Lile gave her master a simple nod of farewell before exiting with the storm troopers. As she left, she sighed. She was both glad to have not made too much a fool of herself, and also glad that she was alone. Entering her room once again, she decided to take a shower to clear off the weird feelings she was having from the whole morning. What a day, and it wasn't even over yet. Stepping into the nearby 'fresher, she slipped off her clothing and stepped in; grateful that the warm water soothed her into calmness. Around 20 minutes later, Lile felt satisfied and returned to her bed. There she would get dressed into something more comfortable and drift off to sleep.

A few hours passed before Lile opened her eyes again. Now familiar with her surroundings, she let her vision adjust to what lie in front of her, and sat up to hang her feet over the side of her bed. A yawn escaped her and she covered her mouth slowly. As she sat there, a growl in her stomach alerted her that she'd not eaten at all that day. In recognition, Lile nodded to herself and got up. Padding to the small closet located near the bedroom door, she took out some new attire and put it on, then coming out into the hallway. The woman didn't dare move from her spot for fear of getting lost again. There weren't any storm troopers down her hallway at the moment anyway, probably having gone to eat like everyone else. She closed he door behind her and leaned against it; arms crossed and in deep thought. If she tried hard enough, Lile would have loved to be able to talk to someone in her mind. Wait! A realization hit her and she smiled to herself. She was untrained, but hopeful at least, and was aware that Jedi could do this trick. Maybe she could. Lile closed her eyes and thought of someone to contact. The only person she knew was Kylo. trying to concentrate on her breathing, she focused on sending the message. /I'm hungry./ Lile thought in hopes that somehow her master would hear.

Lile wasn't expecting to nearly fall over when he opened the door that she was leaning on. She stumbled back and let out a gasp of surprise. Though she quickly found her footing just inches from falling into Kylo, she was still flustered as she turned around. Her stomach rumbled and in embarrassment, Lile crossed her arms. "Hm? Oh, I don't know. Just happened." Replying with more confidence. She really hadn't thought he'd hear.

Lile felt strange sense of pride when she got her masters approval. Maybe she could get better by striving for it. She feared the worst if she didn't have his guidance. Following him down the hallway, Lile began to smell food wafting from the cafeteria. A small smile made it's way to her. Food! As they entered, she didn't stray from Kylo's side, waiting for the go-ahead to start making a plate.

Lile grinned, turning to him and thanking her master. She proceeded to approach the place where food was kept and grabbed a plate. Going down the line, she chose carefully. A few fruits and vegetables and a little from each food group sufficed. Lile looked down at her plate satisfied and turned around. At the moment, many storm troopers filled the tables, and there really wasn't a good place to sit without it being awkward. /What to do?/ She thought as she stood there scanning to cafe.

Lile was so preoccupied trying to find somewhere to sit that she didn't notice when Kylo got himself something to eat and seated himself somewhere. Hearing him in her thoughts, she smiled to herself and took a seat across from the man. Shyly she glanced up, and took hold of the fork at the side of her plate. Slowly would the woman help herself; stabbing into a strawberry slice. Eating in silence, she'd wait to see if Kylo would begin some small talk. Lile herself didn't have the courage to say anything yet.

Lile watched quietly as he finished and stood up, preparing to leave. She looked down at her half-eaten plate, deciding that she wasn't as hungry anymore. Thinking ahead, she'd eat a few more bites and finish as well. She walked over to the trash, threw her plate away, and waited for the storm troopers to come over and take her to her room. She was wide awake, and no longer hungry. What was there to do? Training was done for the day and Lile was in the mood for some fun. Thinking about what she could do to ease her boredom, she stayed silent while going back to her room.

Lile made it back to her room and closed the door behind her. She began thinking about her master. Daydreaming, she pictured his handsome features and nice body... After a few minutes, she realized what she was thinking and quickly pushed the thoughts out of her mind. There was nothing to do, so to distract herself, Lile took out her lightsaber and practiced some simple moves. Hopefully she'd no longer let her mind wander like that.

