Kitsune dashed over, her mouth full of poppy seeds. "Is anyone badly hurt?" she asked. She looked around, hoping not to see anyone seriously wounded.

EclipsedMind nodded to DarkSoul, understanding what the nod ment. He jumped down from the pile and walked over to the group of cats. "What's going on here...?" he asked in an uncertain voice. He'd has years of practise at this. He could sound however he wanted, if he tried.

Ooc: Sorry I wasn't here, we had to help set up a street party thing for the royal wedding.

SpiderSilk stood back as she watched the kitting. She'd never been any good at them, as not many kits were born while she was an apprentice. "They're beautiful." she purred quietly, almost to herself.
She was so used to BloodRipple standing next to her that she didn't even jump when he said, "Four kits... supposedly one of them will be different, one will be the same as the mum, one will be the same as the dad and the other will be a born leader." he commented dryly, as though he was bored.
SpiderSilk looked at him out of the corner of her eye. Where in the world did he hear that?

Kitsune nodded to MelodyStar to show that she saw the cuts and set to work. She dropped some poppy seeds infront of MelodyStar and went about finding some spider's web. She found some just behind her den.
She rushed back with it in her mouth, and started to put it on her leader's cuts. She hated battles. She didn't really see the point of them.

EclipsedMind smiled at MelodyStar, dipping his head. "Of course, how silly of me. I'm EclipsedMind. I've been a loner for a few moons now and I've been searching for a clan. From what I heard there was one forming around here, so here I am." he purred.

"Nice names! I'm BanditKit!" BanditKit said, grinning at LuckyKit and BlackKit. "BronzeCrow's great - she'll look after you really well!"
He looked again at the two kits. He couldn't help but think that LuckyKit looked pretty - he giggled to himself. Thinking about she-cats when he had to look after the kits? He should focus on his job more. He giggled again. He must be very important to get such an important job.

BronzeCrow winced when she noticed a deep gash. She put some spider's web on it gently, smiling reassuringly. "Don't worry about a thing, LilyRose. You're going to be fine."

Wow, that's really good! Just thought I'd say. My character BloodRipple sounds like the tom you're describing (prone to deep moments of unkindness, pointed ignorance, pride, and generally completely unworthy of a having somebody who would follow them to the very depths of hell).

BloodRipple is, in general, a cruel cat. He likes making fun of others, he revels in hurting others and he just plain loves it when he wins. However, most of his personality actually comes down to his 'evil' powers. He loves talking about himself, and tends to keep talking even when people have stopped listening. Kitsune nodded to MelodyStar as she walked off. "Anytime." she whispered, knowing MelodyStar wasn't going to hear, before returning her attention to the others. "Right. Anyone else hurt?" she asked.

EclipsedMind nodded, following after MelodyStar slowly. "If you don't mind me asking, who was that cat that was taken?" he asked in a caring voice when he caught up with her.

EclipsedMind paused and looked surprised, as though he didn't already know this. "...oh... this must be a sad time for you..." he muttered, looking down.

"Thank you. ...are you going to be okay?" EclipsedMind asked with concern in his voice. Sure, he didn't feel it, but as far as he was concerened simply sounding concerned was enough.

EclipsedMind sat up in his den. He had to go see DarkSoul tonight, to tell him about the missions success. He left the camp as silently as a whisper, sneaking over to the warehouse that his 'Clan' lived in. He could get in with out the guards noticing, he knew that. After all, he had been training for many moons more than them. He walked over to DarkSoul, nodding respectfully. "Lord DarkSoul." he purred, "I have been welcomed in to the Clan with open paws."

EclipsedMind nodded, not bothering to smile when he was complemented. As long as he felt the happiness himself what was the point in expressing it? "Heroic. Huh." he mumbled, bending down to look in to MudStorm's eyes. "Quite a firey one... don't trust her... hm, quite a dedicated little trooper to make it out here... must be loyal..." he said, already assessing her personality.

EclipsedMind rolled his eyes. "Firey was an understatement it seems. Well, my name is of no significance to you. It won't get you anywhere. Just now that I'm the head spy around here - that means I'm high up. So watch yourself." he deadpanned. He really couldn't be bothered putting emotion in to his speech.

"Well, I could stay here and talk all night, but I have to go and cozy up to your leader." EclipsedMind said, grinning despite himself. He padded out of the warehouse without waiting for an answer and back to his den. He lay down and stared at the ceiling of the monster. This, he thought, was going to be too easy.

Kitsune yawned as she woke up, looking around. She'd had nightmares, and had been tossing and turning last night - it had been hard to get to sleep. She padded out in to the camp and looked around - it seemed empty without SpiritSong. She jumped slightly when EclipsedMind raced past. "What's up?" she asked him. He didn't reply and kept running. Kitsune rolled her eyes and followed him.

EclipsedMind ran over to MelodyStar's den, stopping infront of it and pretending to catch his breath. He could run twice as much and not break a sweat, but he didn't want anyone knowing of his elite training so he just had to pretend. "MelodyStar, I can't find MudStorm anywhere!" he said as he stuck his head through the door of the monster.
He always thought it was better if he told the leader - he was less likely to be suspected if he brought it to everyones attention.

BloodRipple walked out of the nursery and stood guard. He smiled to himself. This was a good sign. He didn't know why, but it was.

EclipsedMind stood infront of MelodyStar. It annoyed him to no ends when a cat of great stature acted like this. "Stop, stop! This won't help at all. I saw her just before I went to my den, she was walking towards the place I saw you battling." he said calmly, in a firm voice.

Kitsune stuck her head in to the leader's den. "Um, what's going on? It sounds important... you okay Melody?" she asked.

BloodRipple looked over his shoulder at SpiritKit. "You copying me down there?" he teased.

EclipsedMind walked over to stand infront of MelodyStar. He nearly smiled. This was going pretty much perfectly.

Kitsune walked over to stand by MelodyStar's side. She clawed nervously at the ground, looking over to her leader. This wasn't good.

BloodRipple resisted the urge to follow the kit and make sure it was alright in there, knowing that they would be better off if he protected the entrance to the nursery.

Kitsune nodded, racing over to her den and raced back with many different herbs in her mouth; ragwort, poppy seeds and a leaf covered i honey among other things. "These should help - normally ragwort is used when you have trouble sleeping and poppy seed is great for any pains. The honey's just to sooth her." she explained, almost to herself. It distracted her, making it easier to work.
She dropped the herbs infront of her, before taking a ragwort and helping SpiritSong eat it.

Ooc: FrostHeart does sound like the kinder of the two, so that might be an interesting plot twist. :) Although you should probably get Trinity's opinion first. xD

EclipsedMind walked over to stand by MelodyStar's side. The plan was already in motion - it was moving along a lot faster than he had anticipated.

Kitsune smiled, glad that SpiritSong was able to eat the herbs. "Just a little bit of rest and you'll be fine." she reassured the deputy happily.
