Tidalheart rolled her eyes at the new tom.
"Fine, but don't come crying to me when the cuts get infected." But then she purred. Bluefire was so stubborn and ignorant. He was quite amusing.

Furykit was surprised as everyone started pounce. Suddenly Ashpelt was surrendering and he didn't have a chance to jump. He bounded up and stomped his paw on the ground, sitting down with a loud thump at the same time. He tried to be smart and patient and it completely backfired on him! Throwing himself down on the ground, he tossed his paws over his ears.
How am I going to prove that I can pounce, now? he thought. Then he noticed he was having a tantrum, and that would be even worse than not showing he could pounce. Sitting back up, he hoped the next test would give him a chance to pounce. He sighed and calmed down. -
Tidalheart padded gracefully into her den, flicking her tail to Stormtalon before disappearing completely. Once inside, she tilted her head backward toward the entrance a bit.
"Go ahead and have a seat in the nest to the right," she mewed to the deputy. -
Furykit took a deep breath. Now that he was alone, any movement that was detected by Ashpelt was going to be just his. He had to get this right this time. Getting into the position softly, he narrowed his eyes on the arch of the beta's back. That would be his target. He took a first soft step ahead, glad when he couldn't hear or feel anything from it. He looked at Ashpelt to make sure she hadn't sensed him before he took another step.
-
Perfect! Furykit smirked. He decided it was safe to take two steps this time, so he did. After that, he stopped dead in his tracks and glared at her head again.