((Since it's getting a little boring, I think we should skip to when Lile has been training for a few months already and both of their feelings have progressed.))

A few months had passed, and Ellie had gained a great amount of skill concerning the force. Her natural abilities had been worked on, and some were almost tuned to perfection. She'd been able to pick up new moves fairly quickly, and was proud of herself for coming this far. Luckily now she knew her way around the ship too. It was in the 6th month of her training, the beginning of the third week of that month, and Ellie was walking down a bustling corridor. She was embarking on a mission with her master, with orders to eradicate a gang of rebels hiding out on a slave planet. Nodding to a few storm troopers on her way to Kylo's office, she turned down another hallway, walked to the end, and passed through a sliding doorway into her master's study. "Master?" She called, awaiting a reply or his appearance. Her attraction to the man had grown considerable during the duration of her training these past few months. The feelings came involuntarily and much to Ellie's discomfort at first. She eventually had to accept it though, surrendering to he way he made her feel just by walking into a room. It was very odd for the apprentice to favor the master, but they were adults after all, and she supposed it was normal on that end. Ellie hoped Kylo couldn't sense this in her.

Ellie's eyes followed him as he appeared; comfortable now in his presence. "Yes Master." Came a reply and a simlpe nod to confirm the statement. She was both excited and scared to embark on this mission, but she knew that she, along with Kylo was strong in the force. Some rebels wouldn't stand a chance! Her right hand trailed to her light saber. Fingers brushed the surface of the weapon before falling gently back to her side. The cold metal hilt reminded her of her skills. She could do this. She'd had a long time to get used to using such a weapon, and Ellie reassured herself that there weren't to be any problems. Looking back up to her master, she tried not to blush and expectantly waited to be directed to the cockpit of the shit, where they'd be able to see their coordinates. Ellie supposed they were close.

Ellie climbed into the cockpit of her own ship and promptly started the engine. She laughed excitedly as he engine roared to lief and lifted the flyer into the air. Hovering for a minute, Ellie then reached for the handle that steered the vehicle and pressed forward. Rising higher, she waited for Kylo to follow her lead; confident in her ability to navigate to their desired point. Once her master was on her level, she pressed a few buttons, dawned a headset to communicate with him, and sped into the atmosphere. She would try not to get ahead of him, though she was thrilled to be going on a mission and almost couldn't help herself. Even if they separated, the two ships were connected to locate one another if such a thing happened. A grin reached Ellie's features and she followed her coordinates to the rebel planet.

Ellie nodded as they began to land. /Don't worry, Master. I won't./ As shots rang out around them, Ellie braced herself. Blaster fire clanked off of the metal surface of the ship with ease, and yelling could be heard from where she stood inside. Ellie took the initiative to wait for Kylo's command to leave the safety of her own ship. Eyes meanwhile would dart to see out of one of the windows. I seemed a small group of rebels was waiting just for her outside of the boarding ramp. Ellie sucked in a breath. Anger grew within her, but she was aware to keep it under control. The feelings could make her clumsy.

Ellie waited wondering if she shoud leave now or hold off for Kylo, when her master exited his ship and blocked the rebels. They fired at him, but he deflected their attacks effortlessly. This was her time. Opening the ramp of her ship, she slid down as it retracted, and reached the ground. Her boots dug into the earth and she swayed a little. At once her light saber was activated and she moved to hold off more attackers. They were relentless just as Kylo had told her. A growl escaped the woman and she huffed. Swinging the weapon in her hand, one blown was given to a rebel attempting to approach her, and he fell to the ground lifeless. A gasp came from the surprised apprentice. Her glance then directed towards her master who was currently still dealing with the group that aimed to hurt her. She made sure no one was following behind her and came up to her master, now joining in. She managed to take down a few more before the lot seemed to clear. They'd taken down around a quarter of the rebel's forces stationed in the given area, but it wasn't enough. Ellie assumed that others were hiding out waiting to attack. She spun around and found no one in sight. The threat must not be as big as she thought. /Weird./ Suddenly, blaster fire rang out from a spot in the trees just east of their location. Before the woman could register what was happening, she felt something hit her side. A pain erupted there like nothing she'd ever known. "What?" Ellie said faintly; eyes drifting to the bullet wound now turning her shirt red. Looking back up and becoming weak, Ellie's eyebrows furrowed. Where had it come from? A stab of pain once again interrupted her and she doubled over; holding the area.

