"The idea is to make them think that they've won. They'll losen their grip, pad off, whatever. Then you can attack them when they aren't expecting it." Scarletfoot leaped towards her apprentice, reaching her paws out to pin her down.

Scarpaw flung himself over his mentor, and span quickly to pounce ontop of him. "Like that?" he asked, clinging on as hard as he could.
-
-
Scarletfoot was suprised to see her apprentice's eyes roll back, but she assumed it was part of her act. The black mentor leaped off from her apprentice, and landed neatly a fox-length away. "The only problem with that," she mewed, "Was that I knew you were faking."
-
:) i was getting bored.
-
"I knew because I told you to do it." mewed Scarletfoot, thinking of what to do next.
-
happehs. oh, btw, I TRIPLE posted up there.

-
Scarletfoot nodded her agreement, and sped around Crystalpaw. Scarletfoot pounced over her apprentice and ran around again, trying to get the advantage of a dizzy opponent.
-
Leopardpelt knew he had a meeting somewhere, but he couldn't find the clearing they were to meet in. "Hello?" he called, sniffing around. "Is anyone there?"
-
Watching Crystalpaw closely, Scarletfoot noticed her apprentice's paw come out, and she bounded over, skidding to a halt. Less than a heartbeat later, she pounced at the silver apprentice.
-
Hearing the voice, Leopardpelt entered through the ferns as he was told. "Hello. What is it we're here to discuss?" Leopardpelt kept his distance, unsure about Novastar's hostility.
((((Wow, that was unexpected. There's nothing in the rules about a pseudoclan having to have a certain amount of members to get a board, so if we can get to 200 posts and keep going for a month, which I'm pretty sure we can, then we get a board to ourselves. *laughs* By rememberance day, we'll have a board!))))

"That's alright." mewed Petalface, starting to head away from camp. "Come on, I'll teach you how to hunt."
-
Scarletfoot saw her opportunity and twisted to pin down her apprentice.
-
"Yes," mewed Leopardpelt, assuming she was correct. He'd just escaped his twolegs, and he wasn't sure of all the terms forest cats use. "I know alot about herbs, the kittypet next door taught me."
-
"Well, I'd love to help!" mewed Leopardpelt, "But I don't actually know what a clan is." This wasn't entirely true, he'd heard of them before, but all he knew was that they were groups of cats who lived together.
-
Scarletfoot knew exactly what was happening, but decided to give her apprentice a break, since an enemy probably wouldn't. She lifted her paws, and slipped back, but braced herself for impact.
-
Scarpaw gasped as his mentor rolled, and started wriggling free, reaching his paws out to bat his mentor on the ears.

*tags* You're it! *runs* Oh, wait... *tags self* Hi again!

"Well, where do you think the prey is?" came the reply, but Petalface decided to rephrase it. "Can you scent any?" he meowed.