OOC: Thnx for the PM, I would have never noticed this thread, as I've been busy lately and haven't been on as much(Tis' the Season :)) ). :P
Twilightbliss's ears twitched as she heard paw-steps coming toward her. She turned invitingly as she turned to notice Emberstar and Falconflight coming toward her. The dark she-cat got up and took a few steps toward them, nodded, and sat.
"Hello, Falconflight, Emberstar," she mewed. "Did you need me?"
She quietly wondered to herself what it could be. Was it about the Assessments? Maybe that they needed her to set up Guard patrol? Perhaps about this terrible blizzard that was coating her pelt with cold snow as she thought? Then she re-focused before her mind began to wander any more. Whatever it was about, she'd find out shortly from the Leader and Second in front of her. -
~*~Eternalheart's Journey~*~
Chapter One
"Wrathclaw, stop it!" a tom yowled from underneath a larger cat. "What in StarClan's name did I do have you jump me?"
"Next time you'll bring home more freshkill, then, right?" The other tom overshadowing the smaller cat, namely Wrathclaw, hissed and glared at the cat he was attacking. "You're such a fool, Eternalheart. Yet you want to lead a Clan." Giving a last snort of defiance, he stepped off of Eternalheart and padded away, allowing Eternalheart to stand.
I'll show him, Eternalheart vowed in his thoughts. One day I'll escape ShadowClan and lead my own, greater and stronger than all four Clans put together!
With that, he stomped a gray paw on the ground and walked away. But as he turned, he bumped into a ginger she-cat, making both stumble. Eternalheart regained his balance to see who he had run into.
"Ah, Dawningday!" he exclaimed. "I'm so sorry, are you okay? Oh, man, sorry!" But all the while, Dawningday just giggled at his frantic nature.
"I'm alright, Eternalheart, really," she mewed sweetly. "Don't worry about me."
Eternalheart smiled at her. Dawningday was the only other pure, non-sinister cat, other than himself, in ShadowClan. He tried to stay around her most of the time. But to his dismay, he was often paired with Wrathclaw for patrols and such due to their similar builds.
"I'm sorry anyway," he apologized once again. "So, um, since you're here, want to go hunting together?"
"Sorry," Dawningday said slowly. "I have to take my apprentice, Rockpaw, out for battle training." She glanced at the sky, the sun just setting making a orange glow in the area of the Clans. "Actually, I need to meet him there now. Maybe later, okay?
Sighing, Eternalheart replied, "Alright, I'll catch you later." He gave a nod and walked over to the freshkill pile as Dawningday bounded out of the camp.
Clamping a sparrow in his silver jaws and lying down, he noticed Wrathclaw out of the corner of his eye, mouth full with a large gray rabbit. The she-cats of ShadowClan were swarming around him, some even grooming him just to flirt. He just snorted, begging to himself that the black tom not come to meet him. Luckily, Wrathclaw walked over to the other side of camp with his gang of girls.Nee~ Too tired to write anymore... Hope you like it so far, will definitely finish it some time when I get the time, but the Holidays are quite consuming me atm. ^^'
Well, post on what you think I can improve on or just discuss things in the fanfic!! x3 -
Tidalheart chewed the burdock until it was mushy and pasty. She gathered it in her mouth and padded over to Stormtalon who was asleep. She picked out the cobweb from beside her and blotted his wounds just with enough force to clean off the blood. After that was done, she scraped off the remaining web from her paws and got a bit of the burdock paste on her paws. The gooey root was then spread evenly on the cuts and dried quickly. She was content with the job she did and thought it would heal nicely, so she decided to go catch up with Willowmist. The slim she-cat slipped out of the den and trotted to the lake where Willowmist was.
"Hey," she mewed. "I'm back, wanna go now?" -
"Oh, wonderful," she purred. "I hope their delivery comes along nicely, Falconflight."
But ironically enough, inside, she was a bit sad. Ever since that day when she arrived, when she had been so rotten to Emberstar, she could feel she had made a bit of a bad impression. She had noticed that her own personality was lightening up, but no tom ever looked at her with the glittering, soft eyes that Emberstar looked at Ashpelt with or how Thornwillow looked at Falconflight. Her heart silent cringed in her slim chest a bit. But she could sense that the Second had more news, so she directed her attention to Falconflight again.
"Is there something else?" -
Thank you~ I'm glad you enjoyed it. As soon as I get some more ideas I'll type it in the first post, so stay tuned! ^^
-
((Darn, and I was being so careful not to do that >.<))
Twilightbliss was so shocked, she stumbled back a little. Her as Second in Command? She couldn't believe her ears. Why in StarClan did Falconflight pick her? That she didn't understand, but she stepped back forward. She'd have to be mouse-brained to refuse this!
"I'll gladly take the responsibility as Second, Falconflight," she purred. "Thank you for choosing me. I'll be sure to do good while you take care of the kits." She nudged the she-cat lightly with her muzzle, then waited for a response. -
Well, guess who's back? Yup, it's me, Bluewind, AKA Blue. After school completely enveloped my life last year and I had no more time in the day to play whatsoever, I'm just finally here to make it official to you all that I'm gone and I'm probably not gonna come back ever again. Also, seeing as though my friends are probably gone by now and EmberClan is probably dead... Yeah... We've all had a lot of really good times here, and I love this site more than any other roleplay site, but it's time for Blue to fly away from here with the wind once and for all. I'll miss you all...
Goodbye, my dearest friends. I love you all. ^^ -
Hey y'all! Jeez, feels weird being back here after a little over 8 whole years! It's sure changed a lot, but I'm glad to see these cute emotes haven't changed a bit!

The main reason I'm back is because I actually recently re-read Bluestar's Prophecy, and I'm planning on reading more of the books, so I'm also gonna try to get more into Warriors RP in the mean time! I really really missed doing this all these years, honestly, but just never found the motivation to get back to it. But here I am now!

I doubt anyone I used to hang out with is still here at all, so I'll do a fresh introduction!
Y'all can call me Lily nowadays, or Bluewind if that's easier due to display name! Right now I'm 18, nearing 19 (I was only 11 when I was first on here!), and I'm a college student and Certified Adult™ now! Psychology major, if you're curious.

Funnily enough, I've actually changed in many ways other than age. I now identify as trans and nonbinary, and prefer they/them pronouns (which is updated in my about section; thanks for adding that btw!). I'm also very queer, and take lots of pride in being part of the LGBT+ community now! So that's fun~

I'm still nerdy, pretty weeby, but I've definitely grown up a lot emotionally and mentally compared to 6th grade me. I mean, jeez, I was looking through some of my old posts... Talk about cringe.

I'm not sure what else to say other than... Hi! Glad to be back! Hopefully I'll get my butt into gear when I have free time, rework Bluewind, and get back into roleplaying!

Thank ya for reading!!!

