England took a few deep breaths to calm down. "You really scared the scones out of me!" He said. "But, why were you spying on me?" He asked, raising an eyebrow. "Did America put you up to this!?!"
America puffed out his chest. "The Hero never gets scared!" He said in the best hero voice that he could. "I'm just worried that you'll get scared, Wales!" He retorted.
"Sure, let me find you a seat." Mira told him. She took a moment to study him. He looked about 17 or 18 at most. She led him over to an clean table. "Here you go. I'll be back with your tea." She said.
Mira returned with the tray of tea. "Here you are." She said, setting the tray down. She paused to gaze at him for a moment. "I wanted to ask you...What's your name?" She asked shyly. She was used to tlakign to customers, but not in a nonbusiness manner.
England narrowed his eyes. "Yeeees?" He asked slowly.
OOC: Anne the waterbender is accepted! Welcome! 
IC: Taro watched in disbelief as the girl flipped away with his stuff. "What the...?" He muttered before following in pursuit of her. "Hey! Come back with my stuff!" He called.
Taro couldn't believe this. He kept running, hoping to corner her. But she was very swift and agile. Taro grunted as he rounded a corner and tried to keep up.
Mira smiled, feeling a bit more confident. "I'm Mira. Pleasure to meet you." She said, holding out her hand.
America chuckled and took her by the hand. "Come on! Let's find a scary movie in the living room!" He said, tugging at her hand.
Taro rolled his eyes. "Ah, yes... I guess." He said. "But I also happen to be the Avatar!" He added proudly, his golden eyes flashing.
"No joke." Taro replied. "And I'm journeying to learn the elements...Much like Avatar Aang did over two centuries ago.."
Taro relaxed a bit. "He was a hero." He said matter-of-factly. "But....what are you doing stealing? Stealing from the Avatar?" He asked. His voice was accusing. It was genuinely curious.
Mira suppressed a grin. She loved meeting new people. "So, are you going to watch the pro bending match tonight? I hear that it'll be a good one!" Mira said. "The Wolfbats vs. The Rabaroos!"
Taro lowered his gaze at the stranger's words. "Oh....I'm sorry." He said. Then, his eyes shot up to meet hers. "Do you need anything?" He asked, clearing his throat awkwardly. "I-I mean, is there anything I can do...?"
England froze up awkwardly. "Uh...I-I...um..." For once in his life, he didn't have a witty retort. "I...don't know..." He said finally.
America caught sight of a really scary-looking movie and opened up the case. "This looks frightening enough!" He said. "But the Hero will not be afraid!" He put the disk into the DVD player and jumped back onto the couch, patting the spot next to him. "Come sit here!" He called to Wales.
Taro was startled, but stood his ground fiercely. He met the boy's gaze with his golden eyes blazing. "Oh, you have a friend." He said.

There is no particular version for this rp. We can rp with elements from some of the other tmnt shows/movies of the past. Name: Mona Lisa
Species: Mutant salamander
Looks: She looks like the turtles, except she doesn't have a shell. But she does have a salamander tail. unlike the turtles, she has wavy brown hair that she usually keeps tied back in a ponytail. Her eyes are blue.
Taro raised an eyebrow. "Your twin?" He asked. "Are either of you benders?"
Lilypool suppressed a mrrow of laughter. "You two can lead the way." She said.
Taro nodded in understanding. "Oh, I see." He said. "Pretty sweet!" Then, he hesitated. "Hey, I'm fixing up my dinner back at my camp... and there's too much extra food for me to eat myself. Would you two join me for dinner?" He asked slowly.
England's eye widened a bit. "Sh-she does?" He asked, a blush creeping on his face.
America clutched the couch pillow as the movie started. It wasn't even getting scary yet, and he was freaking out.
