Amberstar heard her kit and went out of her den "What do you need?" she purred walking up then stopped seeing the blood dripping from Lightkit's face "What happened?!" she mewed racing to her kit's side cleaning the blood off of her fur.

She gave her kits one last lick and then bounded out of camp to hunt.
