Ianthia’s gaze did not falter when she realized with some surprise that the death knight was returning it to her, and rather intensely at that. Instead she remained still, now intrigued. This woman was alone. Ianthia knew because of the way she held herself among a crowd that tripped over itself to part for her. The night elf wasn’t sure what to make of her quite. Being around her companions, some of which were death knights, left her comfortable around them. But even still, a strange, foreign death knight she had never met before was still one to be approached with caution. Her memories of the Scourge’s death knights were vivid, and even those of Acherus were often moody, and sometimes even aggressive.

Casually, she looked away from the woman to pretend to observe her guild, when really, she was looking to see if anyone else had noticed her. Sure enough, Ianthia caught Pierce examining her. She wondered if he knew this woman; he’d probably tell her if she asked. They’d known each other for a while. But Ianthia was more inclined to ask Korlia, a fellow night elf, and also a death knight. But, strangely enough, the pink-haired woman had yet to appear at the docks. Despite herself, Ianthia felt a small sense of worry. Korlia surely was not skipping out on such an important mission. She had served as a juggernaut for many of the guild’s necessary retreats in past battles.

Pushing the thought away, Ianthia’s attention refocused on the death knight. Her gaze met hers once again, and Ianthia contemplated approaching her. Normally, she would do it without a second thought. But with so much else to be concerned about at the moment, she wasn’t sure if she should.

At the sound of footsteps, Ianthia’s attention was again drawn away from her fixated gaze. “Pierce,” she replied with a nod, returning her gaze to the stranger death knight. “Do you know her?’ she asked Pierce amaiably, crossing her arms as she leaned back against the crates behind her. “That’s quite the horse she ahs by her side, wouldn’t you say?” In all honesty, Ianthia didn’t care who the woman was at this point. She was here to lend her aid in fighting the Legion, so anyone who would do so was alright with Ianthia for at least the time being. Deciding on a test, Ianthia raised a hand and waved at the death knight, curious to see what she would do.

Ianthia blinked rapidly a few times, clearly surprised. She had expected the death knight to either wave back or ignored her, but she had actually come over to speak with them. However, a lopsided, friendly grin quickly painted her features, and she gestured casually to Invincible. "Actually, I was just admiring your horse. He's an impressive stallion," she stated honestly, and also assuming the horse was indeed male. "Quite the intimidating creature too. I'm sure the wildlife scatters when you go galloping by on a horse of that size," she joked good-naturedly, though also slyly attempting to test the temperament of this woman. "And I was just asking my friend if you two knew each other," she added, gesturing between the woman and Pierce.

OOC: I can barely find my way around the website revamp! I love Griz though!

Ianthia quieted one of her purple eyebrows and shrugged. "Sure, but it really is only fair to introduce yourself as well, wouldn't you say?" She smiled, "The horse got an introduce before any of us." Calmly, Ianthia extended a hand to the woman, using the common human greeting gesture. "Ianthia Halfmoon. It's a pleasure to meet you."

OOC: I feel exactly the same way! I can't find any of my stuff, and my motivation to post is way down.

IC: "Regina? That's a nice name," Ianthia said kindly. She noted the other woman's strong grip as she released her hand. "Well, it's nice to meet you!"

The sound of soft footsteps crunching against snow roused Rosalie from a deep slumber. Her time spent alone and often in silence save the sounds of the forests left her senses rather heightened to slight disturbances around her. Blinking her emerald orbs blearily, she focused on the faint, silhouetted figure outlined by the glow of the fire streaming in through the fabric of her tent. She laid still for several minutes, then began to slowly stretch out her limbs. It was a common practice for her in the mornings; the act of shifting to wolf and back often left small links in her muscles that she needed to work out.
Yawning, Rosalie slowly sat up, reaching absently for some articles of clothing piled into a messy heap just behind her head. She had never been very good at golfing her clothes on a consistent basis.
Rosalie dressed, slowly just the same, sighing softly as she pulled on socks and shirts and pants. Her tent was small, so often gave her some challenge in maneuvering in, but it was hers to call her own. Positioned right next to the tent of her mentor, it gave the two close proximity, but also some level of privacy, which Rosalie was happy to exchange spacious living for.
Knotting her show boots definitively, she rose steadily and stepped out of her tent. She stilled as her feet sunk into the cold, frozen flakes beneath her. Rosalie inhaled the cold, fresh air deeply, her eyes becoming more alert as she did so. Her fiery orange hair stood out in stark contrast against the white world around her.
She crossed her arms over her body as her green eyes registered Regina over near the fire. She shifted nervously, hesitating. Than Rosalie walked over into the warm radius, nodding, but not speaking, to her pack leader.

Welcome to Camp Half-Blood, a place for young demigods to learn about themselves in a safe, friendly environment! We hope this friendly orientation will answer any and all questions you might have about yourself and the world around you! Now, first things first: what is a demigod, you might ask? Well, you are! A demigod is an individual who is the child of one mortal, or human, parent and one immortal, or godly, parent! This makes you very special! As a demigod, you might find yourself with fantastical powers, or newly enhanced physical skills. You may also be dyslexic, as you are a child of a god from Greek mythology, meaning your brain is trained to read and understand ancient Greek; not so much English. However, your powers and special heritage are not all fun and games. Monsters, creatures straight out of nightmares, will smell your blood and hunt you for no other reason then to eliminate you from this world. Certain things, like cell phones, will draw these beasts right to you. So the mortal world can be a very dangerous place for a demigod like you. But fortunately, Camp Half-Blood is a place that is both safe, and will teach you to hone your powers so that you may defend yourself should the need ever arise.
Here at camp, you will be divided into cabins based on your godly parent. Don't know who that might be? Not to worry! Shortly after arriving to camp, your parent will claim you so that you will know where it is you belong! While at camp, you will be taught fighting skills and control of your powers through many fun and exciting activities! As any summer camp, you will make lots of friends too! At the end of the summer, you will be sent back home with the knowledge and skills to go about your day to day lives in as safe a manner as possible! Obviously, only the basics of being a demigod have been covered in this instructional session, and you are bound to have many more questions. Many of your fellow campers are knowledgeable individuals, and will be more than happy to answer any questions you might have! We hope you enjoy your summer at Camp Half-Blood, and remember; all the stories are true!

When spoken too, Rosalie nodded a good morning to any pack mates who said as such. She shuffled awkwardly in the snow, wringing her hand out in front of her in an attempt to warm them up further from the biting chill of the morning air. Although she did not actively participate in the conversations around her, she was listening with a sort of alert interest in what they were saying. Although she didn't hunt or fight like her pack mates, she was always glad to hear that they had had a quiet night of patrols, or a successful hunt. As of that particular moment, her ears were trained on the conversation taking place between Clary and David. Rosalie did not speak or actively participate, but the occasional glance of her green gaze towards the pair would alert them, or anyone else watching close enough, that she was indeed listening.
