Ben: Oh, you know, it's not too difficult. All parts have differences, no matter how minute. I just know what they all do and don't do, what they can and can't connect with, how they work, all that stuff. It's pretty easy, I mean I've been studying robotics and biology as long as I can remember - I took tons of classes for them in college too.

Oh, but there were also elephants and zebras and lions and crabs and a WHOLE bunch of other animals she would have loved, man, I wish she would have been there! Oh oh oh!! And Kitsu bought her cat a cat toy with CATNIP in it how great is that??! (boy was someone excited I was like being physically restrained by mchan because I was darting about like OOH LOOKIE OOH THAT OOH THIS and i was like CHARACTERS CUT IT OUT THIS IS A BAD PLACE TO BE WITH ALL OF YOU APPARENTLY)

Me: Oh really? What made him get into the fight then?

Slate: Oh it-it's b-been fine! Um, n-nothing t-too interesting happened-d though. N-Nothing new with y-you then?

West: So when did you both meet?

Ben: Oh, things like bioengineering, biology, applied computational mathematical sciences, applied mechanics, chemical engineering, chemistry, electrical engineering, engineering/applied science, environmental sciences/engineering, mechanical engineering, mathematics, physics... I took a lot of classes, I was super busy, but... Well, I learned a lot of stuff, that's for sure!

Switch: Ohh, well, we could always visit Sam! He's got that garden and I knooowww he's got catnip growing there. Actually, I think West brought some home for the cats around our house! Also for Sunkist. I know that new boy with all the animals has catnip for his cats.

I hunched over even farther. "Um. F-Fine. It's fine. Let's just... figure out where we are." He didn't look very ok and I wanted to apologize a million and a half times but... I don't know, I didn't want to make things even more awkward then they seemed to be at the moment.
Suddenly, BEN spun into existence, wobbly and flickering.
"Woah, Crys, that was a woozy, even worse than usual-" He cut off upon seeing Rayk, seeming to solidify a bit. "I-I mean, not that it's usual, like, woah, what even just happened, like, wow, explosions like that never happen, ha ha ha... Ha...."
I sighed, rubbing my face. "BEN, shut up. Please."
"WOAH, you- you said please! Wow, you must be serious, I mean- right- uh, uh- shutting up now."
"Like I said before..." I started walking, staggering slightly. Ugh. My legs were like noodles. Overly cooked noodles. "Let's just figure out where we are. If we head towards the sound of people, we can probably ask." I muttered under my breath, "Can't be too far, maybe a state or several cities or something... Never gone more than a mile or two...."

Noah: Why should I? It's a waste of breath.

Silas: *stiffens and briskly lies* I do.

Ben: Well, as great as online classes can be, it's definitely best to go to an actual college - the experience of having professors in person is really worth it. Plus discussing things with other students can be super helpful.