Ellie's fear was that she'd be shot at again, and wouldn't be able to defend herself. She held the bleeding wound with her palm, pressing on the area in an attempt to stop the flow of blood. When she pulled her hand back, it was stained with red. Ellie swallowed hard; looking to her master with fear as he turned around and asked if she was alright. Ellie so wished she had the skill and power to fight through something like this as Kylo could, but the pain coupled with the situation rendered her weak. She let out an involuntary whimper and attempted to press her hand back on the site. Drops of red came to stain the snow, but the woman knew enough to be able to keep herself standing; drawing as much strength as she could from the Force. She hated seeing herself like this. So vulnerable! "Y-yes, Master. I'm alright." She lied. A gasp could be heard as a wave of pain engulfed her for a second.

Another wave engulfed her as he picked her up, causing Ellie to whimper again, weakly letting her head fall onto his chest and not move until he set her down onto the floor of his ship. She then curled into a ball and closed her eyes tightly. A sheen of sweat formed on Ellie's forehead as she attempted to steady her breathing. Eyes were directed to see him moving not too far from her, but her vision was blurring and she found it hard to focus. Hopefully they'd be able to get back home soon. The woman needed medical help, but she also felt like she could still fight if she tried hard enough. Her guilt at failing in this mission grew, but that too was put out of her mind for the moment when pain struck her once more. Gritting her teeth, she lie there as still as possible.

In the midst of her pain and disorientation, Ellie realized that she was only fighting for one thing. Life. She had to survive, not only for herself, but for her Master. His obvious worry when he took off his helmet caused Ellie t o want to console him, tell him she was alright; but when she tried to speak, nothing came. A sigh barely escaped her before the storm troopers carried her out in a blur. Before she lost consciousness, she wished she could have stayed with him. After what seemed like decades, Ellie opened her eyes. At first,a faint lk of confusion crossed her. She was staring at a bright ceiling; painted white and reflecting the rays of overhead lamps. A presence then became known. Her hand twitched and she made a small sound of hello. "Kylo?" The woman asked, slowly moving her hand to try and find him; to make sure he really was there with her. It hurt to move her torso, so she turned her head to finally look at the man. "I'm doing better. Sorry I ruined the mission. I would have been able to keep going if they'd hit me somewhere else."

Ellie nodded without a word. She took a few moments to stare at him; sighing and expression unreadable as he sat in the chair beside her bed. Moving her eyes to look at the ceiling, Ellie thought more about how she could have possibly avoided the shot. She had to do better next time! Kylo's words had brought her a small sense of peace, but like before, she still was a worrier at heart. An ache grew in her chest and she wanted to cry for some reason. Something inside of her wanted to let itself be known, and it almost forced it's way out. Her feelings had grown for the man over the course of the few months, and Ellie was no stranger to the butterflies she got when she saw him, or the secret longing for his presence. Turning her head to face him once again, Ellie breathed a sigh. "I really like you." She said quietly, hoping he wouldn't hear.

Ellie was kicking herself. She had to say it again? Maybe she'd word it differently now that she'd gotten his attention. "Ah, I just think you're pretty...nice. And...strong. I like how you...are?" She trailed off, blushing madly and unable to hide her embarrassment. /You've done it now, Ell!/ She screamed internally. Her eyes never left him though. The growing anxiety of not knowing whether she'd be completely rejected or not built inside of her like a hurricane and hit her full force. Her expression couldn't hide her true feelings, and neither could her cheeks for that matter. Statements came out like questions as if he woman was unsure of herself, but fully ready to bail out of something if necessary.
