joined the Dark Forest.
I fathered a few kits, too.

I murdered and escaped into the tunnels,
Living with one dead.
I spied on my own camp,
And returned with with two sisters.
My family was surprised to see me,
They all thought I was dead.
Turns out I wasn't, but hey!
I die in battle anyway.

Riddle 5:
I was training as a warrior.
But I was intent,
On helping out the medicine cat.
Once his mentor retired,
I took that position.
I became a medicine cat!
A good one, at that.

Riddle 6:
They say my pelt burns with flame,
Orange as as setting sun.
I am a star of a prophecy!
Look what I've become.
Once a kittypet, always a kittypet they used to say.
But once I was leader, opinions changed.
I became a star?

Riddle 7:
I was tied between tom-cats,
Which one was best for me?
Once I made my decision, how could I live with what I've done?
I lied to help my precious sister
I lost my love, my trust and hope.
What have I done?
Who am I?

Mapleleaf stepped out of the shadows. Her scars shone shone like fresh blood when her muscles moved. "Hello, little one. she mewed gently. "You are a brave little warrior, aren't you?"
