( Big brother ;-; -nuzzles then sits on Ash- Tell us a story .3. Please? A good story, any kind really..... just.... a happy story I guess ^^

"What do you want?" Asked the tom a second time as he watched the she-cat in front of him, the muscles throughout his body tensing at the mention of Vixen before forcing himself to relax. She was lying... wasn't she?
Tanni pulled an excellent poker face, sitting down, a small sigh escaping her lips. "I have a question for you Nazu" She spoke quietly now, seeming to have lost all her previous bravado. "Why don't you tell her?" She lifted her cold blue gaze to glare at the tom, tone suggesting he should know full well what she meant. She had seen enough to know it was true. "Are you afraid?" She whispered now, ears folding down back on her head. "Or do you think if you don't tell her she'll never find out. Cause she will Nazu." Tanni flicked an ear, gaze calm. "Despite what my family thinks, Vixen isn't stupid."
( Oh don't worry Jay <3, She'll regain her -please excuse my language- B*tchiness soon enough. This is all an act put on by her to manipulate. S'not really working x3
Ic~
Tanni gave off a triumphant snort. There you had it, she was correct! "Arrogant beast.." She muttered to herself, that icy glare spreading across her irises once again. "I haven't the slightest idea what you're talking about" She huffed, tilting her chin slightly up, gaze defiant. Inside though, Tanni's conscious flinched, though she hardly let it show, Arrogant Beast She gritted her teeth, alluring ash-blonde fur dancing in the breeze.
--
Vixen heaved a sigh, raising her wonder harboring optics up to stare at the starry night sky. She cracked a smile, closing her eyes briefly to enjoy a small gust of wind before crouching back down again, cracking that willy grin of her's. Yes, Vixen was fine. It was impossible to know what was true, and what wasn't when Tanni spoke. Any how, she was alive and well, only sporting a few cuts and bruises from a clash she had with a particularly greedy thorn bush earlier that day. The feline flicked her black-tipped ears, gaze picking out various cats in the gathering. Or course she was looking for only one. Nazu
( Oh Jay ^^ Glow loves you more than pop tarts<3<3<3
Ic~
Tanni flicked an ear, noticing another cat's gaze on her, though she kept her own stare firmly placed on Nazu. She knew full well what he meant, she just didn't want to answer. The feline had closed off her emotions, her feelings, long ago. Truth of the matter was, Tanni was bread this way. To trust no one, never to feel, never to know happiness. It was sad really. The feline pawed a single silver hoop ear ring dangling from her left ear, similar to Vixen's two gold one's. That's what had given her power over her sister. Her slave. She heaved a sigh. glancing at Nazu. "I have nothing more to say to you." She shot, sitting up straighter, refusing to leave first.
Tanni immediately stiffened, almost doubling over to gag. She swayed to the left slightly, eyes hardening with ominous hatred towards both Nazu, AND Mythology. "Serf, this is Vixen's unfortunate catch. Who would've thought the messy little rat preferred demons." She scorned, wrinkling her nose in utter disgust. Tanni had never once spoken Mythology's name, she found it more appealing to call this large bobcat Serf, implying servant. "Anyhow, this Tom is in fact a both to me, would you be so kind as to make him leave?" She huffed an order, sleek tail curling round her small, dainty paws.
(Poor Mythology and his having to serve her, ;-; I feel bad for the guy.......
-curls up by Jay's feet- I've both heard, and seen happy stories from you sir ^^ Sad stories are good too, Glow just wants a story.... Plleeeaasssssseeeeeee? .3.
Tanni was indeed, what you could call "Put off" She had hissed in protest when Mythology plucked her right off her feet, carrying her off somewhere under orders from her. "They both insulted me!" She seethed in a high pitched screech, claws tearing up the ground beneath her as if it were no stronger than a cotton ball. Though a thought struck her, and she stopped. "Alethieology?" She blinked a few times, looking back up at her servant. "Why.... Why did you take an order from Cheerful?" She tapped her chin a few times with a paw, shaking her head. "And who's Alethieology?" Tanni stopped suddenly, gaping up at the massive bobcat.
"M-my brother?"
