Jace grimaced in envy. She wished someone would laugh with her like that. She wished someone like her like that. She hides herself for thinking that way. "Hurry up!"

Jace got to the mess hall, plopping down by herself at the Poseidon table. She picked at her food, barely eating

She sat at the Zeus table, eating silently and stealing glances a Will

"I want to fly like you! But I'm too small." She tried again, but she stumbled and hit a log. "Ow.."

She wasn't going to eat her food, so she dropped all of it in the brazier and stood up from her table and walked out of the mess hall briskly

Jace turned red with jealousy and stomped into her cabin.

Jace sat on her bed, thinking about Lee and how she could get any guy she wanted by flipping her hair and batting her lashes. Jace knew she was nothing but a plain brunette with acne and the only thing special about her was her eyes. They were bright blue with gold flecks, but that didn't change anything. She was plain, boring, and dull.

Jace walked to the Pegasus stables, mounting her Pegasus, Delphia, and galloping on the ground, riding into the woods

Jace took Delphia over to the training center, staying close to the amphitheater so she wouldn't be spotted

Jace sighed and slowly walked away on Delphia.
