Ara burst into tears. "How can I save you then? I promised Barahir I would save you and I never break a promise! How can I heal you if you won't let me help?"

"You need to leave now if you are to survive." Ara told him.
Kyra nodded and yawned. She landed softly on the grass. Yes, sleep is nice.... And she began to snore softly.
-
Ara took a shuddering breath."What is he going to do to stop us?"
-
Ara glanced behind her at the king. "Fine with me. If he wants to fight again, I'm up for it." Though obviously she was not up for it.
-
A smile slowly played across Ara's lips. "Helluin, that is up to you. he has hurt you the most."
-
Ara nodded in agreement. "Yes, something must be done about him. But for me, there is truly only one thing I desire." She ignored Mal for the time being.
-
Ara took a deep breath. "One, I want him to swear an oath of loyalty to me. That way we don't need to kill him, and he won't be a threat. But what I really want is for him to release Mal from his oath. Thoughts?"
-
Ara nodded slowly. "I know. Also under my oath he will get to make ammends for all the things he has done."
-
Ara shrugged. "Only one way to know." She struggled to her feet and walked over to where the king sat against the wall. She pushed pass Mal, throwing him a glance. "Caragdûr, there is something I would like you to do for me."
-
Ara sighed and sat down next to him. "Because, I want to help you. Are you going to sit here and tell me that you truly enjoy bringing about the suffering of others? I'm not commanding you to do anything. I am asking you nicely to do something for me."
-
Ara smiled. "Look, I'm not going anywhere just yet. Don't you think you should at least hear my request before you say no? And what are you going to do up here alone?"
-
Ara crossed her legs while she sat. "This is what I would ask of you. Give me an oath in the anchient language for your loyalty. I would ask you to also release Mal from his. Then I would ask you to come with us and start over. And if you should need help you could call upon me, because that is what friends do for each other." Ara smiled warmly at him.
-
Ara frowned and rested her head on her fist. "How come? You don't like the idea?"
-
Ara looked at him for a long time."Okay, then." Then she stood and brushed pat Mal again. "Helluin, get your things together please. We're leaving now."
-
Ara bit her lip and turned on her heel to address the king and Mal. "Have either of you seen Helluin's sword?"
-
Ara pursed her lips and strode back toward him. Calmly she sat down and looked at him. "I am about to use a method I do not think anyone has ever tried on you." She watched him carefully. "Will you please tell us where Helluin's sword is?"
-
Ara burst into laugheter. "Oh my gosh, Mal! He's just like how you were when we first met!" Ara shook her head and looked back at Caragdûr. "There is a point. the point is it's the right thing to do."
-
Ara frowned. "I already told you we're leaving, but we need that sword. Tell us where it is. Please?"
-
Ara raised an eyebrow. "Okay then, name your price."
-
Ara gave him a half smile. "Everything has a price. So what's yours?"
