Ace jumped as the three reappeared, backing away in fear.

Violet suddenly looked intrigued "So what's this game about?" She turned to Zero.

"W-What's wrong with Allison?" Ace backed away further, looking from her to Violet to Zero for an answer.

Violet ignored his question and focused on Zero "Interesting...So who goes first?"

"So do you just eat fish? Or do you hunt for prey on land too?" Stormsong cocked her head to the side

Ace uttered a few small squeaking noises before finally forming the words "I knew you before, Violet is my sister."

Violet thought for a moment, contemplating "Sounds fun."

"You were like a sister to her, Allison. Remember how you helped her?" Ace continued, noticing her change in mood immediately.

Violet looked back at Ace, noticing Allison's behaviour.

"You brought us back together! We wouldn't be here without you, Allison! You saved me and Violet and Derek because this isn't you, you are kind and caring and loving and nothing can change that!" By this point he was desperate, shouting at her over Zero.

Violet simply observed, deciding to let this go on a little bit longer.

The three siblings watched with interest as this new cat spoke "Do you swim?" Stagheart asked, head cocked to the side slightly.

A stone wolf materialized beside him, snarling as it launched itself at Zero. The shock made him step back, though once he realized what was happening he focused even harder on keeping the creature intact. The orb in his chest was glowing a bright blue.

Violet remembered the strange spheres, considering forming a creature of her own if anyone attempted to attack her. The spikes on her torso and head were already activated, leaving only her eyes visible once again as she watched Ace and Zero fight.

The wolf snarled, baring his teeth and staying in front of Ace to protect him. He focused harder, determined not to let the creature go without doing some damage.

Violet continued to watch, wondering vaguely what they were like before the upgrades. Presumably more flammable.

Violet reacted quickly, the light in her chest flashing on as a wall of water surrounded her "Underestimating my reflexes won't do you any good. In fact, you may have just lost yourself an excellent soldier." She growled, letting the wall collapse into a wave after the fire had been snuffed out. It seemed she had forgotten about the crossbow, though it remained strapped to her back.

The creature took the brunt of it, eventually being destroyed with a yelp as Ace was knocked back, breaking concentration.

Ace was out cold, his head had hit the floor pretty hard, and it was possible that he had a concussion.

Violet was tempted to try the same trick she had before, but didn't want to see that side of herself again. Being at that lab had turned her cold, and that was the opposite of what she strived to become, The girl rushed to her brother's side, checking his pulse and looking for any serious injuries. When she saw the bloody gash along his arm, she leapt into action, retrieving the needle and thread as well as painkillers from the backpack before setting to work stitching the cut "Alright, I've got to work quickly...Not sure how soon he'll be back." Violet began speaking to herself to calm down, a tactic she had used many times before while trying to dull her anxiety.

Violet treated the injury, careful not to move his neck in case he had injured it, and braced it. She waited for her brother to wake up, and once he did they started to plan, turning to the weapons once again and taking inventory of what would be useful once he returned.

"Is there any water around?" Fawnleap asked, looking for anything she might be able to swim in.

The three followed, trying their best to keep up with the surprisingly fast she-cat as Merlida led them to the lake.

Stagheart approached the water, dipping a paw in hesitantly.

Fawnleap came up behind her brother, shoving him into the water with a loud laugh. Stagheart pulled her in after him, turning and grabbing her scruff as he fell.

Doeskip purred, tempted to jump in herself.

After getting over the shock of the cold water, Stagheart and the other three began to follow her directions.

"No...Actually I haven't." She mewed, her tail swaying behind her as she gazed into the water. Stormsong jumped back when something moved, disturbing the surface.

"Um...Alright." Doeskip hesitated for a moment, but did what she asked eventually, taking in a big gulp of air and stilling her paws.

Fawnleap followed, holding her breath and letting herself sink.

Stagheart closed his eyes, the last of his siblings to follow the cat's instruction.
