You go to forum profile and choose upload file, then you paste the link in, save, and then there you go, you have a avatar. If you want to upload something to your computer go to, resizepic.com then put the size you want, and if you don't want to change it, put in the original size, then you right click the image, then choose view image. You copy the URL from that and use it.

Than it should work, did you get the right link? Because some pictures won't work.

You have to do that yourself, you cannot merge any account that has a Subaccount attached to itself to another account, or move a Subaccount to yours. You have to separate all of the accounts,except for the account you are adding them to, then you go to manage subaccounts, under modify my camp,then you fill in the thing under create Subaccount.
