Shawn handed her the one he had lit for himself and took another from the pack
-
"Originally Tennessee, but I moved to Texas for college." He said as he took a long drag from the cigarette.
-
Shawn hopped down from the counter and walked over to the glass, "Yea, Cool I guess." he said looking outside.
-
Shawn- I made my way through the woods, my hand on the hilt of my sword at all times preparing for who or whatever was speaking up ahead.
-
Shawn followed from a few feet back, his shotgun was lazily propped across his shoulders, he hated having to come on this expedition, this was time he should be spending trying to fix the Jeep.
-
Shawn - He looked at the wall that had formed in front of him, he smiled slightly and began to tap on it looking for any weak spots. He found one spot and walked back a few feet before he rushed it. As his shoulder hit the ice he heard a slight crack and winced as he felt his shoulder being pushed from its socket.
-
Shawn steps forward to the lead of the group, he shucked the pump of his shotgun as be brought it to his shoulder and fired a single shot stopping an infected mid stride as it ran toward the group.
-
Shawn yanks on his arm and hears a loud pop, he takes several deep breathes and soon stands. He breaks a few of the spikes off and draws his sword, "Let me through or ill make my own way through!" he yell through it.
-
Shawn nods, "Ill remember that." he said as he sheathed his sword and whistled. His horse walked over to him and he mounted the creature and they made their way around the icewall,
-
Shawn notices a jeep similar to his and walks over to inspect it, "Maybe I can get a distributer off of this one." he says to himself as he pops the hood and begins looking around at the engine.
-
Shawn began to disconnect the plug wires from the distributer, "Yea, were fine." he said not wavering his attention from the distributer.
-
Shawn walked to the back of the store and found a cargo bay where the trucks would bring in new products. "Hey guys!" he yelled as he walked over to the large door. "Check this out!"
-
Shawn yanked the distributer from the Jeep, "Yea, better if you like to look like a freakin power ranger." he said as he disconnected the plug wires from the spark plugs and laid them with a the distributer.
-
Shawn laughed, "Yall do that," he said as he packed away the parts in his bag, "Im going to go fix my Jeep."
-
Shawn slapped his hand on the large metal door, "Has anyone looked behind this yet?" He asked
-
"I had a Hayabusa with a 73mm Garret turbo. Rode it one time and traded it for a Challenger." Shawn said as he put on his back pack and began to head back to the base.
-
Shawn walked around to the front of the truck and inspected it, "Guys, if this thing still runs do you know how amazing it will be to have it?" he climbed up on the step by the driver side door. "And its a Peterbuilt!" he said with a smile as he opened its door and sat down in the seat.
-
Shawn approached his personal Jeep and opened the hood. He propped it open and made it around to the back of the Jeep and grabbed a few ratchets and sockets from the old snap-on tool chest and began to remove the old worn out parts.
-
Shawn looked to her and back at the truck, "I just need 10 minutes!" he yelled as he opened the truck door and got in before slamming it. He looked around in the cab and finally found the keys. He shoved them in the ignition and tried to start it with little success. "Shes turning over she just wont hit a lick." he said as he thought about what could cause the problem. "Come on Shawn!" he yelled at himself, "Think, think.... Its no newer than a 2000 model... fuel injection.... diesel... wait! no its a carbureted motor!" he said looking around in the cab, "Wheres the waste gate switch!" he yelled to himself
-
Shawn pressed in a large yellow button and the truck hissed loudly, he pressed in the clutch and turned the key again, this time the engine sputtered and a sudden puff of black smoke left both of the large chrome stacks as the engine roared to life for the first time since the world went down here, "Yes!" he yelled
