One your foots are loose, but they are chained to each other and then to the chair (like in prison). you can move them (and kick) but you can't do much more movement like for instances (0.5m probably) with only the legs, remember your hands are stuck to the metal table.

The rock hit the helicopter in the tail, and the helicopter went crashing down in a ball of fire and smoke...

The cars started hitting the gear until they started seeing the tail lights of the Ford. They started ramming.

(Stella)
The officers saw Stella looking around. They threatened her "Don't think about it!" and made a buzz sound with the Tazer. Her leg still hurt from the shot and she had trouble walking, but they could already see the car."

(at the warehouse)
"Feisty aren't we?" Daniel joked at Tobias. Daniel then punched Tobias on the head till he broke his nose and he started bleeding from its mouth. While doing it Daniel screamed "THOU...SHALL... NOT.... BITE.... THE.... HAND.... THAT.... FEEDS.... YOU!.... HALF-ANIMAL!"

(he paused a moment and grabbed a towel rolled on Tobias's neck and tied to the back to the chair with enough room to let him breath)

After it, Tobias became a little dizzy from getting punched and his face was sore and bruised.

"I know that Luna's knows that this is a trap... I guessed already when I've blown up all those buildings... I'm counting on that she does comes to save you.... If not.... well you'll be able to see your sister again sooner than you think..." Daniel smiled again. Daniel took the scalpel and started to cut a little to the skin on the left wrist. "So let's see..."

I'm still seeing if Lilly and One are online or not ???... They need to update their rp's also...

I'm thinking that Rallis should save Stella first, then go save Luna then One...

With this you all need to escape the police and in this case Rallis is becoming slowly more evil (added the charges of murder :P and resisting arrest)...

The train stopped the policemen started checking for the passengers who got out as they blocked the exits. Six policemen boarded the train then, and started inspecting the occupiers. 3 started in the back of the train and others 3 on the front.

The train started moving and it would took 10 minutes to get to its next station Ashient Docks. They would need to check everyone fast. Each person they would ask for the ticket and identification.

(in the warehouse)
While Tobias kicked in the air he managed to hit Daniel on the shin.. With that he nicked the thumb tendon in half while going back in pain.... "ARGH! YOU IDIOT!"

Tobias screamed in pain as the blood started gushing. "LOOK AT WHAT YOU DONE! YOU RUINED EVERYTHING!" Daniel screamed. He then punched one last time Tobias and he was almost unconscious from the blood loss while oozing blood on himself... "YOU DUMB IDIOT!......." Daniel stroked his shin. "YOU RUINED MY CUT! I SHOULD GUT YOU ALL UP!..." Daniel then started breathing more calmly.

"Guess when you're that weak... you don't serve as much...only as bait.... You told that Luna is smart and she knows this is a trap you said?... Well I'm counting on the fact that she is seeing you right now in that state.... Wow and look!?" Daniel put his hand around in his ear as it was hearing something faraway "The "little birdies" are telling me she is on her way here and their friends are having a party around the city...."

He then looked at Tobia's wrist "He would be able to move his right thumb, but whenever he move it, it would hurt as hell" Daniel realized that and started smiling "He would have to be crazy or in a lot of anger to try and move it and risk to loose the rest of that tendon and movement on that hand..."

Daniel then said "Child.... I want you to deliver her a message if that's all you can do... Tell her I'm coming for her.... But first I'll destroy everyone that she touches and everyone she protects before getting her..." Daniel smiled. "And I'm starting with you..." Daniel then put a chloroform towel and made him unconscious "... I don't want you to do anything rashly..."

Daniel then stitched a bit the wrist enough for Tobia's not to bleed out completely. But as he became paler he thought "Hmmm maybe I didn't need the chloroform..." He smiled. He then unchained him and took Tobias unconscious body and put him in a wooden coffin, he nailed it shut and buried in a cement grave 18ft under near the warehouses. He began thinking "he should probably wake up in 30-45 minutes... even if he conjure some small illusion that does not buries him further, that deep should be enough that he doesn't get out before Lunas arrival" He smirked imagining Luna's face seeing Tobias..

Daniel then took out the stranded police car and went back to his apartment. He wanted to talk to Anna again.

One yeah but think about it, Daniel tortured and killed a lot... he normally would have known how to control its victims right? And now I'm finished with you ;) and I gave you a lot of reasons to your character to hate my guts

The police chatter started going they asked for special backups to follow some sort of mutant (referring to Rallis as he used the powers bluntly like that).

The SWAT's team joined with CDC's team and started preparing a more offensive approach.

(Luna)
The police officers on the back of the train looked and saw a small person going to beside the compartments, one of them started moving forward while the two others still checked some persons on the back wagons. "Hey you!"

The police called in for a train jumper. It would probably be the suspect.

The police cars started moving from the next station to try and catch Luna.

(Rallis and Stella)
The roads were becoming emptier as it was told to shut down the nearby roads... They've started closing all the cross-sections with roadblockers while leaving an empty road to the highway. They were trying to make the car run out of gas and put a road block with cement in the front 2 miles away.

And you're still being chased by the police, Rallis and Stella are on the other side of the city near the highway entrance , the highway follows the train and has an exit near the docks *wink wink*.

From the docks it takes 10 min on car but it would take you 15 minutes of running from the police on foot *wink wink* to get there

lol I'm going to see the ophthalmologist about this winking problem :P

About your problems Lilly honestly that's usual behavior on a breakup... Try to avoid it the best you can.... And there's a golden rule when it concerns dating... Never, ever, ever date anyone that works beside you (school, work or other similar), 99.99% of cases goes sower and it becomes like that or worse...

The military grade choppers started following Rallis and gave a warning shot to land in any second they would start firing the machine guns...

[Guns going hot] said the pilot on reply as the Gatlings started rolling... Other pilot said "Attention it has a little girl on his arms... please advise central..." Central then replied "Fire upon non compliant warning shot... the target killed a friendly... collateral damage is acceptable..."

He talked with Anna and she replied saying what Rallis, Luna and the others gone crazy around the city and asked for help.... He accepted as he already had planned in how to deal with every one of them....

Daniel needed to get ready for his next prey...

@Lilly About the bullying... I said that because normally a victim doesn't go to police because of being afraid... And as you said that you're saying to the teachers is just a matter of time they take charge... But golden said it best if the case is still like that I advise you to continue going to the teachers and then your parents so proper actions can be taken, if it goes more extreme you should go to the police and have a restraining order on him. This however will have him being expelled from school and this will incite him to do worst to you and/or your family, so it can be tricky, just do it only if he gets you cornered in a place where your life can be at risk. Sort of what Daniel ends doing ;).

About the college: lol thanks but I'm actually doing good ;D. And how old do you think I am ;D?

Because of the commotion of the CBR 1200 engine some gangs started lurking trying to find the noise where the bike stopped. They were close to the bulldozer's location...

It took you more time because you had to handle with the police, and I honestly want Tobias to be saved but you need help nonetheless. That's where Rallis (Golden) and Stella (Stella :P) come into decision... This is a moral battle of choices... And like I told as Daniel you'll be my last victim >:D..

They soon were gathering a few more members near Luna as she was frantically digging with the bulldozer.

Some of them were admiring Luna's bike.

They started running towards the voices they heard from Rallis and Stella yelling they were coming closer.
