Owleyes' eyes widen. He turned to Hickorypelt. "Stonerush likes Winterpelt speard it." He whispered to the other tom. Hickorypelt turned to his brother, Badgerface,"Stonersuh likes Winterpelt speard it," he whispered. The rumor speard around. Stonerush glared at her and cuffed her over the ear. "Fine you.... w..i..n... now tell them to stop!" He huffed.

Freathercloud's clan began their trip home. She ran beside Spirittail and her other brother, Stonerush. The clan ran all the way back to their camp. When they got there, Freathercloud went straight to the warrior's den. She curled up in her nest and tried to fall asleep. But she couldn't, all she could do is lie awake thinking about IceEyes.

Feathercloud stopped grooming her fur and looked at him. "Nothing much, just the usual." she mewed causually.

She stared at him, atonished that he would ask her. "Of course! You won't ever be lonely, I am always with you," she purred and licked her ear. Then she remembered what Chaos had told her. "Sorry," she whispered

Toryn stumbled around, tripping over roots, and branches. "Night stinks, night is stupid!" She huffed brushing some dirt off her arm. "Yeah couldn't I be the daughter of posiden or Athena? Why Apollo it makes it baseically impossible to see in the dark!" She sighed and tried to brush a starnd of hair off of her face but ended up poking her eye. "Ow!" She yelped.

Jay sighed. "These goggles make it worse!" He sighed and took the night goggles off. He bumped into the rock. "Well that made my day!" He said sarcastically. He sat on the rock and waited for his eyes to ajust.

Piper decided to climb a tree and travel like that. She could somehow see in the trees. She begqn to jump from tree to tree, like a ningja. Then she saw another figure in the trees. It was Kina! She stood up and pressed her back against the tree before Kina could see her.

Spirittail padded up to Glimmer. He was Stonerush's brother. He was a grey marble tom cat with a white silver streak going from his nose to the tip of his tail. "Hi," he mewed nervously. "I'm Spirittail, Stonerush's brother,"

"That cool," Racoonmask mewed in a daze with her deep blue eyes. He shook his head to snap out of the daze. "Sorry." He apoligized for the daze he was in. "Well let's see, I like hunting and fighting equally and my favorite prey is squirrel." He mewed.

Stonerush chuckled. "Yeah I guees twolegs have some reasons." He mewed. "So how long have you lived here?" He asked Rose.

Smokestep stared at her. "Uh.. I'm Smokestep, Thunderclan warrior." He introduced himself. He saw the blood and a few cobwebs hanging off the tree. "I can help your wounds. My friend taught me." He mewed grabbing the cobwebs and some marigold that he found a fox tail away from him.

"What's your name?" He asked trying to be friendly.

Soot's attention was lost in the wonder of the woods. Then she caught a glance of a grassy fields and a river. "How big are the clans?" She asked Adriaan.

River sat down and waited for the two cats to return with the cat who might be her new...leader.

Luna caught a glimpes of a squirrels bushy tail peeking out from behind a tree. Sh efollowed her instices and got into a crouch. She crept forwards and then she was close enough she pounced for the squirrel. The squirrel was caught by surprise and was dead in Luan's claws. Luna picked up the squirrel and brought it back to Adriaan. "I caught this," she mewed putting the prey down.

Spirittail was taken aback by her bluntness. He looked at her and then just padded away to Stonerush. "Stoneursh, that she-cat Glimmer is ......" he trailed off thinking of a nice way to put it. "I can't really say," he sighed.

Stonerush looked at Spirittail then at Rose. "You two haven't met," he looked at Rose. "Rose this is my brother Spirittail. Spirittail this is my uh.... this is Rose." He introduced they, not know what to call Rose. Because he liked her but he also liked Glimmer a bit. Rose was also his friend though.

She sighed. "No. I'm not." She addmitted lowering her head. "You're probably going to hate me for lying to you, but I didn't really have a choice." She mumbled.

"Nah, no thanks. Jay should by around here soon so you two can battle it out while I watch," she said, shrugging. "Besides I rather be in the trees,"

Jay heard the two and approched the clearing with the flag. He carefully walked around all the traps around the flag and reached for it. He grabbed it and began to run back. He stumbled around clumsily trying to get back to the Blue side. He jumped over a fallen tree that he managed to see before tripping over it. He ran away from Kina and Piper and to the small stream that marked the middle of the Red side. He stopped for a breath.

