Down the block in a little shop Cheoma (she-oh-ma) was hanging shirts, that she could not afford on their racks. Her focus was not on the clothes, though, it was the street outside. Listening she could hear faint screams and laughs. Outside the window people were hurrying on with their busy lives, not stopping to take a look around. Cruel people were out there, bad people, she could feel it in her bones.
There's a group of kids that have special powers and they don't know it. They are found by Authorities and taken away to have a special test. Some will pass, some will fail, some will escape, some will die, some will survive. But the ones who escape will try to stop the dark from coming and on the way might get into some trouble...
