Omigosh, omigosh, omigosh, omigosh... It's kikyo! <333
I hope we get a Sesshomaru soon; Rin would love to see him again. She misses him so much... Poor Rin. </3
Tiny stars twinkled brightly against the backdrop of the dark, nighttime sky, like jewels on velvet. The tall black pines loomed menacingly over Setsuna, their long shadows shading the soft, needle-covered ground. A crescent moon hung high in the cloudless sky, casting its pale, silver sheen over the silent forest and beyond. Somewhere in the treetops, there came the hooting of an owl, its cries echoing eerily throughout the trees.
The large form of Setsuna was clearly visible in the moonlight, her celestial-white pelt giving her a glowing appearance. The shadowy look of the forest and the ghostly sounds did not bother the gray wolf, for she knew that it was all a false impression. Night was not much different from day, just… darker and quieter; more peaceful, one could say. Setsuna actually preferred this phase; when there was practically nothing around to bother her; no one around to get in her way.
Her cold, golden eyes stood out in the darkness, illuminating her expressionless features. Powerful paws padded noiselessly over the ground, carrying the female wolf forward. Setsuna’s lustrous tail trailed elegantly behind her, swishing from side to side as she walked.
Stopping at the edge of a small clearing, she turned her gaze towards the night sky.
The moon has nearly reached its peak, she observed, narrowing her eyes slightly in faint disapproval. I must hurry if I am to reach the border of this forest by dawn.
Oh, yes! Rin and Groove will go flower picking!
I think that they should meet in the meadow when Rin is doing, well, whatever she does there. Frolic, picking flowers, lying down in the grass and staring up at the sky while thinking about Sesshomaru... She does a lot of things. :)
Rin woke up for about the third time that night. She heaved a long sigh, turned, and closed her eyes, trying to fall asleep once more, but her efforts proved to be futile.
The young girl sat up, and rubbed her eyes. Gazing around, she saw that the fire had dimmed, and Kaede asleep on the other side of the small hut.
Quietly as not to disturb the old priestess, she removed her blanket, and tiptoed outside. When Rin noticed that she was the only one outside, she considered going back in, but then dismissed the idea.
She began walking towards the forest, with a destination in mind: the field where she had picked flowers earlier that day.
A breeze picked up, causing the leaves on the trees to rustle. Rin shivered a bit, wrapping her arms around herself for warmth before continuing on. The hooting of an owl came from somewhere in the dark woods, its cries echoing eerily around her.
She was quite relieved when the meadow came into view. Breaking into a run, she raced out of the forest and out into the open, where she flopped down in the soft, tall grass, flattening some of the stalks.
Rin stared up at the dark, starless sky, recalling the days when she was still with Sesshomaru. She missed the demon lord very much, as well as Ah-Un, the two-headed dragon. She even missed Jaken, even though he had constantly annoyed her when she traveled with him and Sesshomaru. The young girl hoped that he would come for her soon. A couple years ago, after Naraku had been killed, she had heard her lord talk to Kaede about leaving her in the village. Kaede agreed that it was best for her at the time, but afterward told her that when she was older, she would be free to decide if she wanted to travel with Sesshomaru again, or continue residing in the village. But Rin had already made up her mind a long, long time ago. Her decision never changed, and it never would. Lord Sesshomaru was always on her mind, and she missed the time she had spent with him. As soon as he came to visit her again, Rin decided she would ask if she could be his travel companion once again. It wasn't that she disliked like Kaede, the villagers, and Inuyasha, Miroku, Sango, Kagome, Shippo, and Kirara. They had been very kind to her, and she loved them all dearly. However, the life of a villager just wasn't for her. She was born to travel.
Turning her head, Rin noticed a small moonflower near her head. She reached out, and gently stroked its delicate, white petals, breathing in its sweet fragrance. Pulling her hand away, and resuming her original position, the young girl closed her eyes and decided that she would remain among the flowers until dawn, before returning to the village.
ooc;; I'm just bubbling with muse today. :)
@the fantastic Pickle - Is Rin's fancypost ready? I'm excited to see how it looks! 8D
Camilla narrowed her eyes slightly.
"That, I am aware of," she said coolly. "However, if they break it, I can simply put up another, Corona. You know that. I can even do it in my sleep."
