"Isis, you might want to find your dorm." Taiden muttered.

"Don't be so certain" Devin walked over through the gateway. The party saw his body torn apart like the now eradicated phantom; the only thing they also heard was Devin's laughter. "As I suspected; illusionary.
Are you coming or not? But you might want to be careful; even though your body might be in perfect condition after this, you might need to hone your mind before coming in; this illusion might overcome you."
Valvatore was second to go. After the illusion, they could hear him spit in disgust; retaliating from the mental ordeal. "We don't have all day to stand in this rat hole.....hurry up." Devin rushed them before resuming walking." -
Valvatore rushed over to help his sister up.
-
As Jin made it to the other side Devin called out to Savannah to come quickly.
-
"There's only one more." Valvatore pointed to the hallway leading to the final chamber.
As the four-some walked through, the doorway became blocked with a rock slide. They were trapped.
In an instant later, they heard a loud hissing coming from the roof of the chamber. There, wrapped around a stalagmite, was a large serpent with glowing violet eyes; it was easily larger than the size of four sky bison bunched together. The snake crashed down, but strangely, no sound detecting the impact of its body on the ground emitted. "Who will sssstep forward? Unimaginable powers foretold to the one destined to come here." The divine reptilian look at Devin with a gaze. "There he isssss......... welcome. I will allow anyone brave enough to fight alongside him to do so now." -
A figure walked out of the estate; no doubt, it was her own aide.
-
OOC: Sure, I guess.
Ioru sighed again. "You won't understand anything I'm telling you;ignorant child.........." he muttered.
This she-wolf is so aggressive; no doubt one of her many negative qualities. If I was in perfect condition, I could beat anyone who threatened me. Especially this hoodlum. -
"Well, it's rude to not meet him/her. Go ahead." He shoved Luna slightly.
-
"That's all. Letssssssss begin." The snake shot a glare at Devin and immediately he was petrified. An illusion, Devin barely even had the thought he was petrified and aimed a shot in the serpent's eye who in turn, dodged the projectile. The beast then spat corroding acid at Savannah's katanas causing them to melt away like butter. "Thisssssssss weakling couldn't posssibly posssessss an embodiment. I smell weaknesssss in her mind." The reptile laughed.
-
OOC: Would you like me to describe your aide or would you prefer to do it?
-
OOC: Thread is unlocked.
-
"Bite your tongue," Ioru scoffed, "you couldn't possibly take me on. Hardened by the harshest mountains, I have almost no feeling of pain." He didn't care if she was the strongest wolf alive! He had the endurance to match the strength of anyone he faced.
-
The woman spoke. "Good evening.......enjoying your day?" A cold chill was about her; she was a phantom being no doubt. Her calm, relaxed voice wasn't tense as it was clear.
-
"Have a nightshade crepe my dear.........." She handed Luna the pastry.
"While you enjoy it, I'd like to tell you that I am fond of intelligence." She paused for a moment and then resumed. "By the way, did you know the human colony known as the lost colony disappeared because of an immense civil war between the Demons and Angels that slaughtered the humans and took them aslaved?"
She chuckled with a witch-like pitch. -
The serpents body suddenly rippled away and dissolved leaving the katanas crashing into the wall. The serpent astonished her by coming up behind her and gazed into her eyes. "We shall sssssssseeeeeeee child...." Savannah's vision became blurry and faded into black. Her mind was about to be pressured with the most powerful emotional stress imaginable. Her emotions started to change rapidly from anger to grief to laughter. Over and over, her body was writhing as her fists pounded about everywhere. From Devin's perspective, if she did not overcome this ordeal, she would go into shock and die on the spot. The only way she could is if she could just let go of the mental stress holding her back from her full fighting force.
OOC: You're not gonna die! I repeat. You're not gonna die! -
"Then I'm glad to have met you mistress Luna. Please have a bite." She snickered as Luna opened her mouth to bite it.
-
"I wouldn't have to." He told her. "With that mouth firing off, you'll get into more conflict than you bargain for. Don't stop and you'll kill yourself." He started to walk out of the den.
-
"Ohhhh. You didn't know? Then you might want to look through your textbooks more closely miss. I was simply testing you." She pulled out an overlord edition of Alchemy 101. "Nightshade." She announced out loud. "One of the most poisonous substances in any of the worlds. Any consumption would cause the hinderance of gods; and an agonizing death to others, no matter the race or divinity."
She chuckled again. "You may throw that out now......" -
"Shall you look inside?" She opened the door and instantly something caught Devin's eye. "I know this..."
He sprinted inside and unveiled the curtain. The whole room was centered by a large diamond chandelier. As soon as Taiden opened the curtain a moonbeam struck the ceilingpiece and the room was instantly brightened with a beautiful technicolor glow.
"Oh! Simply wonderful!" The aide applauded. "I'm sure your friends are as knowledgeable as they seem miss Luna. By the way, I forgot to mention my name!" She curtsied in front of the group. "Fukia Sskari at your service." -
After they departed that section of the dormatories, they came upon a stairway; no doubt leading to the sky dorms. "Is that?" Taiden ran over to the stairway and found a transparent oval-like bowl; large enough so a person could stand on it and also have room to move there feet. "You guys passed your speed and balance exams last year right?" He turned and asked them.
