The sound of a door creaking snapped the girl out of her thoughts. With a twist of her head, she faced him. With a small grin she spoke " Looks good on ya Sasuke. You can have my older brother's room. Its right across mine. You can re-decorate it any way you like. " she spoke whilst leading him to the room. She rested her palm on the cold metal of the door knob. In that moment a twinge of pain sparked in her chest as her brow furrowed and she gripped the doorknob in a tight grip before turning it and opening the door, revealing her brother's room. Now she had a solemn look to her. The smile that she had adorned so brightly was gone, the shine in her chocolate eyes ceased to light up her optics. " Here's your room.. Make yourself at home.. " she spoke with an empty tone. Like the joy was sucked from her heart. Soon she rushed out of the room and into her own. Heaving a sigh and sitting on her bed.

Tears misted her eyes as she sat on her bed. With a twist of the neck, she turned over and stared at her piano before finally making her way over to it and began to play, releasing her emotions into the music.

Athena ended the song with a sigh, revelling her past past memories.

Heaving a sigh, Athena got some paper and a pencil out from her backpack and began to draw. She loved to draw, play piano.. Anything that had to do with art, really.

Whilst she drew, Athena thought of how she would explain how Sasuke came to be in her house. Perhaps she could say that his parents were on a business trip? That could work.. However, the plan was not decided.. It didn't have to be. It was only Saturday so she had plenty of time to figure out the small details.

Soon enough she could hear her mother call them both down for dinner. Athena got up from her bed and walked out. She leaned over and gently knocked on Sasuke's door. " Come on Sasuke, dinner is ready. " her voice was much softer than it was earlier. She did not wait for him, and instead made her way down the stairs and into the dining room, seating herself on one of the wooden chairs at the dinner table.

Noting Sasuke's troubled expression, Athena quickly let him know what to do " Come sit down Sasuke. " she said softly, motioning him to come over with a hand gesture.

" Are you hungry? You don't have to eat if you don't want to. " she stated calmly, she had forgotten to mention that part before.. Perhaps after dinner she could explain to him what is happening tomorrow what what school is like and such?

A twinge of a smile maid its way to the girl's features as she spoke once again in her usual soft tone. " Alright. " Soon after that, her mother came in the dining room with spaghetti. She set down three plates on the dinner table, and sat down herself to eat. " What about dad? " Athena spoke up once again, wondering where her father was. " He already ate sweetpea. " her mother stated, continuing to eat. With a shrug of her shoulders, Athena started to eat the spaghetti as well, wondering what her father would think of Sasuke.

Athena looked at her new friend use the fork in a strange way. A smile made its way to her features and she covered her mouth as she giggled. " Here Sasuke.. Like this. " she walked over and began to show him how to use the new tool. After she was done with her short lesson she walked back over to her seat, keeping eye contact with the ravenette. " Okay, now you try. "

With a faint blush on her cheeks, Athena nodded, approving his actions with the utensil. " Yep! " After that, the teenager continued eating her spaghetti, occasionally looking up at Sasuke to make sure that he was correctly using the fork as needed.

Athena smiled proudly at him, though he could not see. ' I think he'll do just fine.. ' her inner voice spoke to her. Comforting words usually came from her mind, but .. Not always.

Eventually she began to focus more on eating, and soon enough her plate was empty, but her stomach just the opposite. " Thanks for the food mom. Hey, uhm, Sasuke. When you are done eating, just go ahead and put your plate in the sink and do.. Whatever I guess. Come to me if you need anything alright? " Her smile stuck with her through the entire passage of words. With light steps she retreated upstairs to her room, sitting down and beginning to play the Attack On Titan theme song.

With her creativity spent, she had finally gotten her Alice: Madness Returns game for the Playstation 3, and began to play. She had to admit that she loves the Tim Burton style of the whole thing and that was why she had a love for gaming, the entire theme and atmosphere of games themselves is amazing. She was currently at the Mad Hatter's.. Place or other. When she thought of Sasuke.. What would that boy be doing all by his lonesome? Hm..? She wondered profusely until she had died in the game. " Whelp.. Might as well check on him. " Athena rose from her sitting position on the floor and exited her room, walking to Sasuke's room and gently knocking on the door. " Sasuke..? You alright in there? " she had spoke with a soft, gentle tone, careful not to frighten the poor boy.

" Oh ok. " she spoke in her regular tone, noticing his change in voice.

Her eyes widened as she heard the Uchiha speak such unexpected words. " Oh, uhm, I'm ok. " she said nervously, unknowing what to do and, or say at that point.

" W-Wanna go to the park with me.? " she stuttered, mentally kicking herself for doing so. A faint blush spread across her alabaster skin as she asked the question to her new house-mate.

" Ok.. I'll be waiting for you outside ok? " she spoke, and then walked down the flight of stairs into the living room. Briefly telling her mother were she and Sasuke were going, the young girl stepped outside, sitting upon the wooden floors of her porch and waiting for the ravenette to join her.

With a smile plastered to her face, she said " Great! Follow me. " and began to set off to her favourite park in town. She, of course, slowed down a bit for Sasuke to catch up and walk beside her.

Eventually, the two made it to the park. " This is Hillcrest Park " she spoke with a happy tone, looking at the park she used to play in all the time as a young girl. Athena took Sasuke's hand in hers and began to lead him over to the swings. " I used to go here all the time when I was little, I loved swinging and just.. Seeing the sky. " she explained, losing herself in her memories.
