"Probably will," Vemigan called back, standing up. "So let's make a compromi-," she stopped. She looked up at the creature, now once again a man, she had been paying no attention to. It had looked so familiar, it looked like... Some B-rank bounty means nothing compared to that. "You can keep your head, we need to do something about that now." Rage made her blood boil. "Like, right now!"

So if you could, at least for me..."(Wow I hate this character oh my god)

Sakari didn't give Jay a chance to reply. She, too, was on her way to the barracks to collect her meal. Being of a higher rank didn't come with many perks. She was allowed only two meals a day, like everyone else, and had to sit in the crowded barracks, like every-freaking-one else. Though Sakari wasn't one to complain. She raised her arms up towards the sky and stretched on her way to the slightly derailed building where all personal were housed.
"And he punched her right in the face! And you know Sakari, she doesn't take no sh-" one of Sakari's squad members was telling a popular tale about one of her "adventures." She paid them no attention. She was looking for a certain young woman who was being transferred into her squad. She also would be going on the mission in Old America. Her name was Alex. Apparently, she wasn't a greenie. When Sakari asked the new recruits where she was, they said that there was no Alex among them. Looking around the entire place would take up all of Sakari's food break, and she wasn't going to have that.
"ALEX FROM COMMUNICATIONS," the room grew quiet, "REPORT TO ME AT THE OFFICERS TABLE AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE YOUR RATIONS," her voice was startling, but such yelling from her was common enough. -
This girl seemed shy. How does she manage communications if she can't address her squadron leader? Sakari frowned,
"I can't have you looking at floor now, I need your full attention." She tried to sound gentle, but shy people got on her nerves. She crossed her arms, not sure herself how to talk to someone so different than herself.
"You're in my squad. We leave in ten hours, so make sure your ready," Sakari made sure that she was making eye contact with the girl, "You should be acquainted with the greenies, they're your new family." Sakari felt uncomfortable. Maybe she was misjudging Alex? Whatever the case, the Inhibitor leader wanted to distance herself from the kid as soon as possible. I guess it's just me being weird, but that personality of hers reminds me of someone. Someone I remembered. -
Vemigan ditched her current occupation and darted through the hole in the wall. She had a second of eye contact with both the mysterious slayer of the doctor and the vamp before reaching the "saved," human. She grasped the handle of her axe that hung across her back, and pulled it over her head. If this was the same as that time, this person was not back to normal. The poison substance may have been removed, but the evil had not. It could never be extracted, Vemigan learned this the hard way. There was always the possibility that this was different, but this man's life was not worth the risk. She placed her right hand on his chest, and sent her axe crashing down on his throat.
-
Sakari overheard the taunts directed towards her second in command. A mischievous grin possessed her as she came up with a great idea. She reached out her arm, and took Alex by the shoulder. Leaning in closer she "whispered," loud enough for Jay and the boys to hear,
"Beware of that Jay kid. He has a thing for shy girls..," Sakari shot him a suspicious look. One of the girls behind her let out a squeak, and Sakari turned her attention to her.
"Don't let his cool guy act fool you!" She bellowed. -
Sakari was laughing now too, but that quickly came to an end. All the lights in the building simultaneously went out.The threat in Old America's going to have to wait... There was still outside, but their were no windows to let it in. Everything was pitch black. The occupants of the cafeteria were going to have to hope that there were no hostile entities already in the room with them. The only ones panicking were some of the new recruits, and Sakari had to shush them. Everything was dark, and no one besides herself had the appropriate gear with them to handle the situation.
"Alex," she whispered in the blackhaired inhibitor's ear, "You do communications, right? Communicate to Vivian Patterson to come over to me. I know you can't see but go anyways." It was against the government policy to let it's agents do body modifications unless necessary. It became necessary for Sakari a while back. She had robotic eyes, which made her the only one capable of giving instructions right now. She slowly made her way to the edge of the room and pulled the alarm located there,
"Everyone," She said loud enough for everyone to hear but soft enough so that only the people in the room could listen, "Grab your gear and report back here." Red flashes illuminated her solemn face as she spoke.
"We're going to battle..." -
A scream. A simple scream was all it took to bring chaos crashing down. The doors were kicked open, and non-government personal came through all four entrances. It was all over now.
"USE THE TABLES AS SHIELDS!" Sakari screamed, herself now terrified. Not of dying, but of the cause being lost. Despite the way she had been badmouthing the Inhibitors in her mind, she truly believed in it. Of course all units had one firearm on them at all times, this was a battle they were unlikely to win. The two opposing forces shot rounds at each other in exchange of bullets. Sakari didn't waste a single shot, but was soon out of amo. A bullet got her in the chest, and barely pierced her armor. She gasped and fell from where she was standing. -
I'm peachy, Sakari thought bitterly. She didn't risk talking, not wanted to further the damage done. She lifted up her hand and began to finger spell, Y-O-U-I-N-C-H-A-R-G-E-I-D-E-A-D. That was sorta a lie. Sakari wasn't dead, and easily could be saved. Though there was no way she was gonna make it if they couldn't get out of here. What a downer. After coming to that conclusion Sakari decided that she might as well take action. You're a sucker for dramatic acting, aren't ya. She took Vivian's firearm and began to join the fight, leaning against the wall.

