"Hah, good luck with that!" the aggressive tom snarled, before leaping towards Twitch. Crouching down, Senka aimed his paws towards the cat's knees, hoping to plant a heavy blow that might knock the other cat over.

Dawnpetal sat waiting in the meadows for her new apprentice Duskpaw to come. Today would be their first time training together, and it would also be the first time Dawnpetal would have an apprentice. Nervously, the she-cat glanced across the fields, looking for the familiar white and silver pelt of her new apprentice.

[size=8]Dawnpetal's pink nose twitched as she scented a Riverclan cat. The she-cat's blue eyes glanced around for a sight of the newcomer. Near the river, Lunarsplash seemed to be waiting to greet Dawnpetal. The other she-cat didn't appear to be busy, so Dawnpetal bounded down towards the slope to meow a greeting.

"Hey Lunarsplash." she greeted energetically. "Are you out hunting as well?

Senka emerged from the shadows, his eyes glinting as he spotted the she-cat. The other cat looked as if she had recently been in a fight, and lost.

"What are you? Clan cat or loner?" he asked, ignoring the cat's question.

[size=8] "Well, what would you like to do?" Dawnpetal asked, smiling as she sat down, with her tail folded over her grey paws. "I can teach you how to hunt, how to fight or maybe you want a tour of the territory? You can decide." Normally, mentors didn't usually let their apprentice pick what they wanted to do, but Dawnpetal wanted to try something new.

[size=8] Dawnpetal stepped forwards quickly, glancing at the intruder. "I'll come with you. She might attack again, and it'd be better if there were 2 cats, just in case." she suggested warily to Quietwater.

[size=8] "I didn't manage to catch any fish by the river either." Dawnpetal admitted, with a glance back at the empty river. "Want to go hunting with me? In the woodlands though, since there around many fish out today.

[size=8] "A loner? No, I am a rogue. I don't live in the Twoleg's shadows, and eat their garbage." Senka growled at the thought of the wretched Twolegs, that seemed to think they ruled everything. Unsheathing his claws, Senka added "Enough about that... now what about you, little she-cat? What are you doing out here all alone?"

[size=8] "Sure, but let's start with something simple." Dawnpetal paused, thinking of what move she could teach her apprentice. "I'll teach you how to dodge quickly and swiftly, to avoid enemy's claws. Dodging is an important move, even though it is very simple. All you have to do is jump out of the way -very quickly - when I attack. Ready try it out?"

[size=8] What happens when a disbeliever of Starclan, that has been bad/evil throughout his/her life goes? Do they go to the Dark Forest, or somewhere else?

[size=8] "Hey Twiststrike." Dawnpetal greeted, noticing the tom's frustration of being unable to catch a fish. "We had the same trouble with the fish. Maybe they're just hiding downstream somewhere." she said, suddenly pausing to prick her ears. The warrior picked up the sounds of a mouse nibbling on some grass up ahead. Instinctively, Dawnpetal dropped into a hunter's crouch and started to stalk forwards on light paws, intent on her prey. At the right moment, Dawnpetal pounced, delivering a quick bite to the mouse's neck, instantly killing it.

"At least prey seems to be running well in the woodlands." she commented, while digging up some earth to store the freshly caught mouse in.

[size=8] Dawnpetal continued to escort the grumpy loner to the borders, walking alongside one of her clan mates. Surprisingly, the loner kept her mouth shut when Quietwater spoke.

Almost at the borders! Dawnpetal thought with a swish of her tail. Then we can get rid of this grumpy she-cat!
