"Of course," the she-cat purred. "we'll get you to your mother."

Occ:are we in Riverclan?!
Daisytail watched them pad into the nursery -
OCC: okay, how about we pretend they've secretly been meeting up for like, 3 weeks?
A large grey Tom pounced on Jade, his tail puffed out in anger. Jade hissed, battering his belly with her unleashed claws. "Watch the kits!" she gasped, as he pinned her to the ground. "Asterpelt!" she yowled, lashing her tail. She froze, realizing she just said aloud her new secret to everyone.
-
"do you now?" he whispered, his sour breath inches from her face. "Well are you really going to take that risk?"
-
"Awwww, your scared!" he sneered mockingly. "That's okay, sometimes it's good to be scared."
-
OCC: yeah!
Ic: Dream flew across the feild, the sun beating down on her pale golden coat. She gave Lilac a powerful nudge, then paused to drink in the air, her chest heaving for breath. -
OCC: no prob, I broke my typing arm!!!!! Arg!!!
Icc: Farrah paused. Her throat was as dry as the dessert hills That surrounded the clearing. "Do you know of any streams?" she couldn't help asking. -
OCC: sure!
Ic: Icefang padded towards the lighter side of the den. "You should feel lucky, kit," he snapped, pausing to lick his paw. The Rougue was lean and strong, with vibrant golden eyes and a thick pelt the color of a pale thundercloud. He was once a very handsome cat, and still was for that matter. His right ear was shredded to pieces. Claw marks covered his back. A fading scar was slashed across his chest. He turned to face her. Deep down in those glittering yellow eyes was love. Loyalty. Affection. Those traits were masked by hate and anger. He took out his loneliness and hate on wondering kits. Hurting them like his clan hurt. "About time you meet your roommate," he growled. -
"Really?' Jades blue eyes brightened. "I found out a few days ago and was waiting for the right time," she stopped to lick a claw mark running down her leg. "Well that was a warm welcome, was it not?" She meowed sarcastically, eyeing the tom who attacked her. "Is it always like this?" she asked her mate, her eyes unsure if this place was right for her.

Dream led the patrol of mares out of the flaming valley, carefully nudging Lilac along the way. The mare gasped for breath, the smell of smoke still lingering in her nostrils. She surveyed her surroundings, the mares had come across a beautiful feild with a stream trickling down the middle. The mare's creamy golden mane fell in front of her light brown eyes as she stopped to take a sip of water. "My name is Dream," She whinnied to the other mares. "And my foal is Lilac." the little filly poked her small brown head out behind her mother. "Hello," she whinnied shyly. Lilac was a 6 month old colt, with a thin brown body, large hazel eyes, and a white blaze running down her nose. Dream was a palimino mare with long, tumbling creamy white mane and big brown eyes.
-
"This is all happening so fast," the she at meowed softly, staring down at her paws. " May I have a minute?" she asked her mate. "This all seems so lovely, but I think I'd like to think it through a little." Jade waited for a reply then slipped behind a row of ferns, meowing quietly to herself the whole time.
-
Icefang nodded to a small black kit trapped behind a wall of thorns. "That's my little she-kit," he meowed with mock sweetness in his voice. "She loves it here," he smiled coldly at the trembling kit. "Don't you my lovely little flower?" "You," he told the other kit. "Will join her, you'll keep each other company, help each other with chores, nothing to worry about. Life's fine. She usually isn't kept in her cage, but she was acting up a little last night, so she needed a time-out. You are free to leave the den and pad around my property as you wish. But if you stray to far some of my little buddies are on guard. Understand?"
-
"Your friend," Dream whinnied softly, not knowing if she should bring it up. "I saw it. I know-" the mare closed her eyes, thinking of the night where the wolf
pack had struck her herd. "It's hard. Do you need anything? Are you alright?" -
"Give me the night," Jade meowed, her blue eyes pleading." let me spend it with Sassy. I'll let you know by morning- I sware."
-
"Perfect," the tom sneered. He was almost caught off guard by how scared the trembling kit looked. He didn't know whether to be proud or angry that he caused this fear. Thoughts swirled through out his mind. She's only a helpless kit mouse brain! Let her go! "Shuf up!" Icefang snapped out loud, noticing the second afterward that he'd been talking to himself.
-
The she-cat turned and padded slowly towards her house, her paws dragging in the damp earth with each step. Her mind whirled with confusion, before, she had been so sure of what she wanted out of life. She would spend her days living comfortably with Sassy and Mop, she would be the proud aunt of Sassy's kits and would help raise them. Now, she had so many paths to chose from, so many possible futures awaited her. She loved Asterpelt dearly- after all, he was the father of her unborn kits. But was this life truly for her? Asterpelt seemed so comfortable with fighting other cats and starving for days, but Jade was used to being stroked while laying on a velvet pillow indoors on a comfy couch. A sharp yowl interrupted her thoughts. That was Sassy! The kits were coming!
-
Dreams cocoa-brown eyes smiled. "A friend would be nice," she reflected.
-
Icefang purred coldly with amusement. "Oh look," he cackled bitterly. "Kits are literally falling from the sky these days!" The tom shot the kits a harsh look, warning them to stay put. "Oh Lovie!" he meowed with mock sweetness to the fallen kit. "Are you alright?"
-
Icefang straightened his back and cleared his throat. "Well now that we all know each other, let me show you
Where you will be staying. Here you will sleep, eat, and live when your not doing any chores," The Tom pressed one shoulder forcefully against the mossy stone wall of the den. The wall slowly began to open, revealing a long, stone tunnel.
