    He didn't believe it.
    Peregrineskies sighed, looking down at his paws. They used to belong to a small, disabled, innocent kitten. And now those paws belonged to a small, three-legged deputy, who everyone thought was a little sh*t.

    Or as everyone else labeled him, the co-deputy b*tch of Hawkclan. Peregrineskies hated that label. It meant he was just a little helper to that perfect little sh*thead, I'll-do-everyhing-right-and-all-will-love-me b*tch, Wintercloud. Or as everyone else called her, the deputy of Hawkclan. He had always thought of himself to be just like everyone else, a fighter, a loyal cat, one that others respected.
    But... Just about nobody treated him that way. They treated him like he was nothing, a brick wall some one had put graffiti on.
    And he was sick of it;
    Sick. Of. It.


    Peregrineskies had to do something so that everyone stopped treating him like crap.
    But... what would it be?

    Ic: The runt was there, his back to another tree, his three legs blocking the way of him being crushed entirely. Yet his small body was behind a trunk bigger than him, making him unsealable. Peregrineskies felt some of the tree being lifted and fell from his mantle.

    Before Mortispaw could grab the extremely small deputy, the deaf midget dashed out from under there, unable to hear Cheetahspeed's yells. "We need to get moving! Cheetahspeed, Chemicalvirus, Mortispaw, get as many kits as you can carry and get to Bloodclan. I'll take Giftkit and Fracicalpaw. We rendezvous outside the territory. Understand?" The younger deputy yelled over the storm, scents were uneven and mixed around him. He hated water.

    The younger deputy turned to see two cats and a deer. "I'm fine." He mewed, single blue gaze flickering from Swanpaw to the deer and the other cat. He flicked his tail in annoyance. "I prefer younger deputy, if you don't mine. [I know it's spelled wrong.]" Peregrineskies eyes flickered to Spade, then to the outside world, then back at Spades. "I'm sorry, but no. It's still storming, and lately, I feel there will be more coming." The younger deputy thin noticed his thinness. "Can you eat those spiky tree-like plants?" Those were the only kind of plant he had seen anywhere in Bloodclan deserts.

    Peregrineskies' three-legged self paced the widths of the den. This den was where Hawkclan had been staying recently, but he was worried. He hadn't seen his beloved mate since the storm. Why did I leave so soon? Oh Starclan, please don't let her be dead, she means everything to me. He prayed silently, thoughts of life without her was clouding his thinking. He wouldn't be able to live with himself if she was gone.

    IC: The Hawkclan deputy looked outside, seeing that cats were gathering. He knew it was a meeting. Peregrineskies approached the crowd, coming to a spot near the front and away from most of the Bloodclanners. He felt.... uncomfortable around them.

    Peregrineskies followed after her, jumping over the riverbank. The deputy rested in a slanted tree, on a branch that seperated into a V. It was small enough that it fitted him, and he was comfortable.