*flash back* Reedpaw was sitting at the edge of the clearing alone. His brother had found friends and his siter had too. He was eating a squirrel that he caught instead of a fish, what most Riverclan cats were eating. Then three apprentice toms ,his age, padded over to him. "Hey half-clan, you miss your mommy?!" They sneered kicking up dust in his prey. "Yeah! I bet you won't ever know how to swim," another one teased. "I still think that your dad doesn't want you and he just wanted your brother and sister they're better!" The group leader spat. "Hey leave Reedpaw alone!" A she-cat apprentice mewed padding up to the toms. "Would you like to be talk to that way?" She asked. The three bullies left after glaring at Reedpaw. "Thanks," Reedpaw mumbled. "Don't worry about them. They think their soo awesome because they're the deputy's kits but they're just a bunch of fish brained toms who are bossy." She shrugged. "Sorry about your food though," she looked at the dirty squirrel. "It's ok I'm not hungry," Reedpaw mewed looking into her hazel eyes. "I'm Lifepaw," the she-cat mewed smiling. "Reedpaw," he mewed dipping his head. From that momnt on Reedpaw wasn't so alone. They were best friends.

He stared into her hazel eyes as he rememebered. "I wonder how those toms are doing?" He thought out loud. "I probably defeated them in battle. Serves them right!" He purred. "Thanks for that day again. I had my firat friend, other than my brother and sister. I wasn't alone anymore." He thanked her.

Stonerush felt the kits squirm around. He put them on the ground in front of him and next to Winterpelt. He poked her in the sidw with his paw. "Uh... Winterpelt?" He mumbled tilting his head. He sighed. Then he turned to BrightDiamond. "Who do you reallu like? I mean I've known you since we were kits but I still don't know," he asked looking at her. He bit back a hiss as the three kits were on his tail.

"Rose I'll be back. You can talk to Spirittail. He's like me." He mewed before running to Glimmer. "Sorry," he whispered. "Where are you going?" He asked curiously.

Spirittail looked at Rose. "You have nice eyes," he whispered looking at her.

Racoonmask smiled. "I'm glad we can talk. Normally I would just see you and share a quick hello but I've always wanted to get to know you. It's nice and interesting," he purred.

"I'm doing this because I will always help a cat in need. No matter what clan they're in or if they're even in a clan or not."

Rose padded into the forest and looked around. She saw a squirrel and crouched down. She carefully padded forward and pounced on it. She killed it and buried it. "I'll come back for it, " she told herself.

She looked up at him and smiled "Thanks you for understanding," she mewed.

"Thanks," Rose meowed beofre jumping over a bush.

Piper followed her and threw a dagger at her. "Sorry Kina. It's capture the flag," she mumbled beofre slipping away into the darkness making sure that Kina did not see her.

Jay smirked and wiped some sweat from his fore-head. "Like you can stop me," he taunted edgeing closer to the stream.

Piper knew what he was thinking. "Well Kina never said that I couldn't use my powers," she mumbled jumping into another tree, closer to the stream.

Spirittail smiled. "You welcome. So I'm guessing you're shy at first cause you weren't talking with some of the other cats?" He asked sitting down.

Stonerush smiled. "So tell me about yourself." He asked looking at her.

Smokestep looked around. "I like to think theis area is kind of like a free territory. All the clans roam around here and talk." He explained, smiling at the thought of the clans in peace.

Piper lifted her arms and made the water come out as a wave. She splashed the water all over Kina and Jay. She jumped down to the ground and grabbed the flag. She started running as fast as she could to the border marker which was not far away.

Jay flipped them over and pinned Kina to the ground. "Sorry but I think you're about to lose." He smirked and held his dagger against her neck. "You're stuck."

Johnny was in the Blue territory and trying to figure out to get the flag. "I have a horrible feeling Red is about to lose." He sighed and trudged through a stream. He held his sword in one hand and the other hand streched out to find his way in the dark.
