Noel bit her lower lip gently. "Um... Yeah, I guess. But I mean, you must have been running from something, so if you wanted you could just come back to my house... My mom made lunch?" She shrugged, feeling weird about inviting a stranger to his house. But something about him had her convinced that whatever it was he was running from, it wasn't his fault.

Alexis smiled and set Freddy down. "Okay, everyone be holding someone's hand, alright?" She said to them, holding her hand out for one of them to take. Once she made sure they were all holding hands she began walking down the sidewalk, scanning down every alley and peering into every store for her best friend. 'Where is he?' She thought to herself.
-
Ashley grinned. "Oh, the school throws these great bonfires every friday and saturday, youd like that I think. And there's the park down the road, and even though it's about half an hour's drive from here, on the weekends my mum lends me the car and I drive to the beach." Ashley smiled.
-
Noel smiled a bit. "Noel. And no, not really, love. Me and my mum just moved here from England. Well, a bit north of England but close enough." She shrugged. "Why? Are you some sort of American celebrity?"
-
Ashley smirked. "Of course. It's usually an overnight thing because my mum bought a small beachouse there so we usually stay the whole weekend, but I doubt my parents will have a problem with you coming with us next time."
-
Alexis gave all four a stern look. "No powers at all, okay?" She whispered. Suddenly she heard footsteps and frowned. They were running. She turned into an allyway curiously only to be met with a running Carson. Her eyes widened in shock and happiness. "Carson?" She questioned. She stepped aside to give him room to stop, seeing as he was sprinting.
-
She nodded and vaguely gestured to the west slightly, where a nice ranch house with three horses in a fenced in pasture was, a large barn in the back. "Yeah, just up there." It was only about a five, maybe ten minute walk from where they stood.
-
Alexis grinned widely, the first real smile in weeks. She was glad to have the brothers reunited, and be back with her best friend. She smirked playfully at Carson, raising one eye brow questioningly. "No hug for your best friend, then?"
-
Noel was just as bad about admitting she needed help, if not worse. "Sure, but only if you help me back up there... I won't be getting very far on my own with this knee." She chuckled awkwardly and gestured lamely to her bum knee, which was now swollen at least three times it's normal size.
-
Ashley smiled. "I'm sure my parents will be glad I'm making friends outside of Junior and Alivia." She grinned. "You can meet them tomorrow at school. They'd like you." The red-headed girl took a sip of her water.
-
Ashley giggled and rolled her eyes, throwing her straw rapper at Alana. "Oh, yes, your charm is absolutely incredibly." She teased playfully. She grinned her dimpled smile and sat back in her seat.
-
Ashley laughed and batted away the wrapper. "Fine, I guess we can call it a draw." She smirked. She looked down and realized the pizza was gone and glanced up at Alana. "You wanna go to the park?"
-
Ashley smiled and stood up. "Yay! C'mon then." She grabbed her back pack and swung it back over her shoulder. "I know a short cut."
-
Ashley smiled and nodded grabbing her hand and pulling her in the right direction. "Of course! It's a pretty short walk but I'll point out stuff that's between here and there." Realizing she still had Alana's hand she blushed lightly and let go, adjusting her bag on her shoulder.
-
Ashley smirked. "Well they have swings so obviously we'll swing, it's just a normal park like kids play at, swings, sea saws, slides. The usual." She smiled over at Alana as they walked. She pointed across the street, "That's the pet store by the way, if you have any pets." She had seen the frown flicker on Alana's face when she had let go of her hand, and fighting back a blush and mustering up all of her courage, she picked her hand back up again.
-
Ashley grinned softly, happy that Alana hadn't instantly jerked her hand away. She smiled. "A rat and cats? Do they have a relationship like Tom and Jerry?" She snickered softly. "I don't have any pets. Mum doesn't like animals."
-
Ashley laughed. "Well that's good then. I mean, at least they don't run around with like, axes and knives trying to kill eachother." She smirked slightly as they arrived at the park, and Ashley tugged gently on Alana's hand as they turned onto the walkway. "We're heerrrreeee!" She sang quietly.
-
Ashley laughed and took off after her, her nike high tops slapping quietly against the pavement, then the grass as they cut through the grassy area to reach the swings quicker. She reached the swings just a second before Alana, and shot her a smug smirk. "Ha! I win." She did a mall dance, laughing at herself.

Brightpaw's whiskers twitched. "I was only teasing," she assured Bouncepaw. "Rock paw was just teaching me how to swim!"
-
Brightpaw hesitated for a moment. "Hey, Sharkpaw. Before you go, do you mind if I have a quick word with you? I need you to give Bearstar a message for me, if you don't mind." She shuffled her paws nervously.
