Can I be a writer:
Prologue
Leafpool-May Starclan light your path, Ashfur. May you find good hunting, Swift running, and shelter.
(leans down to Ashfur body)In Leafpool head-No! This can't be true
(Leafpool grabs tuft of fur from Ashfur's body. She places it on a leaf then wraps it up. She places the leaf in her mouth and walks through the forest with bundle)
Leafpool- (While she walking through forest) Was this my fault
I'd love to work on the movie but if I can't I understand, I'm not the best of writers but I'd like to help.

Here's a story I wrote and entered in a contest, the theme was light as a feather. Could you read and give me feedback thanks.
The black tom stood on the edge of the cliff. He stared down at the forest below him. He was so high up that he could see the tree tops, miles and miles of green that stretched in all directions. In the distance a huge mountain range spread across the horizon. He could see birds, though they were looked like ants, far away flying toward the mountains. It was an amazing sight to behold.
“I’m so sorry Darkwing there was nothing I could do”
The tom, Darkwing, looked up the sky, clear and beautiful. The sun rested near the mountains, preparing to set. It was a hot new- leaf but a gentle breeze ruffled his fur. What a wonderful day.
“No, Star, please don’t leave me. I love you, please don’t go!”
Darkwing wondered: if such place existed, the cliff, why would the world be like this. If such a small paradise existed and it was available for everyone, every creature, why would anything else matter? Why would there be war, grief, death, illness, and hatred yet a small cliff packed with joy. It was like the world was mocking him.
“No! This must be a mistake! She can’t be dead, not from a battle that shouldn’t have happened. She can’t die!”
Maybe, it was just a thought Darkwing had, someone more powerful than anything on earth was watching him. Maybe this creature watched everyone and everything that they did. Maybe this creature sometimes got bored. So maybe, just maybe this creature created these terrible things, for its own amusement. Maybe this thing was watching Darkwing, maybe it was laughing at him.
“Darkwing, where are you going?”
“Out for a walk”
“Oh, when will you be back?”
“Never”
Perhaps it was laughing at him, but it didn’t matter. Darkwing never cared what other cats thought of him. His business was his business, everyone else judgment was nothing to him. So the creature can laugh at him and his friends can judge him, but all that mattered was him and his future.
“Hey, I’ve seen you around your new right?”
“Yes, Star the name, and you?”
“Darkwing, but most cats call me idiot”
Then she giggled, and Darkwing felt like he was in heaven.
It didn’t matter what they thought, it didn’t who laughed at him, it was his choice. Then he jumped, jumped off the small piece of paradise and into the tree tops down below.
“Star, you shouldn’t go into the battle.”
“Yes I do I’m tired of the clan cats treating us like slaves. I am doing it for a safer future. A safer future for us and for our unborn kits”
Darkwing fell and fell and fell. His body, his mind felt free. Free from the demons that have haunted him for so long. Free from the fears and crazy thought of powerful creatures laughing. Free from the world that mocked him with its small paradise. As he fell all he could think was his freedom, this could be his ultimate freedom. But Darkwing was stronger than that.
Suddenly a pair of wing spread out from Darkwing shoulders. His falling stopped, his freedom stopped. He looked down. The tree tops were much closer now; he could touch the leafy branches with his tail. He flagged his wings and flew. Flew above the treetops and into the mountains.
He was leaving, leaving his home, leaving his friends, leaving his life. He wasn’t coming back. Some could say that this was running away like a coward, but Darkwing let them call him names he didn’t care. Soaring though the air the wind whipped past him and so did everything else. He could almost see all his pain, fears, and memories leave him and join the wind. All of them whipped past him and went back home. He was leaving, for good. He was on an adventure, a journey to find what he once had. He was on journey to find happiness. To find his Star.Darkwing flew beside Star. The young couple of winged cats soared. Nothing mattered to them. Sure, if they were caught they be in trouble and they wings could give out any second. What they were doing was dangerous and almost deadly. But they are young and stupid and in love. If they died, they died together. The two would go to the afterlife together, and they’d still be flying together.
Both being light as a feather.

Half Moon wrapped her tail around the small kits "Look at them Jay's wing, there beautiful" she said with a purr. she leaned down and nuzzled one of the kits heads.

Your welcome :)

oops force of habit XD fixing it. -
Guess not, how's it going?
-
Apprentice, I guess. Still not sure what we're doing though.
-
ooc: alright lets say we're traveling loners.
Feather dashed across the field in pursuit of a squirrel. The creature dashed toward a tree but Feather was close behind. When he was close enough he jumped forward trying to land on the squirrel. But he missed by a mousetail and the prey ran to the safety of a tree.
"Mouse dung!" Feather shouted angrily.
-
"Shut up" Feather growled angrily. He swished his tail angrily "I'm starving and now I got nothing to eat".
-
He snorted "I don't need a little she-cat to do my hunting" he walked in the opposite direction into a bramble thicket.
-
After more bad mouthed replies and a few more tries, Feather catches a sparrow. He downs the thing hungrily. When it's completely gone he lays on his back on the grass. "Aw, so much better" he purrs.
