Ic;; Mosswhisker felt keenly aware that Foxpelt was right behind her. She shook her head to clear her thoughts, then sniffed the air for prey. Her ears swiveling, she heard a sort of snuffling. Crouching down, she creeped through the grass, eyes on a rabbit. Leaping forward, she bounded towards it, her paws racing across the snowy turf. She was almost to it when the rabbit realized she was there and bounded forward, racing away. Streaking across the plains, Moonwhisker could feel the wind whooshing through her ears. Taking a huge leap, she pounced on the rabbit, her claws extended. Picking it up, she looked padded proudly back to Foxpelt.

Ic;; Mosswhisker crouched into the ground to keep the rabbit from seeing her as she watched Foxpelt stalk towards it. She carefully watched his technique, and wondered at how good he was. Grinning, she felt ashamed she was watching him so intently. Instead, she focused on the rabbit, watching it to make sure it didn't notice Foxpelt as he creeped up.

ooc: For some reason my signature isn't working. I'm working on fixing it.
ic: Mosswhisker headed back to the camp, glad she had been able to do a private hunt with her crush. Once on the way back, her pelt brushed with his, and she blushed and scooted just a bit farther away, not too close, not too far. She sighed, wishing she knew how he felt about her. She just wanted him to like her, that was the only thing she wanted at all.

ic: Littlestar stood at the top of the smoky ravine, watching the lava pour down. The volcano had been erupting for several days now, but Littlestar had been too busy trying to settle his new clan down to pay attention. Now that he had the time, Littlestar sat down and, curling his tail around his paws, admired the molten rock. It was a beautiful sight, more magnificent than any waterfall he had ever seen. After sitting there for awhile, Littlestar got up and padded back to the camp, where Spottedfur was probably organizing patrols.

Ic;; Mosswhisker noticed him get faster and faster, knowing she had to speed up to catch him. He was like a frightened rabbit, running away from her. She had had practice with animals and other cats like this. She had chased things like this so long her paws instinctively sped up, going into a blur. She was the fastest of her clan, and she knew she could catch up to this strange loner. She didn't want to hurt him, only to find out who he was. She had always been too curious for her own good, and this time was no exception.

Ic;; Mosswhisker sturggled with the feelings inside, wondering why he was teasing her. "No, thats not it. She shuffled her paws uncertainty, figuring she couldnt tell him how she really felt. She wanted desperately to be able to do it again, and was sort of glad he had brushed against her on purpose. Looking into his eyes, she said, "It's just, well..." She broke off, not able to think of anything, and padded back to the camp in silence, pushing ahead of Foxpelt. As she went, she thought about her feelings Foxpelt. It had started as only a small feeling, then became a hope. She had felt stronger as it filled her thoughts, then she sometimes murmured it into a whisper. Then it had become a feeling like a cry, then gone back to just a feeling. She knew, that the burning feeling she had felt all through all of it was love, and she knew that no matter if he liked her or not, she would always love him, even if he broke her heart.

Ic;; "Most of that is true. Yes, you do sit down by the edge, but you have to make sure your shadow isn't drifting over the water." She meowed as they reached the river. Mosswhisker sat down and checked the position of the sun t make sure her shadow was behind her, not in front of her over the water. "Then you watch for movement, yes, aand when you see a fish-" She paused as she saw a streak of silver. Flashing her paw in, she curved it around the fish and pulled it out. With a flick of her wrist the fish stopped struggling, and died. "And you flick you paw in, curve it around the fish, and pull it out. You have to be quick about killing it afterwards, though, because it might just flop back into the river."