Vixen sneezed, almost fumbling over her own paws and falling over. The feline sneezed again, wrinkling her black nose in case another sneeze decided to burst from within, instead, she caught three scents on the breeze. Two of which, she knew quite well. "Nazu?..... Cheerful?" She immediately stood bolt-right up, eyes searching the gathered cats till she spotted a miffed looking fawn-colored tom. Her whole visage brightened, happiness literally radiating off her small form. The russet, Obsidian spotted she-cat shot forward, naturally unkempt fur whipping around in the breeze. What's wrong with you? Why're you so excited? A small part of her conscious produced a question, a question she knew the answer too already. A grin spread across her maw, she leaped into the air, milky brown irises producing a willy gleam as she aimed to tackle the Tom she loved so much. Not knowing of the past events, or the tense mood accumulating in the air.
"Nazu!"
Vitanni's eyes immediately flared a crimson color, the silver hoop ear ring dangling from her left ear glowing white. "Servant. Know your place." The apprentice aged she-cat spat on the ground, halting instantaneously as if the Bobcat's force were nothing.
She slowly turned around to face Mythology, lean physique clenched. "I know the contract, and I know the terms. I know another thing. As long as Vixen stands? You and your can't possibly hope to touch our family's bounds. Silvic's orders or not. " She tore her gaze away from Myth's multicolored irises, turning around to pad back to the gathering.
"You know what she represents. I don't know why Che-..... Alethieology has chosen to help the fox. But she has, and as long as she's alive. My family will never know binding, nor death." She spoke of her familiar's power. Having complete unshackled confidence in her words. She loathed them. Hated them all. Absolutely despised everything about the librarics. Yet, she was also terrified. Tanni was afraid of them, afraid that they might be able to overpower her own family. The contract between the two was very delicate. "Leave me. Now. I have nothing to report to my father, or older brother at this point." The small she-cat growled slowly, disappearing into the brush as if she'd never been there in the first place.
Vixen flinched as if invisible claws had scored across her maw. She glanced at the cat she knew as Cheerful, trying to keep the disappointment and hurt out of her eyes. "Tanni" It took her a moment to register the name and it's owner. She sighed, closing her eyes. "He didn't so much as smile... Cheerful.. That's what he looked like when I first saw him." Vixen bit her lower lip, eyes fastening on the place where he had left. "That was the first time i'd seen him in moons." She stood up, shrugging off the hurt, then faking a smile. "I um, should probably go ask him.. what um, what happened." She nodded to her friend, flashing a grin towards her son before disappearing into the bushes, following Nazu. That was the thing about Vixen, she didn't know when to give up. The words had no meaning to her.
Vixen cursed under her breath, the small part of a sagging branch snagging her already tangled fur. she hopped a few paces, tripping rather ungracefully over an expertly placed oak root, then running forward a few paces in an attempt to keep her balance. " No No No!" No such luck. The small feline did indeed fall, rolling forward a few inches before smashing through the bushes, the only thing to stop her flailing fest being a stump, to which she knocked into and flipped over, landing face-first in the dirt. About five feet in front of Nazu. The she-cat was now streaked with dirt, a few leaves littering her pelt, which was now completely blown to one side.
Talk about Elegant.
Vixen sat bolt right-up, almost clipping Nazu across the chin with the top of her head. The she-cat looked laughably ridiculous, like she'd attacked a tree and lost. Immediately the Feline burst into words, knowing her friend wanted nothing more to be left alone. "I'm sorry.... I'm sorry" She mumbled, forcing herself to look away from his frowning face before continuing. "I know you want to be left alone, I understand Nazu. But...." She sighed, ears drooping a little. Her ears, were missing the gold ear rings, scars and scorch marks tearing across where they used to be fastened. "I don't know." She looked up, flashing a small smile. "I just missed seeing you I guess, just wanted to make sure you were okay." She took a few small steps backwards. Locking her gaze with the unsocial's Tom's, poking him in the nose with a paw. "I don't really know what happened, but forget it. Anything Tanni says is to manipulate and exploit." She paused, shaking her head.
"Just don't disappear on me again okay? " Her eyes hid away the sadness she felt. "It may bring comfort for you. But it's hard for me to be alone."
ooc: Yay Great Aunt! .3. -claps- Have fun!
