He raised his head to the cat, glaring more until his fur fluffed out. "What the heck do you want?" he snapped, finally having found the lock. He turned his head to it then flicked his ear to some unseen voice. "I get it, I get it." the kit muttered, rolling his eyes as he worked on opening the lock.

I have something to say.
About the poll.
The fighting and 'dangerous' part is NOT in their genes, the few that are dangerous have been TRAINED to do this. That does not mean the entire breed is DANGEROUS.
And for my opinions on this.. Why did they ban them in the first place? Maybe you should dig down deeper and see WHY they banned them from where you live. And..
On a scale of one to ten, the pitbulls are famous because of the fighting, not of anything the dog has actually done. When you say dogfights, most of you instantly think of PITBULL.

I myself own a dog. A yellow lab terrier mix. He's a great dog, you can tease him all you want, and he'll just think you're playing and run at you with his tug-of-war toy. Great with kids too.
But he has a little problem. He has this.. protectiveness issue, where he'll growl at any new people he doesn't know about.
Such as, my cousin came out of his room one day wearing a ski mask and my dog just JUMPED straight up, barking his tail off. And my cousin was like 'O.o It's just me.' And Max(That's our dog.), wouldn't stop barking till my cousin took it off.

Very, but it also goes to show you how loyal he is. I haven't had a pitbull, but I heard they're fiercely loyal.

They claimed that Buddy had growled at their daughter while he was walking through their yard. Here's the thing. Buddy never went in their yard; he was actually still a little afraid of people that he didn't know. He only went in the yards of my friends' and my grandmother's. He would only go in a stranger's yard when I was there. Another thing was, Buddy was blind in one eye, so running up to him on his blind was a bad idea; it scared him. Most dogs growl when fightened, so it's natural. So if for some weird reason he was in the their yard and the daughter ran over to him, he would get scared and like most dogs growl.
My mother and me got to talking one evening and something just doesn't add up about the story; Buddy avoided childern like the plague. He would often go to his bed when they were at our house playing, so why would he be in the neighbor's yard while she was out?
But off that topic: They admitted to killing him when they dog into a fight with us (the lab they had abandoned a year prior to this had given birth to labradoodle pups so they were demanding her back). After they admited to it, me and my mother told her that he had been abused and that he was nervous around strangers. Needless to say the woman shut up after that. Mostly because me and my mom had called her out an a couple of lies about her own pets (they killed them through negligence).
How interesting.. Have you tried reporting them to the cops? If they do that kind of stuff again, you should report it.
Howdy! I'd like to contribute my opinion if you'll take it :)
I personally don't like pitbulls but NOT because of what people think of them. I'm just not that type of dog person, anyway back on topic I agree that people do think badly about pitbulls however I have heard of pitbulls raised in perfectly good homes attacking people. Where I used to live this woman took her pitbull and her baby on a walk and the pitbull attacked the baby. It ripped of part of her scalp, the family put the dog down and for obvious reason (I think.) she said that her dog was the sweetest thing and had never attacked before.
So I just wanted to say it isn't ALWAYS humans who cause pitbulls to attack, sometimes they do attack on their own accord, just like any dog can. I think if ANY dog attacked a baby I'd put it down, just my thoughts.
How very true.. I have seen my dog growl at a few people.. but I've never seen him attack..
What do you think could set them off though?

Our story starts out on a mountain, full of wonder and mystery, beauty and breath-taking views.. But also death and evil. Here lurks a dragon with supposedly incredible power, but with a evil mind as well. They are supposedly the most handsome/beautiful dragons around.. Saying to have great weapons at their disposal, and to be even craftier then most. Most people won't risk it.. but how about you.. fearless dragon trainer?

Dragon strong and weak points...: When he's calm, the spikes going down from his head to his tail lie flat, however, if he is agitated or getting ready to attack, they launch straight up. The blunt spikes on his tail are dull, so they aren't to good for cutting, but they can be used to knock out his enemy. He also has thinner scales and a leaner body. His wings are thin but strong, meaning he can fly faster and be silent while doing so. His teeth are jagged and are dripping with venom. However, one of the many ways to beat this dragon is to overpower it, as it is thinner and slightly weaker then most. He also has enough brain power to solve several puzzles. He also can telepathically speak to humans and other dragons, but this requires a huge amount of concentration.
Likes: Sweets, fruit, sweet meat, figuring out all the kinks in a object, and shiny objects.
Dislikes:Being held captive, humans, and other dragons intruding on his territory.
Personalty: Even though he is a curious dragon, Shiro Shi is very strong willed, and prideful. He respects strength and brains, however, if you were to grow weak, he would crush you in a second. Mostly, this dragon would end up being a 'pack dragon'(A dragon that moves around with others in packs.) if it had not been revealed that this dragon was the last of it's kind.
Other:He's one of the dragons that's in the mountains..
