Okay since we already have our characters let's just get right into it. I'm still using Madison Clears, the 12 year old girl. And Paul Connor, the vicious Career. I will also rp the female tribute from 10 (Kyle's District) now and then. As I said before, let's jump right into it. (BTW, let's not do reapings for our characters since we already did them in the other thread.)

Kyle was standing on the stage as Ellie attempted to pick a name from the big glass bowl holding female names. Her bony hand finally picked one and she carefully took it out. She unfolded the envelope and read the name out loud: "Vanessa Smith." The name didn't mean anything to him, but as soon as he saw the shocked face of the 17 year old girl he made a small gasp. He remembered her now. In school, Kyle's friends used to always say Vanessa had a major crush on him. He never believed it and would always tend to say: "What girl would fall for me?" As soon as Kyle stopped walking down Memory Lane, he realized Vanessa was already on the stage. "Ladies and Gentlemen, District 10's tributes for the 24th Annual Hunger Games!" Kyle felt as if Vanessa was staring at him, but had no time to notice as he was rushed into the Justice Building by two Peacekeepers.

Kyle was greeted by his friends in the Justice Building. They had a short conversation, exchanged a few jokes to lift their spirits a little, and said their goodbyes. Before he knew it, Kyle was swept to the car truck that would take them to the train.

Doesn't each district have it's own train to transport tributes?

Kyle, Vanessa, and Ellie's ride came to a stop at the train station. They got off and made way for the train. As soon as he stepped on the long vehicle, Kyle was mesmerized by the beauty of the interior. It was indescribable for Kyle, especially coming from such a gray place like 10. Ellie gave the two tributes a tour of the train and told them to be ready for dinner in about an hour or so. Kyle went into his chambers and laid in his bed. It felt so nice to just finally... rest. Kyle's eyes closed and what felt like 2 seconds in his mind, translated into half an hour in real time. After waking up, Kyle undressed and took a warm shower. He looked into the drawers in his room and decided to dress in a casual yellow shirt with black pants. Kyle then went into the dining hall to see Ellie and Vanessa sitting at the table. Speaking of the table, the long, fine piece of wood was coated with all sorts of dishes. Half of which Kyle had never heard of before, let alone seen. The 18 year old sat next to Vanessa and an empty chair.

"Oh my, where's Lily?" Ellie asks.

Lily Worthington. Me and Vanessa's mentor, Kyle thought. District 10 had one victor so far, and that was Lily. She was a smart, pretty and kind, girl. Don't forget young, Kyle thought. Lily was, surprisingly, no older that Kyle himself. She won the 19th Hunger Games at a surprising age of 13. Kyle was so wound up about his name being chosen, he was oblivious towards Lily when she was clearly sitting next to Ellie on the stage.

"I'm not sure," Kyle says. As if his words were what summoned her, Lily Worthington walked into the dining room.

"Hello Kyle," Lily said as she sat down next to him. "Hi Lily," Kyle said politely. With Lily being the same age as Kyle, it was obvious that they were in the same class. They did in fact, know each other. "Hello Lily. It's nice to meet you," Vanessa said kindly. The victor just gave a nod at the girl. "So, what advice do you have for us?" Kyle asked quietly. Lily looked at him and just returned to her food. "I advise you not to die. There's more to come when we reach the Capitol. Just sit back and enjoy the ride. And the food," Lily said quietly. Kyle had forgotten about the food that was laid in front of him during Lily's arrival. He began to quietly eat, a little mad 'I advise you not to die' was the only thing Lily gave them. "We'll be arriving in the Capitol shortly. You'll be put into the hands of your prep team. I can say only one thing about them: You will not like you're going to go through, okay? Just suck it up and don't say a word," Lily said to the tributes before returning to her soup.

Kyle went back to his food. After supper was over, he just went to his room and lay down. Suddenly, he could feel something warm on his face. They were tears. Kyle hadn't even noticed that they were there. Then he remembered: He was in the Hunger Games. The full on idea of having 23 Tributes on his tail struck him. He started to really cry now in a silent manner. Just the thought of balling his eyes out made Kyle tired, and he teared himself to sleep.

Kyle woke up with a jolt. Even sleep, his only escape from the Capitol, was taken from him. Nightmares about the Games had haunted him. He exit his chambers and went into the main hall where Ellie and Vanessa were looking through the windows. Kyle looked out another and watched as hundreds of people waved to him through the window. He couldn't help but wave back. At 10, hardly anybody recognized him. Now, everyone knew him.

Haha. That's okay. It's easy since I've hardly played with snow before. That was like a one time thing. It's not like I've spent my whole life being able to play with snow and then have it just taken away from me. I'm used to not having snow.

The train parked and Kyle, Vanessa, Ellie, and Lily stepped off. The crowd was going crazy for the tributes from 10. Kyle and his team got into a car that would take them to the Remake Center, but not before Kyle got a glimpse of a female tribute with dark blonde hair and navy blue eyes. The car dropped off Kyle and Vanessa only, Ellie and Lily were to go to the Training Center as they were not needed here. Kyle watched the car leave, pondering what 'he was going to go through', as Lily said.

Kyle and Vanessa exchanged a nervous glance. They braced themselves for what was to come, and stepped in.

    3 Capitol Hours Later.

Kyle was standing in a white, empty room, unclothed and in pain. Kyle had gone through a series of waxes and his skin felt hot. Surrounding him, was his Prep Team: Kristina, Joseph, and Bertha. The team was taking in every inch of Kyle, making him a little self-conscious. They complimented each other's work with their annoying Capitol accents. "Wait here and Molly, your stylist, will come," Bertha says, followed by a small giggle. They left the room, leaving Kyle to just stand there. What felt like forever passed when an attractive young woman with ginger hair walked in. This woman was the very image of what Kyle hadn't imagined his stylist would look like. She looked young, no older than 25, as Kyle guessed. "Hello Kyle. I'm Molly, your stylist," she said in a polite tone.