The suicune sighed, and lowered her gaze to the surface of the water, studying her reflection.
"I suppose you have a point," she murmured. "I suppose I just meant that you shouldn't underestimate others, but I know you're smart, Camilla, so you already know that."
Camilla gazed up at the bright full moon.
"I believe that our time is almost up, Corona," she sighed, flicking a tail.
Corona nodded.
"So it seems," she said, lifting her head to the sky as well.
A strong, cold wind blew throught the forest, bringing with it small snowflakes which scattered, dusting the treetops with white.
Camilla shook her head, causing some of the tiny crystals to fall off.
Corona began glowing with a bright blue aura.
"That's my cue," she said, turning to the ninetales. "Goodbye, Camilla. Until next time!"
Corona was about to leave, but then, stopped.
"Oh, and please say hello to Ryline and Taira for me." she added. Then, she tensed her leg muscles, before bounding off, the cold north wind chasing after her.
--bumping!
It's actually just an Inuyasha roleplay, now, because Pickle edited it. :)
Rin came skipping out of the woods, humming a cheerful tune. She was paying absolutely no attention to where she was going, so she almost bumped straight into X.
The young twelve year old stumbled backwards, but quickly caught herself. Recognizing the strange woman from Kagome's era, she blinked in surprise.
"Oh, it's you," she said, brushing her hands over her new green and gold kimono, straightening it. Rin then shot the other two a curious glance. One appeared to be a fox demon, and the other one appeared to be... a strangly dressed human. Rin studied him for a moment, before turning her attention back to X.
"Um, I have a question." she said, allowing her gaze to flit to a pebble at her feet. "Have you seen, er, any dog-demons around? I don't mean Inuyasha, I mean his older brother. His name is Sesshomaru... well, he's usually addressed as Lord Sesshomaru..."
Rin had no idea how to describe the demon lord to X, and she might not have even known that Inuyasha had an older brother.
She mentally scolded herself for acting so foolish.
No problem. ;) We really do need a Sesshomaru.
Rin shook her head, smiling sheepishly.
"It's fine," she said. "I can't seem to do anything right today,"
Then, the young girl turned, and gave the female half-fox demon a small wink.
"Hi," she replied in her usual, cheerful tone. "I'm guessing you're Shippo's daughter?"
``bump again. [is there anyone out there?] :)
Rin still lay in the field, among the flowers. The young girl was staring up at the sky, counting the stars which hung high in the sky against the dark backdrop of the night. The fragrance of the meadow was soothing, causing Rin to let out a tiny sigh of content.
I hope Lord Sesshomaru comes to visit me soon, she thought, absentmindedly picking a small daisy. I can't wait to travel with him, Jaken, and Ah-Un , again!
---
It seemed as if only a couple minutes had passed, before the bright, yellow sun appeared on the horizon, painting the sky with pale shades of blue, purple, and pink. Rin sat up, and turned her gaze in the direction of the village.
"Time is so strange," she murmured to herself, brushing petals and leaves off of her kimono. She swiftly got to her feet, and began walking back to the village.
I hope Kaede isn't worried about me, thought Rin, quickening her pace. What will she do if she wakes up and finds that I'm not in my bed?
The young girl then broke into a run, intent on getting back to the village as soon as possible. She didn't want to cause the old priestess any concern. Kaede had more important things to do other instead of fussing over her. She didn't want to waste any of her time!
--bump...
Hearing a rustling sound, Setsuna pricked her ears, and glanced up at the canopy of leaves above her. Her piercing golden eyes scanned the thick foliage, searching for signs of movement, but saw nothing.
Dismissing the disturbance, she simply continued on.

She's a listener and an observer. Kyoko prefers to stick to the shadows, and not et involved in matters that don't concern her. However, if one were to provoke her, let's just say they'd be in serious trouble.
History: Kyoko and her sister Setsuna were raised by their parents, who were a Glaceon and a Jolteon. When the two were old enough to fend for themselves, they left for the Eeveelution forest.

I'd prefer others don't use Spireon.

She's very breezy, and has a cheerful attitude. Setsuna speaks with an airy, breathy voice, and appears to be sweet and delicate. But like the wind, she's completely free, and she's quite spirited. She doesn't let others tell her what to do, and won't let herself be stopped by anything, or anyone. It's best not to get on her bad side, unless you want to be tossed into the air a couple hundred feet off the ground.
History:
Same as Spireon's/Kyoko's.

I'd prefer others don't use Brezeon.
