i agree w you guys
i think the layout will only change because we're switching, and probably only a little bit. hopefully dynamo will be able to code any of the changes to look like normal, though ^^ i like how everything looks right now, too. i literally do everything to make sure everything is in order on my accounts because i have extreme ocd and it would be extremely hard for me to live for the first couple of weeks / months of the changes.... so hopefully its nothing too big! -

as someone who's struggled with anxiety most my life, im confident in my choice in neither. dislikes would be just awful to implement. they'd make it much easier to harass members they don't like or who play characters theirs can't get along with. being able to tell someone that you dislike their writing - an escape for many people - could crush somebody far more than comprehended. as for the likes, sure they can be reassuring. getting a little internet thumbs up on your work is always nice!! however, this is a community with varied styles, techniques, etc. if i saw a post i poured my heart into get less notes than a quick two paragraph one, i'd probably be discouraged about writing more. it's like the grading scales in school; it'd add unnecessary pressure to everyone around.