"Nazu?....." Vixen blinked, leaning forward slightly to peer up at her friend. He looked confused, lost. Like he was contemplating something important. She sat down, not about to leave now. Just what did Tanni say to him? She couldn't be sure. "And he breaks his silence!" She tried let an encouraging smile cross her lips, covering the uneasiness she felt inside.
"Demon?" Vixen blinked up at him, stare blank and hollow, all the light having shriveled to a gentle flicker. She raised herself shakily onto her paws, cranium tilting slightly to one side. "W-what?" She murmured softly, gaze searching his face for a moment before she looked down, expression now unreadable due too shadows. No fear scent came off her though, no malice. No hate. It was rather shock, shock that she hadn't known this. Been able to see that herself. Was this.... Was this secret the reason she always felt like she'd never truly known him? She smiled softly, looking up finally. Unaware of the few tears trickling down her cheeks, landing on the blowing grass beneath her. "Finally."
( -pats back- I know that feel ;-;

Vixen shook her head, the miracle of silence was now her's to own. Her smile quickly spread into a grin, odd happiness and life filling her Milky-brown irises, which were still releasing tears. "I'm just.... Happy I guess?" She laughed, leaning into his paw before before meeting his gaze. "What is it with you Toms and your ridiculous secrecy's? Getting me worried" She mused again softly, laughs dying down. Out of all the reactions, Vixen had chose the one least expected. She had accepted Nazu, for Nazu. Despite his race, despite his unsocial behavior and arrogance. He was her friend, no force or secret would change that. She was also exploding with joy, knowing he finally opened up to her... she was content now, closing her eyes and continuing to gently laugh.
"I'm confused, normally others act differently when they find out their friend is a half monster." The tom gave a thin smile as he attempted a joke on the matter, watching her through those strange eyes of his. "I also have another thing to tell you..." he added quickly as if the words had just pushed forward without his acceptance and spilled from his mouth.
"I rendered Nazu confused? Miracles do exist." Vixen poked him in the shoulder with her tail, laughing all over again before she ended with a sigh, the tears gone. "Monster? Naww. You're hardly even scary" She winked, sitting up straighter, ears pricking as if she was preparing herself for another confession or secret of some sort. "Alright, lay it on me. I'm ready" She grinned, eyes playful and warm.
Nazu glanced around, feeling as if he were as vulnerable as a kitten and remembered the last time he'd told someone what he was about to tell her. She'd ended up being slaughtered in front of him and the only thing he thought of was how he couldn't have anything without it being killed. "I'm glad were friends." Was all he said as he seemed to close up again, gaze hardening while he stood not realizing he'd sat at all. He wasn't going to say it... he couldn't. It would hurt more if I did...[/i] the tom told himself with a certain finality.
( Sorrai Bloody Dahling ^^ Dad went through surgery today c: -flops on a bean bag-

Vixen blinked, watching the Tom as he stood up, seeming to shift back into a more closed off mood. “There’s the Nazu I know.” She sighed contently, peering up at him for a moment. What had that been? I’m glad we’re friends? That was pathetic, she laughed to herself, standing up, back arching up into a stretch. That wily smile spreading across her maw. “Alright, now that that’s over, Demon huh? D’you have like…. Special powers or something? Don’t go surpassing me now.” She joked, nudging him with her shoulder as she padded by, black tipped tail flicking. "Now I think Cheerful was about to say something. I'll race you back if you're not too busy being an unsocial butterfly" Vixen threw over her shoulder, flashing that grin of her's.
I love you too.
( I know cx Vixen's just looking for a way to change the subject more easily. -nods- Yush T3T

Vixen stopped, glancing around quickly, taking in her surroundings before letting her paws carry her forward, eyes thoughtful. "Cheating already?" She teased, only a few feet behind Nazu now. Truth be told, the feline only had a small picture of the route, no matter. She wound easily though a space in two bushes, grinning as she streaked up beside Nazu, moving nimbly. As if she actually KNEW what she was doing. Placing her paws carefully. "Don't feel bad when you lose!" Her tone playful as she shouted against the wind, which was now blowing her unkempt fur back into place, along with removing the stray twigs and leaves she'd picked up from her last encounter with running.
