I had an awersome idea!
So, each faction is a category, hunters, fighters, healers, birth-givers? Etc. The leader of each is all highly respected, no matter what their faction is on the power scale. The leader of the top power scale has most respect and has absolute power, and the rest of their faction is also highly respected. (This faction could be the healing one).
