OOC:
IC: (its a calm moment for everyone XP)
Lepidolite sensed them as they drew close, and would turn around to greet them.
"Hello you two, is everyone feeling up to form again?"
OOC:
IC: (its a calm moment for everyone XP)
Lepidolite sensed them as they drew close, and would turn around to greet them.
"Hello you two, is everyone feeling up to form again?"
OOC:
IC: "Fused is a strong word, but yes, I was stuck in that body for the past century." Shade gave with a vague wave of her hand. "At first because the souls didn't want me to let anyone know what was happening, then just to recuperate from whatever they did to Sil---Azura. I also had to take the past few years to adjust my memory of events, and gather myself."
OOC:
IC: Lepidolite relaxed with some form of a relieved smile, and turned back to watch Lithio and Leeona.
"That sounds better than a few days ago, at least. What are you two doing out here?"
OOC:
IC: Shade's eyes glanced towards Atra with an unreadable deadpan to her eyes.
"...I would have thought you would have noticed something odd during your initial skirmishes with Zora, before your imprisonment." The Fearling then shifted an arm to her hip and fully turned towards Atra. "After killing the Polaris siblings, from what I could gather of Azura's memories at the time when I was initially forcefully brought in, somehow one of the souls managed to gain enough of traumatized Silver's trust to convince her to sleep and recover from what happened, and that she would operate the body for a while. This was a soul named Zora, and thus where the name comes from. The only thing I know further, since I lost conciousness for large portions of the past century, is that this soul managed to maintain control by suppressing now Zora with the chaos--large zaps of magic that woke me up and really really f*ck*ng painful. At least until the interloper came along and was added to the malestrom, and held Zora and a few other souls leading that nasty suppression back."
OOC:
IC: At that point, Shade just shrugged.
"I can't give you a proper answer there. It was the best way I could describe the episodes where I seemingly lost time before the next time I became aware again. That magic was one of the few items that brought awareness back to me."
OOC:
IC: Lepidolite jumped in surprise at Ammonite's impulsive move, but she managed to smooth her ruffled feathers and shift to hug Ammonite back.
"Hey there, I---I am glad you're feeling better." After a moment to recover from that, she glanced back Pyrite's way.
"I am assuming you mean to see what occurred a few days ago?"
OOC:
IC: "The souls used the chaotic magic to...I don't know what exactly they did either, or why it worked considering Azura was overall resistant to it at the time, but they somehow attacked Azura's conciousness with the pure, unadulterated chaotic magic they had, and it somehow made her forget things again. That's the end of my understanding on that as well. And that was only after thoroughly discussing what I did remember with Kalin and Shilow for a bit." Shade sounded a little frustrated at this point, and put one of her shadowy hands to where her forehead would roughly be.
OOC:
IC: Shade quickly shook her head, emitting a sigh that sounded oddly sympathetic for Shade.
"Yes, she forgot that first time in captivity, but you know as well as I do that she should have started remembering, if not with time, when she started running into people she knew or places she's been. I don't have a full understanding of the reasoning, but every time Azura started to remember, there were even times I remember becoming aware and Azura actively seemed to be fighting with the souls to get control of her body back, they used the chaotic magic to subdue her, and occasionally before I lost time again, I would get to see when Azura would wake up, and it was as if she had no idea what had just happened, she would wake up with no recollection of anything."
OOC:
IC: Lepidolite didn't looked perturbed, and took a moment to think about it.
"Sure, Lithio sounds like she has been sensing something odd up that way."
OOC:
IC: Shade would have grimaced if she had a discernible mouth.
"...I don't think I could give you a reliable number there, quite a lot, many blurred together. She didn't remember anything effectively for 80 years, though, and didn't start remembering till recently, from what I've been told since I was ejected, so maybe that's more indicative of something."
OOC:
IC: "She told me she feels a lot more presence there. Whatever that means, well, she hasn't explained. You could ask her." Lepidolite gestured toward said fusion, who was now casting quick glances their way curiously.
OOC:
IC: "When the interloper came, they stopped the chaotic zapping, but occasionally Silver-Zora seemed to have something happen to her that would cause her to forget again. I wasn't always sure, because after the interloper contained the souls that were subduing Silver-Zora like that, they made me more effectively 'sleep', until I was ejected. I was only awakened from that similar magic that would happen, though that wasn't always chaotic anymore, just powerful, so I don't know what was happening then. I went to check Azura earlier because that was something similar."
OOC:
IC: Lepidolite shrugged, gesturing towards Lithio again.
"She did not specify, you'll have to ask her yourself."
OOC:
IC: Here, Shade's eyes narrowed as she tried to scour what little memory she had of the event.
"They...I got the name Marasa at first, and then this force grew weak, and I got the name Tavaria. I...believe it was a Timpana of some sort..."
OOC:
IC: The expectant Lithio gently warded off Leppy the sheep and started over, Leeona curiously in tow.
"Greetings Pyrite, Ammonite, what do you need?"
OOC:
IC: The name meant nothing to her, but Shade took it in stride to continue explaining.
"They contained the souls that were monopolizing control of Azura's body. I don't know if they did anything else, they pretty much put me to sleep at that point, but they gave Azura her body back."
OOC:
IC: "You all are? May I come?" Lithio asked, accidentally speaking before Pyrite was finished. She glanced away out of temporary embarrassment, but continued.
"Yes, yes I have, there seems to be a lot of new Gems, if my senses are correct..."
OOC:
IC: Shade shrugged yet again, her sense of time screwed up during that period.
"I couldn't tell you myself, my sense of time was screwed up during that period because of how my consciousness was affected."
OOC:
IC: "That I know of, yes. The interloper---the Timpana might be able to answer more of your questions. She certainly had a lot more control of the situation then I even had awareness of."
OOC:
IC: "They healed Gems? With the Diamonds?" Lithio repeated back in obvious surprise, which the face immediately crumbled into a suspicious, disbelieving scowl.
