-I plan on losing weight. I'm going to find out a regime to do, start out easy, and work harder and harder as the months go by. I'm not exactly overweight, but I still need to lose some pounds or I'll be there pretty fast. I've already tried many times, and failed each time. If anyone has any advice or sites that can help with planning workouts {for teenage girls ^x^} or advice on sticking with my routine, it would be GREATLY appreciated! <3
-I plan on eating more of the right foods and eating less of the wrong ones. I've always had a problem with that. I'm going to be buying less fatty foods and more healthy ones, so I can contribute that to being more healthy. xD I also plan on drinking more water. If anyone has any advice for this, it would gladly help me!
-I plan on being more talkative, outgoing, and social. I've always been a bit of a wallflower, but I'm going to try my darnedest to break out of my shell and speak my mind more often, and not let people disrespect me or my friends/family, and not be afraid to show my true self in public. Any advice for this will be the MOST appreciated, as I am focusing the most on this one!
