He spread out the paper on the floor, and then closed his eyes. He opened them and got out a pencil, and started to draw the house from the top view. He finished then looked at zombies. He put where most zombies were and where there weren't as many.

He continued to make the picture looking outside at the zombies thumping on his window.

He looked up," Just making a picture." He concealed it from Lexi not wanting anyone to see it.

Bryce turned around and looked at his window. He said to himself," Suddenly I'm the person that everyone wants to see."

He stood up the paper in his hand over his hand," Why?" He put his other hand out keeping her back.

He sighed," Nothing. Just something I made." He thought for while," Something with the zombies."

"Fine." he gave it to her," It's a map, for something." He didn't feel like saying the rest.

He shook his head," Just something I was thinking of, if we ever needed to leave. Just thinking in advance."

" I know they're out there, that's why I made it. So we would know where the monsters would be." He put his hands in his pockets," No other reason."

Santiago bent down and hugged her," Don't worry about the monsters, they won't get us."

Santiago put all of the supplies back in the box, then put it in a corner. He walked back to them," Everything's going to be fine Lexi."

Bryce looked at him again. He walked near the window, and said," Why should I let you in?" he saw the infected person and opened the window.

Santiago picked her up," You need to sleep now, it's late." He picked her up and started to walk to her room.

Santiago shrugged," I'll stay in there with her for the night."

Santiago put her in her bed, then put the covers on her. He kissed her forehead," Good night." He sat down on the floor leaning against the wall.

He had a surprised look on his face," Of course you could come in." he said sarcastically. He put out his hand," I'm Bryce."

He laughed," Go back in your bed. But looks like you're not tired. I know how you feel." He hugged her.

He kissed her back," Love you too." he got up then sat on her bed," Come on though, you still need to go to bed." He smiled at her.

He pulled him up then said," I have no idea what to do, do you?"

Bryce sighed," I guess so. But there aren't too many non-infected ones." He looked back at his table and walked over to it," Crazy, I know, trying to find a cure. Not going too well."
