Roleplay Rules
1. No powers/special abilities/winged cats/etc.
2. No random orphan kits please.
3. All cats should have warrior style names. I'm not too strict but they should be two-part names.
4. Keep the ooc chatting on the roleplay thread to a minimum, use the chat thread instead.
5. Run any plot ideas by me first before implementing them, so I can a) approve them and b) make sure I didn't have anything else planned already. Most Clan events will be voted on.

Clan Rules (You don't have to read all of these right now, it's basically the warrior code)
1. Defend your Clan, even with your life. You may have friendships with cats from outside the Clan, but your loyalty must remain to your Clan, as one day you may meet them in battle.
2. Do not hunt or trespass outside of the Clan's territory.
3. Elders and kits must be fed before apprentices and warriors. Unless they have permission, apprentices may not eat until they have hunted to feed the elders.
4. Prey is killed only to be eaten. Give thanks to StarClan for its life.
5. A kit must be at least six moons old to become an apprentice, and may not leave the camp until that time unless accompanied by a responsible warrior.
6. Newly appointed warriors will keep a silent vigil for one night after receiving their
warrior name.
7. A cat cannot be made deputy without having mentored at least one apprentice.
8. The deputy will become Clan leader when the leader dies or retires.
9. After the death or retirement of the deputy, the new deputy must be chosen
before moonhigh.
10. Boundaries must be checked and marked daily. Challenge all trespassing cats.
11. No warrior may neglect a kit in pain or in danger, even if that kit is from outside the Clan.
12. The word of the Clan leader is the warrior code.
13. An honorable warrior does not need to kill other cats to win his battles, unless they are outside the warrior code or it is necessary for self-defense.
14. A warrior rejects the soft life of a kittypet.
15. A medicine cat may only take a mate and have kits if they have a partner.

CavernClan's territory is about half underground. Their surface-level territory consists of a sparse forest and tundra on the side of a mountain, and their below ground territory is much larger, a maze of passageways and tunnels. They have an underground lake and river, which comes out of the tunnels in a waterfall and then meanders down the mountainside. In the tunnels there is a cave filled with glowing crystals and pools of water, where the medicine cats meet with StarClan.

The camp is in a sunny, bowl shaped gorge into the side of a cliff. All the dens are caves in the cliff wall, at varying heights. The leader's den exits onto a ledge that is used for Clan meetings and announcements.

Leader (1)-- Leads the Clan.
Deputy (1)-- Helps the leader and will take his/her place someday.
Medicine Cat (2) -- Heals the Clan and functions as a spiritual leader.
Medicine Cat Apprentice (2) -- In training to be the next medicine cat.
Warriors (unlimited) -- Hunts and fights for the Clan.
Apprentices (up to the number of warriors) -- In training to be warriors.
Queens (unlimited) -- She-cats nursing or pregnant with kits, or permanent helpers in the nursery.
Kits (unlimited) -- Cats under six moons old.
Elders (unlimited) -- Cats who, do to age or disability, are unable to perform their duties and have thus retired.
