It's about the future, and if you start controlling your cutting everything will get better. look at life in a more positive way. I have both anxiety and have suffered depression, but I'm very slowly learning not to let these things define me or have too much of an impact on my life. Like you should try with your cutting problem. I've cut in the past, it does not help. And doing it purely out of boredom is a ridiculous reason.
