Whisker looked at his cats, if he dares called them his but he felt so much like a leader already he might as well be one. He might save lives, maybe he'll find his lost kits. Maybe but who knows. He looked at Theo and stared at who this cat was. He had to remember the cats who decided to stick with him. "No. No one is exploring the cave until the sun is out. Especially not alone, who knows what could be in there." He shook his head and started walking towards some hunting areas, "But you could come hunting with me, what's your name?" he asked Theo, tracking the scent of mouse, noticing a smallish creature. He thought back to his old hunting days and crouched low. He was glad his fake eye had night-vision but it was hard to focus with both so he closed his real eye. He pounced and bit down with metal fangs, killing the mouse. He smiled, he hasn't tasted fresh mouse for moons!
Night smiled a toothy smile when cats actually volunteered to set up dens. Many would not bother and go do the more fun and active activity of hunting but she was glad some had the decency to find sleeping areas. She meowed to the cats who wanted to build dens, "Find holes and breaks in trees along with any hollow logs that a cat can fit it. She looked at Aine and Reese, "You two should find as much moss, feathers, and soft stuff as you can so we can lay on it." She looked back to all the cats, "Everyone else can find hollow places to sleep in" She meowed, walking off to look around for den spaces. She stumbled upon a hole, a dug out den already. Possibly for a fox but when she smelled it, the scent of fox wasn't there. This hole must've been here for moons, no owner. It was a perfect den for a few cats. She went inside and dug around a bit. The dirt a bit crumbly, but nothing that'd collapse overnight. She dug a bit more to be able to fit more cats, they need as many dens as they can get.