Hey you two! Nice to meet you both, and thanks for the warm welcome back!
I am a bit jarred by the differences honestly haha, which is why I was lowkey comforted by the fact that the cat emotes are still around. Nice to have one familiar thing to anchor myself to lol. But I'll definitely take a look at that guide, it should help a bit! I haven't looked around enough to have any specific questions though, so I'll get back to y'all on that once I get there.
Also; yes, psychology is awesome! Aspiring therapist/counselor here, about to start my second semester of my first year, and pretty hype about it!

-
Star I definitely prefer more of a therapy/counseling approach rather than medication, though both are super interesting and important! I wouldn't really mind doing either when it comes down to it.

ganymede Ughh, I knowww. I'm actually slightly impressed by the writing skills of 6th grade me, it's all not half bad and my characters actually tended to have faults and not be total Mary Sues, but my plots were mediocre at best ahaha. Meanwhile, my posts in OOC chats... That's where the real cringe comes in. So. Terrible.

Thank you for the offer btw! I won't have time tonight, it's about time I get to sleep soon, and probably not this weekend either since I have a 3-day event I'll be attending, but if you don't mind, I'll take a raincheck on that and get back to you once I can!

-
Sounds peachy! I'm pretty hype to get back into all this, especially since I still have all my old stuff to pull inspiration from.

-
Okay! I've looked around, and now that I have some free time this Saturday, I'm ready to put down my questions and Get Down to Business
to defeat the Huns.
First!I'm definitely basically only interested in traditional Warriors roleplay for now, and considering I'm definitely a full-sentence, full-syntax, almost-paragraph-length kind of roleplayer, I'm most interested in being apart of Advanced, I guess. However, I'm not 100% clear on how to get into Advanced, since that wasn't really a thing when I was around, so if I could get pointed in the right direction for that, that'd be awesome!
Secondly!I've noticed that it seems like people make separate accounts for their characters...? And then link back to their main? Is that just based on individual preference, or is this more or less expected of players? Can I just host all my characters on the one account? I understand that separated character accounts can help keep things in line, but honestly I think I'd just get confused and accidentally forget about like 70% of my roleplays that way ahaha.
Thirdly!I notice there's much more of an emphasis on have a set plot nowadays before you jump into playing a character.
While I'm not opposed to that, I honestly like just roleplaying typical Clan life, and if I do want a plot, I prefer for it emerge more naturally through playing with other people's characters, rather than going into it already knowing how things "have to" go. So again, is having a set plot more individual preference, or is it expected?
Lastly!
Is there just any general tips or differences I should know about before going in? Keep in mind, I played in 2010-2011, so if anything has majorly changed since then, letting me know would really help me get adjusted!
Okay, that's about all I have for now I guess! I'm sure I'll have more questions as questions get answered, but for now, anyone that can help me out--staff, mods, players, whatever--and answer these questions to get me on the right track, that'd be wonderful!!!

-
Aaah, thank you so much! Your answers are so helpful and everything makes a lot more sense already ahaha. I'll probably take a look around that thread for a bit and see what questions I still have afterward, if any! Thank you muchly!!!

-
Thank you! It's not really that I'm looking specifically to improve my writing skills (although there is always room for improvement of course!), I think I'm probably cut out for Advanced as it is, or at least Moderate/Semi-Advanced/etc.! I'm really just trying to get back into forum RP as a way to get back into writing, since I haven't written narrative fiction for the longest time and I honestly really miss it.
I also read the really good Library thread on the concept of muse (this one), since Amy used that term and I hadn't heard about that before, which has also highkey inspired me to get a move on writing again! Hype hype hype!

(Also sorry for the slight delay replying again, I'm actually getting started rewriting Bluewind, my RiverClan cat, to be the first character I use. She needs sooo much more personality depth than 11-year-old me wrote for her ahaha, so it'll take me some time I'm sure!)
-
Yes! I uncovered my fellow LGBT+'s! Hype!!!

Hi everyone! You can call me Bluewind or Lily, or anything respectful really, it's cool!
I'm queer (specifically pan I guess), nonbinary, and trans! I go by they/them!
Nice to meet y'all!!! How's y'all goin'?