"Trust me I did us a favor," Vemigan said, looking at the dead man. Killing people off her list immediately put her on everyone else's. That was frightening, all of her clan members were going to come after her. Like Ella, Vemigan needed to figure out what was going on. "New plan. All of us escape and try to asses what the hell just happened,"She jumped off the corpse and joined Daisuke. Her hands began to glow, "Kay?"
-
Sakari kept shooting, following her underling's instructions. Her aim was becoming less and less accurate, and it become obvious to her that it was time to return the gun before she shot one of her own people. It was best to resign command in this condition, but Sakari didn't like feeling this helpless. What can I do? This is dumb! She put her communication device into her ear, and tapped in the facility's radio channel.
"It's only a small attack, though they've trapped all of our field soldiers at once," said a man with a hearty voice. It was probably Fanks, "The project to build more barracks is still being approved by the board...," his voice trailed off, as if it was embarrassed. Sakari had heard enough, she lowered the microphone attached to her earpiece and said very calmly, "This is Inhibitor Leader, Sakari. I'd like to request that you drop small explosives down on the exists. As soon as possible, lives are on the line!" She could hear some sort of protest from Fanks, but ignored him and took out her comms. -
"Vixem. Quiet. Now," Sakari said, a little annoyed by her audacity. The inhibitor had let her wound cloud her mind, and was following a greenie's orders. How pathetic can you get? There were probably about 20 more enemies outside in addition to the 10 inside. With the exists blown those numbers would probably be cut in half. Hopefully none of her men would be close enough to the doors to get blasted as well, but it was very likely some would. However, this course of action had the lowest bodycount. The only soldiers that would die in her plan were those not listening to her orders of using the tables as shields. Sakari could hear her flying allies above, after this phase two of her plan could be put into action. The sound of explosions echoed off the building walls, making Sakari wince. This was a real pain.
"We're going to box in the survivors with the tables. Then crush the enemy with them. Relay this to everyone. We'll be safe after that," reinforcements were already dropping from their aircrafts to take out those outside. The battle was won, most likely. -
ooc: Ya so here the answers to your questions. Our forces have good gear and the enemy crappy. Theres only a small force attacking, we'll be fine. I'm sorry for low quality plot, I'm working on it.
Unable to speak without extraordinary pain, Sakari simply pointed to the gushing wound on her chest. She gave the young woman a cheeky thumbs up and said,
"I ain't got time bleed," before passing out.
A crew of the Reptilia, another type of government fighting organization, came in shortly after the bombing. The attack had been over quickly, but the damage inflicted was grave. The Warden group came in right afterwards, there to take a body count. Two of the enemies were still alive, under the tables, and were captured for interrogation. This seemed to be the end of the battle. -
Can I reserve a spot please? Any spot :)

Hey guys, sorry for not posting. I feel like I should probably drop this thread. I don't have enough time to make nice posts, and with how beautiful your guys posts are I don't think I should continue unless I commit. I'm sorry about this, but I'm pretty sure this is the right choice.

Please, by all means, let us begin.

Thanks, a long list is really helpful!
