I didn't even have my first phone until I was 7, and it wasn't even a flip phone. it was an old tracfone even older than the now "basic" flip style with just the screen and "keyboard" and the sort of indestructible design. I didn't get my first smartphone until about two years ago..

between that and all these kids {not even maybe 6th grade} with "bf/gf" problems ... .-.
